Verification
The five supplied reports support a bounded documentary account. I read every declaration, annotation, source anchor, status, containment relation and reconciliation amendment. The supplied structural check says none; all four correction-answer files are empty. There are no submitted correction arguments to accept or reject. I independently inspected SRC-1's frozen HTML through local text renderings, including §§3–4, Appendix A's definitions, prompts, schemas, reward formulas and Algorithms 1–5, Appendix B's cases, Appendix C's evaluators/configuration, and Appendix D's additional results. No target execution or external source was used. The boundary correctly distinguishes the complete captured document from an inspectable implementation loop.
Runtime and workflow
RT-RTE-task-rollout agrees with Algorithms 1 and 3–5: independent empty stores, Stage 1 context accumulation, a context reset with store retention, Stage 2 distractors, Stage 3 query insertion into retained context, bounded action cycles, and answer-or-NULL return. RT-RTE-stage-retrieval correctly identifies retrieval before the policy action, rather than treating every read as model-requested. RT-CLM-context-reset preserves the conflict between withheld-query prose and early state tuples; it does not claim implemented leakage or universal isolation. The workflow account and its annotations faithfully connect these steps without inventing delegation, correctness-gated delivery or recovery. Stage-local answer emission and the final task return are distinguished.
RT-OBJ-tool-prompt, RT-OBJ-ltm-tools, RT-CLM-tool-protocol and RT-BAP-prompt-policy agree with the specified envelopes and schemas. Prompt instructions and argument requirements do not prove parser enforcement, atomic multi-call execution or human approval. The illustrative protocol deviations are real and remain qualified. RT-RTE-context-summary and RT-RTE-context-filter correctly describe replacement and whole-message selection, not lossless preservation.
RT-RTE-policy-update, RT-BAP-trained-policy and MEM-OBJ-experience preserve the trace-to-score-to-parameter chain. Algorithm 2 broadcasts one terminal advantage to all preceding steps; it does not independently identify each action's causal contribution. The four components—RT-CMP-agent-policy, RT-CMP-text-encoder, RT-CMP-summarize-model and RT-CMP-qwen-max—keep version, endpoint and operation-time mutability uncertainties local. Named backbones and evaluator roles are not frozen executable identities. Documentary claimed design and uninspected implementation/operation assessments remain justified.
Memory and epistemic findings
The memory inventory separates MEM-OBJ-content, MEM-OBJ-embedding and MEM-OBJ-access-metadata. Appendix A specifies replacement text, regenerated embedding and modification metadata, but not authenticated provenance or durable history. MEM-RTE-store-maintenance and MEM-RTE-requested-retrieval connect known writes to actual declared later consumers. Optional metadata filtering and count budgets are preserved without inventing filter order or token guarantees. MEM-OBJ-summary is a derived replacement, not a raw transcript. MEM-BAP-retained-context gives its later interpretive consumer without instruction-priority elevation. MEM-CLM-case-protocol accurately identifies confirmed versus confirmation and an unshown prior retrieval; narration alone cannot settle executor success.
The epistemic objects—EPI-OBJ-memory-content, EPI-OBJ-context-content and EPI-OBJ-answer-content—preserve factual scope without treating all plans, envelopes or opaque weights as propositions. EPI-RTE-language-content appropriately leaves semantic derivation indeterminate. EPI-RTE-memory-maintenance and EPI-RTE-explicit-retrieval distinguish installation and selection from truth acceptance.
I checked each reward function against Appendix A.2. EPI-RTE-answer-reward uses answer/reference fit and a no-answer branch; EPI-RTE-storage-reward uses query/expected-answer-relative labels; EPI-RTE-relevance-reward evaluates semantic relevance; EPI-RTE-context-reward checks query-derived token/phrase presence. EPI-RTE-telemetry-reward separates economy, preventive invocation, maintenance occurrence and violations. Their optimizer consumer is consequential, but none specifies immediate content acceptance or repair. The ledger's separate functions and doctrine only assessments preserve this distinction.
RT-CLM-evaluation-oracles, EPI-RTE-benchmark-evaluation and its MQ, answer and environment parts match Appendix C.2 and §4.1. The reporting consumer differs from training feedback. EPI-CLM-memory-quality, EPI-CLM-maintenance-quality and EPI-CLM-reward-benefit retain the difference between source claims and licensed conclusions. Table 4's numbers and bundled comparison are accurately reported; higher token use precludes a uniform resource-reduction inference. The bounded conclusion neither grants general knowledge warrant nor bundles learning, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement into an unsupported negative. No evidenced-absence records are declared.
Relations, conflicts and omission search
Every Part of: relation has supported semantic containment: summary output belongs to summary replacement; experience feeds policy optimization; memory edits, explicit retrieval, language generation and state/output objects belong to the rollout; reward checks belong to optimization; benchmark subchecks belong to the reporting route. The reconciliation correctly supersedes three duplicate epistemic identities with their memory counterparts while retaining both findings. Context and benchmark containers remain valid alongside their parts. No unresolved cross-report conflict is hidden by those amendments. The source's protocol, criterion, serialization and reward-scale discrepancies are shared uncertainties, not disagreements between analyst conclusions.
The omission questions were whether another documented producer/consumer bypasses selected retrieval, whether evaluation feeds a content gate rather than only scores, whether cases establish durable or validated operation, and whether alternate comparisons contradict the bounded learning account. There is no frozen repository tree to search; the basis was the complete paper's section structure, tool prompts, algorithms, evaluator inputs and outputs, comparison variants and additional results. Algorithm 3's independent delivery is already covered. State serialization remains unresolved rather than a proved whole-store bypass. Appendix C supplies scoring and comparison roles, not a content-acceptance consumer. Appendix B's narrated successes do not settle tool enforcement or history retention. Appendix C's RAG variants are comparison treatments, not hidden ordinary-target routes. Appendix D adds a second-backbone reward contrast, but does not supply raw runs, isolated subreward interventions or a new memory mechanism. The existing selective comparison account remains supported; a complete numerical survey of every reported result is not claimed.
Further omission expansion stopped because the selected challenges have dispositions, all declared mechanisms remain supported at documentary strength, and no identified alternative changes the central account without evidence outside the frozen capture. The remaining local uncertainties are retained below, not treated as evidenced absence.

Limits
- The boundary, RT-RTE-task-rollout and RT-RTE-policy-update lack executable callers, raw runs and checkpoint lineage. The documentary lifecycle and update design remain supported; readers must withhold implementation conformance, restart durability, exercised self-improvement and independent benefit attribution. Benchmark reporting in EPI-RTE-benchmark-evaluation is author-attributed, not independently observed operation.
- RT-CLM-context-reset, RT-RTE-task-rollout and RT-RTE-stage-retrieval leave exact model-visible serialization unresolved. This also limits training-reference isolation: SRC-1,
2601.01885v1.html#S3.SS1, includes the expected answer in the abstract training task specification, whereas the later algorithms do not establish its model-visible rendering. Readers must withhold both full-store awareness and a claim that the model cannot see query/reference information before the intended stage. The declared reset and selective delivery remain supported.and (for training only) the expected answer ---

Invocation and transformation capabilities remain specified; actual rejection, system-message treatment, reliable fact preservation, atomicity and recovery cannot be inferred from those surfaces or illustrative successes.
- MEM-OBJ-access-metadata, MEM-RTE-store-maintenance, MEM-RTE-requested-retrieval and MEM-OBJ-summary leave authenticated provenance, historical reasons and withdrawal propagation unresolved. Readers may compare stage-local candidate maintenance and read-back, but not guaranteed deletion from delivered context, summaries or learned weights, or warranted cross-session reuse.
- RT-RTE-policy-update, EPI-RTE-context-reward, EPI-RTE-telemetry-reward and EPI-CLM-reward-benefit preserve the 1.0 versus 1/3 top-level weight discrepancy and limited evaluator licenses. The update pathway and attributed bundled benefit remain supported; exact reward-scale reproduction, semantic preservation guarantees, meaningful-repair guarantees and individual-action causal credit remain unavailable.
