Operational Ontology Framework memory profile

Comparison rationale
The comparison concerns intended retained operational state, not the Git repository containing the reference. The five object roles remain distinct: no accepted record identifies the organizational source with Facts or Spec, or proves that Handoff shares its store. The inventory retains unspecified initialization, maintenance and later-consumer mechanisms instead of inferring files from Markdown documentation. See MEM-OBJ-authorized-source, MEM-OBJ-spec and MEM-OBJ-facts.
All positive findings are claimed, not afforded, wired or observed: the records describe a conceptual workflow and intended interpretation, without operational implementation. Natural-language findings classify the described content, not all actual encodings. Authored lineage is local to the AI-draft/human-review work product; initial provenance and the final recording representation remain unresolved. The explicit per-content reviewer decision supports manual admission despite the unspecified physical writer. Neither that control nor the intended human-authority policy resolves every Handoff write or the concrete rule-amendment procedure. See RT-RTE-weekly-review, MEM-OBJ-authorized-source and RT-RTE-rule-amendment.
Knowledge and instruction describe different effects of retained content at intended consumers. Reports of decisions/results supply context; next-action guidance and standing rules direct later work. These claimed effects do not imply technical enforcement, successful delivery or learning. Spec remains included but unresolved as later-invocation memory: current-work criteria alone do not establish a retained validation consumer. See MEM-BAP-state-continuity, MEM-OBJ-pin and MEM-OBJ-spec.
No curation value is inferred from an amendment requirement, draft sorting or the word “short.” The retained-input transformation is unspecified. Likewise, an intended next review does not decide push versus pull, and overdue-first draft ordering does not establish a read-back signal. The combined recording/handoff semantics remain indeterminate in EPI-RTE-status-retention; RT-RTE-weekly-review does not close these implementation gaps.
There is no supported trace-learning yes or no. Handoff may preserve experience, but its automatic production and original trace inputs are unspecified. The bounded absence in RT-ABS-agent-entry covers a published agent entry, not all possible prescribed-memory update mechanisms. It cannot turn unresolved learning routes into a negative or make trace source inapplicable. MEM-OBJ-handoff and MEM-BAP-state-continuity retain that uncertainty.
Reconciliation supersedes the epistemic Pin, Spec, Handoff and Facts object identities with their memory counterparts. This profile cites the canonical memory objects. The supersessions do not upgrade any finding, resolve encoding or initialization, or merge the organizational source with those roles. The weekly-review container, its epistemic retention part and the stable-rule amendment route remain distinct; their separate records are used for their respective mechanisms.
Source-read log: none. This classification uses only the supplied accepted records and reconciliation; no source ambiguity required a new source read. No records, quotations or new evidence are introduced.
