Trajectory-informed memory generation report verification

Verification

The five handed reports support a bounded document-grounded account. I independently read the frozen capture registered in boundary, using a scratch text rendering, and traced the claims against SRC-1 §§2–4 and §6. The capture, not a repository or an executable deployment, is the evidence boundary. All correction-answer inputs were empty; the supplied structural check says none.

Records, support and status

I checked every declaration and its source anchor, all annotations, the epistemic ledger and claim comparisons, and the workflow narrative. The following dispositions concern meaning, not a repetition of deterministic quotation or link checks.

  • RT-CMP-gpt4 and RT-CMP-text-embedding: SRC-1 §§3.2.2–3.3.1 and §4.1.2 support their declared roles. The unpinned snapshots, opaque provider state and unknown endpoint mutability are preserved. Neither newly produced vectors nor retained text establishes weight updating.
  • All five runtime routes are supported as design: RT-RTE-trajectory-extraction, RT-RTE-tip-consolidation, RT-RTE-cosine-retrieval, RT-RTE-llm-selection and RT-RTE-agent-execution. SRC-1 §§3.1–3.3 and §§4.1.2–4.1.5 support the ordering, alternative outcome inputs, two extraction granularities, semantic admission, selectors and downstream consumer. Their claimed design and uninspected implementation/operation statuses do not convert reported results into inspected execution. The guarantee accounts correctly distinguish requested precedence, configured selection policy and the external evaluation driver's step protocol.
  • The six memory objects—MEM-OBJ-trajectories, MEM-OBJ-intermediate-representation, MEM-OBJ-tips, MEM-OBJ-descriptions, MEM-OBJ-metadata and MEM-OBJ-embeddings—match the different producers and consumers in SRC-1 §§3.1.1–3.3.3. Their annotations preserve the raw-to-derived chain and distinguish access representations from delivered guidance. Storage design does not establish physical persistence or reload. The unspecified relationship between content/purpose vectors and description indexing is retained rather than silently resolved.
  • All six epistemic objects have source support: EPI-OBJ-trajectory, EPI-OBJ-outcome, EPI-OBJ-decision-analysis, EPI-OBJ-memory-tips, EPI-OBJ-tip-metadata and EPI-OBJ-description-index. The last is a mixed container whose text and numerical parts are distinguished; it does not assert that vectors are individually truth-apt propositions.
  • All six epistemic routes preserve consequential distinctions. EPI-RTE-report-interpretation is not direct label import: SRC-1 §3.1.1's HTTP 400 example adds a specific diagnosis not entailed by that status alone. EPI-RTE-self-outcome uses model signals without an independent oracle. EPI-RTE-attribution-generation can propose causal and transfer conjectures without establishing them. EPI-RTE-conflict-check consumes outcome metadata, and EPI-RTE-conflict-disposition consequentially selects successor guidance; these positive mechanisms are not erased by withholding epistemic acceptance. EPI-RTE-benchmark-check evaluates task/scenario results, not individual tips or causal explanations. Their doctrine-only architectural assessments are consistent with the frozen evidence.
  • RT-BAP-guidelines-channel accurately locates advice in the initial prompt under SRC-1 §3.3.3. Prompt placement establishes neither authorization nor compliance. The separate theory-builder, reflection, learning and self-improvement assessments remain appropriately qualified; neither the absence of inspectable criticism traces nor aggregate gains settles every property together.
  • RT-CLM-reported-results matches the numerical outcomes in SRC-1 Tables 1–7 and the train-easy counterexample in Tables 8–9. EPI-CLM-causal-attribution, EPI-CLM-provenance-validation and EPI-CLM-feedback-cycle are distinct source claims. The reports correctly withhold component-isolated causal warrant, executed auditing and repeated online improvement. The broad improvement language is not adopted as universal benefit.

The workflow joins phases explicitly connected by SRC-1 §§3.1.4–3.3.3 and §4.1, not unrelated capabilities. It distinguishes model-call allocation from multi-agent delegation, prompt delivery from execution termination, and termination from benchmark acceptance. The checkout recovery example remains an illustration. No unsupported automatic repair or rollback is asserted. Workflow declares no additional records; no report declares an evidenced absence.

Relations and reconciliation

I checked all six Part of: relations in epistemic. The three extraction parts, two consolidation parts and benchmark part belong to their cited runtime containers; none claims to replace its parent. I also checked all three supersessions in reconciliation: trajectory, tip and metadata pairs have the same referents while retaining their different assessments. Outcome classification remains narrower than the memory intermediate representation. Description-index overlap is not falsely treated as identity with either all description text or all vectors. Keeping these valid containers is supported.

Reconciliation disposes of memory's integration issues without upgrading evidence strength. There is no unresolved cross-report conflict requiring an anchored conflict paragraph. The source's broad improvement and five-tip statements are internal source tensions, already qualified by the reports, rather than disagreements between analysts. The narrower selection-unit ambiguity below remains a publication limit.

Consequential omission search and stopping

I selected omission questions from the producer-to-consumer dependencies, not just the retained quotations: whether unlabeled extraction bypasses independent outcome checking; whether generalization and synthesis change what later agents receive; whether provenance is actually delivered or audited; whether alternate retrieval experiments invalidate universal budgets or benefits; and whether source-partition reuse or §6's CUGA claim establishes a repeated deployed loop. Reading SRC-1 §§2–4 and §6 supplied dispositions for each. The positive paths remain design-supported; complete executable prompts, raw runs, deployed persistence, withdrawal and repeated update scheduling are not established. External linked systems and CUGA's repository are outside this capture and were not acquired.

Further omission expansion stopped because the complete document's material pipeline and evaluation alternatives had been inspected, every identified consequential challenge had a disposition, and no remaining in-boundary path was reasonably likely to change the bounded design account. This does not establish absence of uninspected implementation behavior. The reports' existing uncertainty about deployment, causal activation and auditability is faithfully scoped and needs no additional adverse finding.

Limits

  • Selection-unit ambiguity affects RT-RTE-cosine-retrieval, the corresponding memory annotation, and RT-CLM-reported-results. SRC-1 §3.3.1 describes top-k tips, but §4.2.2 explains the top-3 experiment in terms of matched task descriptions. The reports support a configured design-level item-selection control and explicitly withhold verified enforcement; they do not establish a reliable conversion from matched-description count to delivered-tip count for that experiment. Readers should withhold exact cross-configuration prompt-size or delivered-tip-count comparisons for the top-3 case. This does not undermine the reported outcome contrast, the existence of capped versus uncapped alternatives, or the absence of a demonstrated token budget.
