Verification
I checked every substantive statement in the public synthesis against the handed records and annotations, the reconciliation's identity dispositions, and the settled report and profile verification findings. No predecessor synthesis verification or refusal was supplied; synthesis answers are empty. The public account is supported within its document-grounded boundary. It explains the operational progression without requiring readers to know the supporting members, and does not turn the paper's claims or reported scores into inspected implementation or causal evidence.
- Boundary and runtime map: The opening preserves the complete captured artifact, partial loop, applicability cutoff and SRC-1 evidence layers declared in boundary. Extraction, management, selection, prompt delivery, consumer action choice and external evaluation remain separate responsibilities. The selected workflow is the documented configuration in the workflow account, not an asserted witnessed run. SRC-1 §§3–4 support this bounded progression through the cited records.
- Candidate production: Whole-task and segmented-subtask alternatives, independent extraction calls, optional outcome labels and the unpinned GPT-4.1 family match RT-RTE-trajectory-extraction and RT-CMP-gpt4, SRC-1 §§3.1.1–3.1.4 and §4.1.2. The HTTP 400 diagnosis and generalized prerequisite example preserve the narrower conjecture assessments in EPI-RTE-report-interpretation and EPI-RTE-attribution-generation. The synthesis does not classify every output as ampliative or treat self-outcome inference as independent verification.
- Consolidation and representations: Semantic admission, successful-source/recovery precedence and their best-effort scope agree with RT-RTE-tip-consolidation, EPI-RTE-conflict-check and EPI-RTE-conflict-disposition, SRC-1 §3.2. Advice, descriptions, vectors and metadata retain distinct consumers. The unspecified physical text/metadata storage is not confused with the positive design of structured metadata. Provenance fields remain positive while full rationale preservation and exercised auditing remain unresolved, as in MEM-OBJ-metadata and EPI-CLM-provenance-validation. Reconciliation's trajectory, tip and metadata supersessions are respected; no superseded declaration supplies a stronger finding.
- Selection and delivery: RT-RTE-cosine-retrieval, RT-RTE-llm-selection and the memory annotations support automatic initial supply, configuration-specific caps, generic eligibility and the absence of an established token budget, SRC-1 §§3.3.1–3.3.3 and §§4.1.4, 4.2.2–4.2.3. The public text carries the settled selection-unit ambiguity both beside the top-3 discussion and in Limitations. RT-BAP-guidelines-channel supports advisory prompt placement, not authorization, guaranteed compliance or demonstrated activation.
- Workflow and outcome evidence: Consumer-led recovery remains an illustration; prompt delivery, termination and benchmark success remain distinct. EPI-RTE-benchmark-check supports the all-tests/all-variants definitions, not tip-level acceptance or an automatic repair trigger, SRC-1 §§4.1.1–4.1.5. Every numerical contrast in the synthesis matches RT-CLM-reported-results. The adverse configuration and easy-task decline prevent universal benefit. Component attribution is no finer than the reported treatment contrasts, SRC-1 §§4.2–4.4.
- Independent properties: The public account leads with the supported experience-to-guidance contribution and reported configuration gains. It separately preserves claimed conditions 1–2 and uninspected conditions 3–4, the missing criticism-to-capacity evidence, design-level reflection, computational proposal and the unestablished full operational autonomy. The fourth self-improvement link remains unresolved rather than inferred from delivery or aggregate scores. These findings match the theory accounts in RT-RTE-trajectory-extraction, RT-RTE-tip-consolidation and EPI-CLM-feedback-cycle, SRC-1 §§3–4. The proposed implementation, trace and intervention evidence would address the named prevented conclusions without promising that it would prove them.
The Limitations table carries the report verification's selection-unit limit with its consequence and affected records. Profile verification declares no additional limit, and reconciliation declares no unresolved cross-report conflict. The remaining rows faithfully state record uncertainty about implementation, outcome warrant, maintenance, index relationships, provenance, benchmark attribution, criticism/activation and provider state. Those already bounded uncertainties require no additional adverse finding. I found no material unsupported conclusion or misleading completeness or absence claim.
Source-read log: none. The supplied records and retained passages sufficed; no ambiguity required a frozen-source read. No correction, new record or new evidence was added.

Limits
- Selection-unit ambiguity remains for RT-RTE-cosine-retrieval, its memory annotations, and RT-CLM-reported-results. The settled report finding distinguishes SRC-1 §3.3.1's top-k tips from §4.2.2's top-3 matched-description explanation. The synthesis already carries this consequence in its selection discussion and Limitations: readers should withhold exact delivered-tip-count and cross-configuration prompt-size comparisons for that experiment. Configuration-level outcome contrasts and capped versus uncapped alternatives remain supported; no token budget is established. Selector implementation and matched-description-to-delivered-tip logs would resolve the count ambiguity.
