Reconciliation

Boundary and evidence alignment

The four reports use the same frozen revision and the whole-system knowledge-maintenance boundary in boundary. Its Source register separates executable setup from model-consumed doctrine and attributed operation. Runtime supplies route containers; memory adds retained parts and consumer paths; epistemic separates consequential functions within those containers; workflow traces the ingest branch. None supplies an observed target run or causal comparison. Their shared lack of execution evidence limits compliance, activation and benefit; it is not a disagreement about the existence of the prescribed routes. No source read was needed for this reconciliation.

Duplicate identity and retained containers

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-access-log is superseded by MEM-OBJ-access-log. Both identify the same append-only Access-Log entries: dated page identifiers and short matched reasons, produced by full-page query reads and consumed by prune/status. Both retain the same fixed-position parsing passage from SRC-1, SKILL.md. Memory additionally distinguishes the bootstrap entry, legacy entries and lack of a retention limit. The epistemic inventory and query-retention ledger concern this same referent, not a second log. This identity changes no finding about self-reported reads, recency evidence or the absence of an independent success signal.

EPI-OBJ-wiki-pages is a valid container for current and historical page content. MEM-OBJ-page-state and MEM-OBJ-page-history separate those operative parts. Supersession of the container is ruled out: its findings about retained current state and readable superseded wording do not become wrong when the parts are separated. Memory's finer findings remain attached to their parts: ingest moves superseded wording verbatim, whereas L1 carry-over history can be a lossy summary; neither folded display nor retention guarantees later examination of reasons. No required part is missing from this comparison.

EPI-OBJ-hub-index, labelled Index and Archive, spans the live and demoted routing material separately declared as MEM-OBJ-hub-index and MEM-OBJ-hub-archive. Supersession is ruled out because the combined record remains a valid container. Its ledger distinguishes live-index demotion from loss of access. The memory parts preserve different selection and recovery treatment: preferred query selection uses the live Index, while Archive retains moved lines and underlying pages remain greppable. The combined label does not make Archive an ordinary preferred selector input.

EPI-OBJ-l1-rules spans rule bodies, descriptions, verification metadata and index pointers. MEM-OBJ-l1-rules and MEM-OBJ-l1-index distinguish the rule files from their separate index. Supersession is ruled out: the epistemic container already distinguishes the index's exclusion from rule scanning and its inclusion in synchronized correction. The part records retain the different classification and reference-repair responsibilities. They do not supply missing initial admission facts or exact host payload selection.

EPI-RTE-template-render explicitly declares itself part of RT-RTE-wiki-setup. This is containment, not duplicate identity: Schema substitution/write-or-skip is one operation inside setup, not an alternative setup entry. Both retain implementation conclusion status wired and operation conclusion status uninspected. No supersession is needed. Likewise, the epistemic ledger's functional rows on runtime routes do not create replacement route declarations.

The remaining distinctions rule out duplicate identity. MEM-OBJ-config is an output consumed by commands, not the setup route or RT-OBJ-schema. MEM-OBJ-dashboard is retained metrics, not the evaluator/repair route. MEM-BAP-wiki-answer and MEM-BAP-l1-loading carry maintained knowledge or personal rules; RT-BAP-skill-dispatch and RT-BAP-schema-guidance carry installed procedure or maintenance conventions. Shared consumers do not make those payloads or paths identical. The epistemic claims concern L1 checking, confidence semantics and re-promotion, not the L2 precision objective in RT-CLM-cache-precision. Workflow declares no competing records.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

Ingest and delivery. RT-RTE-source-ingest, memory's annotations and workflow's annotation agree that the foreground model extracts and writes content, maintains routing descriptions, then performs a structural quality gate. Workflow selects ingest only; it does not extend its account to import. Epistemic's check and retention rows on the same route preserve the post-write ordering and distinguish structural checking from factual acceptance. No report requires a per-fact human approval, independent reviewer or atomic rollback that the runtime record denies. The terminal report and structural-commit instruction remain prescribed completion, not observed delivery.

Retrieval and trace feedback. RT-RTE-wiki-query supplies hub ranking, three-to-five selected pages, grep fallback, access logging and optional confirmed content write-back. Memory adds the retained payload and log distinctions; epistemic separates relevance selection, synthesis, storage permission and trace retention. These accounts agree that the page-count/JIT policy establishes neither token bounds nor context eviction. RT-RTE-index-prune connects logged reads through recency/exemptions and human confirmation to future live-index membership. Raw access records are not answer-quality evidence, and archived status is not factual rejection or access denial.

L1 checks and later authority. RT-RTE-l1-verification supplies evidence gathering, per-claim verdicts and per-item user decisions. Epistemic treats that sequence as a bounded design-level acceptance protocol for continued local-rule reliance, while memory separates retained dates/corrections from a full checking rationale. These are compatible findings: neither asserts an observed acceptance episode or universal warrant. MEM-BAP-l1-loading retains the external host dependency and unknown payload/budget. RT-ABS-action-gate rules out a target-owned action-time freshness gate, not arbitrary host hooks. The runtime's separately qualified theory conditions remain unchanged; no other member converts retained revision into demonstrated learning, autonomy or exercised self-improvement.

Maintenance and source wording differences. RT-RTE-health-maintenance and MEM-OBJ-dashboard agree that plain lint updates Dashboard, status requests no modifications, and --fix authorizes model repairs without per-fix approval. Memory records contrary Dashboard-template wording as source drift, not a cross-report disagreement. EPI-CLM-confidence-lifecycle adds the stronger design meaning assigned to high confidence; it does not claim that age-based downgrade proves factual reliability or that ingest supplies factual acceptance.

EPI-CLM-automatic-repromotion retains README's automatic re-promotion statement alongside the skill's offer. Runtime and memory describe the offer/confirmation route. This is an anchored source-document discrepancy already preserved by the epistemic report, not conflicting findings between these reports; reconciliation does not turn it into established automatic behavior.

The remaining memory integration issues are retained limits rather than unresolved inter-report conflicts. Import does not explicitly require complete routing descriptions; lint repair and grep fallback remain separate paths. Generated illustrative hub entries do not prove a populated usable index. Obsidian logical hub names versus initializer _index.md paths leave actual UI resolution uninspected. Credential separation and L1 Git exclusion remain policies/dependencies rather than target-enforced isolation for arbitrary configured paths. Initial L1 admission, exact host loading and complete retained rationales remain unknown beside the relevant objects and consumers. None requires changing a supplied route finding to connect the reports.

No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was identified. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt; no disposition of an unseen correction is inferred.
