Verification

The supplied runtime, memory, epistemic, workflow and reconciliation members support a bounded doc-grounded account. I independently traced their consequential behavior in SRC-1 rather than relying on the analysts' validation statements. The checkout HEAD matched the frozen revision, status was clean, and the tracked tree contained the shipped skill, installer, initializer, manifests, templates and supporting documents described by boundary. No target execution was performed. The supplied structural check reports none; all four correction-answer inputs are empty.

Independent source and record checks

Entry, ownership and setup. I read the complete SKILL.md, setup.sh, scripts/init-wiki.sh, both plugin manifests, config.example.yml, wiki.md and all eight templates in SRC-1. RT-CMP-claude-code, RT-OBJ-skill, RT-OBJ-schema, RT-BAP-skill-dispatch and RT-BAP-schema-guidance correctly distinguish external model/tool execution from installed instructions and retained conventions. Provider mutability and host loading are not falsely classified as known. RT-RTE-wiki-setup and MEM-OBJ-config preserve the material alternate paths: direct flags, skill-mediated choices and installer-confirmed config deletion. The implementation really skips existing paths, but supplies neither transaction rollback nor exclusion of previously staged changes from its Git commit. These qualifications are retained, not defects.

EPI-RTE-template-render is genuinely part of setup: literal namespace/date substitution feeds the same write-or-skip function. Its concrete mapping is a source deduction, not a claimed execution. Its Part of: relation, wired implementation and uninspected operation are supported by SRC-1, scripts/init-wiki.sh. RT-OBJ-schema correctly treats later schema consumption as model interpretation, despite executable initial rendering.

Production, retrieval and feedback. The complete SRC-1 SKILL.md supports RT-RTE-source-ingest, RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-index-prune and RT-RTE-health-maintenance. I checked phase ordering, selectors, write permissions, exceptions, later consumers and recovery. Ingest checks follow writes; import does not explicitly reproduce routing-description production; query logging precedes synthesis and is distinct from confirmed content write-back; prune changes preferred routing without deleting files; plain lint writes Dashboard whereas status specifies no modifications. These records correctly use claimed design and uninspected operation rather than treating prompt instructions as executable enforcement or observed compliance.

The corresponding memory records preserve material distinctions: MEM-OBJ-page-state versus MEM-OBJ-page-history, MEM-OBJ-hub-index versus MEM-OBJ-hub-archive, MEM-OBJ-access-log and MEM-OBJ-dashboard. I checked their substrates, forms, lineage and actual prescribed consumers against SRC-1, SKILL.md and the templates. In particular, folded History is not an established payload filter; a page-count instruction is not a token budget or context eviction; the log records selection/use claims, not successful answers. MEM-BAP-wiki-answer accurately describes informational delivery without guaranteed reliance. RT-CLM-cache-precision remains an objective without measured precision or causal benefit.

L1 evidence and authority. I traced classification, due selection, local evidence, verdict aggregation, human decisions, synchronized corrections, carry-over-before-deletion and reference repair in SRC-1, SKILL.md, and read docs/l1-l2-architecture.md completely. I also checked the contradiction and nonlocal-evidence scenarios in openspec/specs/prune.md. RT-RTE-l1-verification, MEM-OBJ-l1-rules, MEM-OBJ-l1-index and MEM-BAP-l1-loading retain both known subsequent admission controls and unknown initial admission/host payloads. RT-ABS-action-gate is a supported bounded absence: the skill explicitly disclaims that gate and the inspected shipped entry paths do not provide it. It says nothing about arbitrary host extensions.

The theory-condition assessments in RT-RTE-l1-verification are separately qualified design affordances or prescriptions, not demonstrated theory revision. The epistemic ledger's separation of evidence production, user disposition and conditional integration is supported: local evidence and corrected text can license continued bounded rule reliance, while user confirmation of an ordinary query summary establishes storage permission, not factual acceptance. Partial checks, inconclusive remote claims, skipped rules and absent action-time interception prevent stronger warrant. Learning, exercised self-improvement, global reflection and autonomous admission are not inferred from persistent edits.

Epistemic overlay and reconciliation

I checked every epistemic declaration and ledger function against its source or supplied route. EPI-OBJ-wiki-pages, EPI-OBJ-hub-index, EPI-OBJ-l1-rules and EPI-OBJ-access-log describe the same source-native material as the finer memory records. Acquisition does not establish source warrant; unavailable synthesis inputs/outputs justify the indeterminate semantic relation rather than a conjecture or derivation classification. The ledger does not elevate retained dates, structural checks or routing popularity into factual acceptance.

EPI-CLM-l1-honesty, EPI-CLM-confidence-lifecycle and EPI-CLM-automatic-repromotion preserve their claims and countercases. I directly checked SRC-1, SKILL.md, the Knowledge/Feedback requirements in openspec/specs/schema.md, and the Query/Prune and Privacy passages in README.md. High confidence has stronger declared semantics than an age test can establish. README's automatic re-promotion wording differs from the skill's offer. Neither discrepancy is misreported as implemented or observed behavior.

The workflow account and its annotation faithfully select ingest rather than manufacture a workflow from unrelated capabilities. Source acquisition, retained-page inspection, routing maintenance, post-write self-check and terminal report are one foreground-agent procedure. Independent review, per-fact user admission and automatic rollback are not invented.

I checked all relations and integration dispositions in reconciliation. Its sole supersession joins the two Access-Log identities, with matching producers, content and consumers. Current/history, live/archive and L1 rule/index containers remain valid alongside finer parts; their distinct consumption and withdrawal findings survive. Template rendering is containment, not duplicate setup. All seven memory integration issues have dispositions. Source-document discrepancies are retained as such, not concealed inter-report conflicts. No unresolved cross-report disagreement or unsupported conflict resolution was found.

Omission questions and stopping decision

The omission search used the independently enumerated frozen tree, the alternate installer/direct-initializer paths, generated-state consumers and supporting specifications. It asked whether a shipped executable caller or hook changed ownership or enforcement; whether an alternate producer bypassed the stated admission controls; whether context isolation or compaction supported stronger JIT claims; and whether supporting doctrine supplied checking or adaptation omitted by the central conclusions. The complete operational files support the reports' distinction between prompt doctrine and setup implementation, their alternate admission paths and their refusal to infer context reclamation. No additional executable maintenance or host-loading implementation was identified in that tree.

Additional scoped reads/searches covered SRC-1, openspec/specs/query.md, openspec/specs/l1-l2-routing.md, docs/faq.md, docs/troubleshooting.md, diagrams and L1 examples. Supporting query doctrine adds confidence weighting, explicit contradiction presentation and a non-fabrication instruction; it also contains an older seven-page batching scenario alongside the three-to-five selection requirements. L1/L2 routing doctrine adds promotion recommendations and merging guidance, not demonstrated automatic L1 admission. These do not overturn the bounded account of the operative skill, structural versus factual checking, human-gated L1 revision or unobserved benefit. Their local inventory consequence is retained below. Further search stopped because the selected challenges have supported dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains unaddressed, and remaining supporting artifacts are not reasonably likely to reverse those scoped conclusions. This is not exhaustive consistency certification of every document.

Limits

  • The query/adaptation inventory is not complete for supporting doctrine. RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-health-maintenance and the epistemic ledger remain valid for the shipped skill, but do not separately retain confidence weighting, explicit contradiction presentation or promotion/merge recommendations from SRC-1, openspec/specs/query.md and openspec/specs/l1-l2-routing.md. Withhold exhaustive comparisons of all declared evidence-ranking and L1-maintenance policies. These additional prescriptions establish neither factual acceptance nor automatic admission. The query specification also contains a seven-page scenario inconsistent with its own three-to-five selection requirements; withhold a uniform page-limit claim across all design documents, without weakening the skill-scoped limit.
    • REQ-413: The system SHALL note when sources contradict each other and present both perspectives rather than silently choosing one. --- openspec/specs/query.md AND synthesize from all extracted information AND list all 7 pages in source attribution --- openspec/specs/query.md
  • Source wording does not establish one uniform re-promotion or Dashboard-writer contract across documents. EPI-CLM-automatic-repromotion, MEM-OBJ-dashboard and RT-RTE-health-maintenance preserve the conflicting wording and the operative skill's offer/lint-writer procedures. Readers should not infer automatic re-promotion, status-driven Dashboard persistence or observed resolution of these discrepancies. The supported skill-level routes remain intact.
  • Generated Obsidian hubs use _index.md while logical namespace links use namespace names. RT-RTE-wiki-setup and MEM-OBJ-hub-index already disclose this unresolved integration issue, supported by SRC-1, scripts/init-wiki.sh and templates/obsidian/Dashboard.md. Withhold demonstrated end-to-end link resolution and usable preferred routing in a real Obsidian vault; the initializer's file creation and the documented fallback/repair affordances remain supported.
