Verification
The supplied reports support a bounded code-grounded account. No material correction is required. I checked every declared record, its source support and evidence strength, the annotations, containment relations, duplicate supersessions and possible cross-report conflicts. The supplied structural check reports none; all four correction-answer inputs are empty. There is no structural failure to route or correction argument to adjudicate. Structural and quotation checking remain code's responsibility; the judgments below concern support and meaning.
Boundary and independent tracing
The checkout HEAD matches the boundary. Its tracked tree supports the whole-system enclosing-runtime classification: invocation, console, hooks, prompts, adapters and persistence utilities are included. Source inspection stayed within SRC-1. No target execution, model request, test or experiment was performed. Implementation and source-native declarations do not become observed operation through this review.
I independently traced SRC-1, src/jaz/invoke.py, src/jaz/_invoke_tool.py, src/jaz/_agent.py, src/jaz/repl/python_repl.py, src/jaz/repl/compiler.py, src/jaz/repl/permissions.py, src/jaz/repl/_exec_guards.py and src/jaz/hooks/effects.py, together with the relevant dispatcher and validator branches. I compared both sync and async committed-code paths, ordinary execution, supplied execution and supplied invocation results. This supports RT-RTE-agent-loop, RT-RTE-recursive-invoke and RT-RTE-hook-admission. Supply skips different work at different boundaries; it does not skip the corresponding completion transform. Invoke completion's carried Raise outranks carried Return. Return validation is a predicate/type contract, not task acceptance, and rejection does not reverse prior effects.
The forcing cases survive alternate-path inspection. Initial input binding really can overwrite the protected builtins mapping: arbitrary keyword payloads reach the unfiltered namespace update. This conclusion does not rely only on the nearby TODO, and does not imply the static compiler checks disappear. The added-variable effect path's refusal is a separate path. Child ConfigOverride selection and host SWE callables also prevent universal containment. Timeout resolution in both exec variants gives an enabled pragma priority without a ceiling; supplied execution skips the guard. RecursionLimit checks attributed depth and rejects local installation, but public entry on an unpropagated worker and captured-closure fallback preserve the reported parentage limits. Thus RT-CLM-repl-policy remains a scoped policy claim, not a deployment guarantee. Source-native comments reporting measurements were not treated as independently supplied experiments.
Record and lens dispositions
Runtime components, objects and authority. RT-CMP-python-repl and RT-OBJ-repl-state correctly distinguish reusable template from mutable invocation namespace and shared payload references. RT-CMP-llm scopes its no-write finding to the default inspected path; it does not contradict SGLang transport. RT-OBJ-system-prompt and RT-BAP-prompt-code distinguish model-facing instructions from execution authority. The shipped template advertises bare invoke conditionally, as reported. RT-BAP-hook-effects describes trusted in-process control, not a plugin sandbox. These findings agree with SRC-1, src/jaz/templates/system_prompt.jinja2, src/jaz/protocol/code_only.py and the execution/effect paths above.
Context and console. Source tracing of SRC-1, src/jaz/protocol/code_only.py, src/jaz/string_utils.py, src/jaz/hooks/builtin/context_window.py and src/jaz/console.py supports RT-RTE-context-control, RT-RTE-console-turn, MEM-OBJ-repl-history, MEM-OBJ-conversation-history, MEM-OBJ-helper-history and MEM-OBJ-readline-history. Whole continuing output remains in history while delivered observations may omit it; terminal history is not a full output/exception checkpoint. Main-turn histories retain live references, helpers receive rendered transcripts, and readline recall is a separate human-mediated route. Per-value abbreviation is not a total transcript budget. ContextWindowWarning adds advice rather than performing compaction.
The same sources support EPI-OBJ-llm-response, EPI-OBJ-repl-observation and EPI-RTE-observation-projection. I checked the concrete head/tail example arithmetically against the slicing implementation: its interior error disappears from the observation but remains in continuing history. This is a source deduction, not an observed task failure. EPI-OBJ-return-value correctly distinguishes an arbitrary payload from a truth claim; ValidateReturn ignores a non-raising False result. EPI-RTE-budget-forcing forces continuation using a counter, not evidence of incorrectness. EPI-RTE-swe-tools accurately separates optional host file/shell effects and literal occurrence checking from semantic validation. I checked their implementations in SRC-1, src/jaz/hooks/builtin/return_hooks.py, src/jaz/hooks/builtin/budget_forcing.py and src/jaz/_library/swe.py.
Persistence and reuse. Independent inspection of SRC-1, src/jaz/hooks/builtin/atif_trace.py, src/jaz/hooks/builtin/trajectory_directory.py, src/jaz/hooks/builtin/replay.py and src/jaz/hooks/builtin/workflow_replay.py supports MEM-OBJ-atif-trajectory, MEM-OBJ-trajectory-directory, RT-RTE-trajectory-replay, EPI-RTE-replay-comparison and RT-RTE-workflow-emission. Repr summaries cannot restore live objects. Scope-end JSON and incremental diagnostics have different loss/overwrite boundaries. Replay's edit, content and rendered-observation checks have the stated narrow domains; absent expectations skip comparisons, and exhaustion/divergence permits live calls. Equality is not execution equivalence or rollback. The emitter captures Enter-time source and finalizes abnormal invocations; its artifact is neither certified successful nor automatically installed.
Configuration and token routes. SRC-1, src/jaz/console.py, src/jaz/user_settings.py and src/jaz/credentials.py support RT-RTE-settings-admission, RT-BAP-settings-load and MEM-OBJ-credentials. The helper code gate, direct host-Python alternative, ping-before-switch, session-only persistence failure, loader restrictions and credential consumer distinction are preserved. Confirmation precedes execution and cannot certify success or quality.
SRC-1, src/jaz/llm/sglang.py and src/jaz/hooks/builtin/rollout.py support MEM-OBJ-token-stamp, MEM-OBJ-rollout, MEM-RTE-rollout-export, MEM-RTE-weight-update, EPI-OBJ-rollout and EPI-RTE-rollout-export. Hidden reasoning can remain in sampled sidecars while changed visible text forces subsequent re-rendering. Completed tokenless queries withdraw partial logs; failed queries can leave aborted partial rollouts. Flat export checks message-identity prefix structure, not task truth. HTTP weight-update wrappers establish transport, not accepted parameters or improvement. Searches for update-method callers and export consumers across the tracked source found no shipped trainer connection closing the reported gap; this does not assess external orchestration.
The three epistemic claim records—EPI-CLM-hook-contracts, EPI-CLM-protocol-framing and EPI-CLM-token-rollouts—retain the distinctions between declared contracts, inspected mechanisms and attributed numerical reports. The ledger separates checking, disposition and retention. Its bounded lack of established accepted-ampliative integration does not deny what an arbitrary host validator could implement.
Workflow and reconciliation. The workflow account matches the README request and traced synchronous primitive: decomposition and aggregation are model choices, the root list hook is local, depth governance propagates, and final post-transform delivery differs from child completion. Its binding caveat, unbounded default retries and lack of item-completeness or answer oracle are supported.
All explicit Part of relations express valid containment: REPL history within state; response within the loop; return within admission; observation/projection within context control; comparison within replay. Different record kinds do not invalidate those explained product/subroute relations. The reconciliation correctly supersedes the two duplicate rollout declarations without deleting either analyst's findings. Other overlaps are valid containers, parts or distinct consumers. The SGLang/default-adapter scope difference is not a contradiction; neither is an afforded training consumer versus uninspected exercised consumption. I found no omitted unresolved conflict requiring correction.
Omission search and stopping decision
The frozen tree, rather than only submitted anchors, selected three consequential questions: whether another supplied-result/input path undermines the runtime controls; whether rollout producers and weight consumers close an improvement loop; and whether another shipped adapter changes the context inventory. The first two have supported bounded dispositions above. For the third, inspection added SRC-1, src/jaz/llm/copilot.py: optional session reuse and transcript-continuation trimming are additional context mechanisms. This remains a local inventory omission, not a refutation of the reports' explicitly partial adapter coverage; its consequence is retained below.
Optional expansion stopped because these selected challenges have dispositions and no identified material contradiction remains. Full telemetry retention, converter equivalence, replay concurrency, arbitrary custom components and remote server behavior remain unassessed as the reports already state. More artifacts alone would not justify extending those claims. The findings support the named implemented routes, not exhaustive retention/context coverage, actual activation, reliable task success or causal improvement.

Limits
- The adapter inventory remains incomplete for cross-system context comparisons. Memory coverage and epistemic coverage expressly leave other adapter context transformations uninspected. SRC-1,
src/jaz/llm/copilot.pyadditionally implements optional session reuse: it checks model/system/request settings and conversation-prefix agreement, rebuilds on divergence, and trims transcript continuation; trimming drops the session because its retained reply differs from JAZ's text. This does not change the supported console, default-codec, replay or SGLang findings, and the reports emit no system-complete absence. Readers must withhold an exhaustive inventory or comparison of adapter-held context and reload behavior. The load-bearing reuse dispatch is:if self.reuse_session and self._session_lock is not None: ---
