Verification
The pinned runtime, memory, epistemic, workflow and reconciliation members support a bounded implementation account. I checked every declared record, its supporting source passage and evidence strength, the annotations, declared part relations, duplicate supersessions and disagreement dispositions. The supplied structural report contains no failures; all four correction-answer files are empty. There is no previous objection to accept by default or carry forward.
Independent source trace and record dispositions
I confirmed the registered checkout's HEAD and clean status, inspected its tracked tree, and directly read the complete three nonempty implementation modules, README, packaging configuration, both Python test suites and test utility. These reads concern SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py, agentic_memory/llm_controller.py, README.md, pyproject.toml, tests/test_memory_system.py, tests/test_llm_backends.py and tests/test_utils.py. They establish implementation and declared/test intent, not observed execution. No target code, tests, examples or services were run. The boundary and Source register remain applicable; no additional source or evidence layer is needed.
Runtime components. The five component records—RT-CMP-openai, RT-CMP-ollama, RT-CMP-sglang, RT-CMP-open-router and RT-CMP-sentence-transformer—match the adapter dispatch, model identifiers, request construction and embedding initialization. SGLang's configured model label is not included in its generation payload. OpenRouter writes its key to the environment. Local parameter-update absence and unpinned model resolution are scoped correctly: they do not claim to inspect provider weights or service behavior (SRC-1, agentic_memory/llm_controller.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py).
Admission, evolution and mutation. I followed constructor reset attempts, conditional missing-field analysis, model-output parsing, evolution dispatch, object-map insertion, vector insertion and threshold consolidation in execution order. RT-RTE-note-admission, RT-RTE-neighbor-evolution and RT-RTE-direct-mutation preserve the consequential distinctions. Complete metadata bypasses analysis, not evolution. A negative or handled failed evolution does not reject ingestion. Earlier mutations can survive later errors. Update accepts existing attributes without regeneration; read exposes the live object; delete does not repair surviving links. The fixed-action guarantee is correctly restricted to dispatch, not arbitrary Python callers. Its schema and rollback qualifications are necessary and supported (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/llm_controller.py).
Retained objects and read consumers. MEM-OBJ-memory-content, MEM-OBJ-semantic-metadata, MEM-OBJ-note-links, MEM-OBJ-usage-fields and MEM-OBJ-chroma-snapshot distinguish caller content, derived labels, symbolic links, initialized usage/history slots and the collection's text/metadata/vector representation. Their lineage, storage and consumer claims match source. Category is not automatically generated or evolved. Suggested links lack existence/deduplication checks, while linked-object consumption checks map membership. Caller provenance remains unresolved rather than being treated as human authorship or an authenticated execution trace (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py).
RT-RTE-memory-retrieval and the memory retrieval annotation accurately distinguish map-backed search from metadata-backed search and evolution input. I checked direct-result construction, live-link fallback, append order and final truncation: a full direct-hit budget excludes appended neighbors. The raw formatter has a different per-hit expansion budget, and private _search iterates a dictionary as though it contained result objects. Neither is promoted into a demonstrated independent hybrid selector. RT-BAP-neighbor-context and RT-BAP-caller-results correctly separate model-context influence followed by fixed writes from outward Python data delivery (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py).
MEM-RTE-index-consolidation is wired as bulk re-add, not semantic merging or guaranteed repair. Get-or-create followed by add does not establish replacement of existing IDs. Its part relation to the evolution continuation is supported, with the explicit public trigger retained. MEM-ABS-usage-feedback is supported by initialization and copy sites plus inspection of every read/search/evolution consumer: these do not increment counts, refresh access times or append rationale. Caller-written history remains possible. These are bounded implementation findings, not dependency-level durability or external-host negatives (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py, tests/test_memory_system.py).
Epistemic routes and claims. I checked all four epistemic objects: EPI-OBJ-note-content, EPI-OBJ-semantic-metadata, EPI-OBJ-evolution-decision and EPI-OBJ-enhanced-document. Call-local response controls differ from retained links and metadata; enhanced text differs from the complete collection representation. The inventory and ledger do not confer independent warrant on generated labels or numerical relevance (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py).
EPI-RTE-metadata-generation and EPI-RTE-metadata-parsing correctly isolate generation from syntax checking inside admission. EPI-RTE-evolution-judgment and EPI-RTE-evolution-disposition isolate semantic judgment/proposal from action enforcement inside evolution. Their four declared part relations are supported; standalone analysis and processing do not invalidate containment of these functions in the ordinary routes. Requested model behavior is not mistaken for reliable compliance or an observed response. Indeterminate semantic transformation remains justified without claiming that source wiring itself is indeterminate (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/llm_controller.py).
EPI-RTE-metadata-conversion correctly identifies a cross-route transformation rather than a part of one container. The numeric-string and JSON-like-string counterexamples follow from field-independent conversion; the report marks them as deductions conditional on returned metadata, not executed round trips or universal factual errors. EPI-RTE-test-evaluation matches the assertion consumers: tests check selected API/transport properties but do not feed production admission. EPI-ABS-evidence-acceptance survives examination of parsing, model decisions, dispatch, CRUD, consolidation, retrieval and test consumers. Operational admission and retention are present; the inspected consumers do not record evidence-consuming truth acceptance and subsequent lifecycle integration (SRC-1, agentic_memory/retrievers.py, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, tests/test_memory_system.py, tests/test_llm_backends.py, tests/test_utils.py).
RT-CLM-memory-organization, EPI-CLM-retrieval-accuracy, EPI-CLM-update-evolution and EPI-CLM-periodic-review preserve distinct README claims and guidance. The update-trigger mismatch is real: update assigns attributes and rewrites storage without calling analysis or evolution. Review advice is not an implemented gate. Comparative performance wording supplies no inspectable benchmark or component intervention here. The reports preserve automatic organization while withholding reliability, factual warrant and demonstrated benefit (SRC-1, README.md, agentic_memory/memory_system.py).
Workflow and reconciliation. The workflow account is a connected shipped test sequence, not a constructed combination of unrelated APIs. Its handoffs, continuation after declined evolution, pre-return consolidation, ambiguous empty-search result and caller-owned recovery match implementation. Non-null metadata assertions do not establish useful evolution or successful delivery in a run (SRC-1, tests/test_memory_system.py, agentic_memory/memory_system.py). Its annotations add stage roles without duplicating generic records.
The reconciliation correctly supersedes the two duplicate content/semantic-metadata objects with their memory counterparts. I checked identity and affected findings against both declarations. The enhanced-document object remains a valid text part alongside the larger snapshot; response controls and usage fields are distinct. Route parts do not supersede their containers. The two absences answer different questions. README/implementation disagreement is not inter-report disagreement. No unresolved conflict requiring both positions to be retained was found, and no supersession promotes evidence strength.
Omission questions and stopping decision
The frozen tree, not only the listed anchors, guided three consequential challenges. First, could a shipped caller restore notes or turn retrieval into a task answer, changing the instance-local memory boundary? Tree inspection, packaging and source searches led to README callers and tests, not another driver. Their reads, prints and assertions support the present boundary, not cross-session restoration or an answer-generation loop. Second, could exposed methods bypass the selected add workflow? Direct process_memory, standalone analysis, explicit consolidation, mutable reads and retriever operations are real alternatives. In particular, the shipped processing test calls process_memory on a live note without add's counter continuation. The epistemic coverage and disposition record already preserve this alternative; it reinforces rather than overturns the reports' non-universal admission/synchronization findings. Third, could usage/history, test outputs or backend fallbacks supply an overlooked feedback or truth-acceptance route? Scoped searches across implementation, tests, README, packaging and source-native maintenance documents, followed by the complete executable and test reads above, found initialization/copying, bounded assertions and continuation defaults, not such a consequential consumer (SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, agentic_memory/retrievers.py, agentic_memory/llm_controller.py, tests/test_memory_system.py, tests/test_llm_backends.py, README.md, pyproject.toml).
Further optional omission expansion stopped because these challenges have source-supported dispositions and no identified material contradiction remains. This is not an exhaustive inventory of dependency or provider behavior. The existing wording already withholds model-response fidelity, successful snapshot replacement, durable restoration, actual downstream reliance and performance attribution. Those faithfully scoped uncertainties require neither a new blocker nor a separate verification limit. Figures and external research remain outside this functional evidence account as declared in the boundary.
