Reconciliation

Shared boundary and evidence

All four reports concern the shipped memory library and callers, not a complete task-solving agent. The boundary includes prompts, maintenance and test surfaces while excluding external provider/dependency internals and the separate paper-reproduction project. Its Source register supplies implementation, doctrine/design and reported operation, but no observed run or causal experiment. The reports' wiring findings and unobserved-operation limits therefore coexist; no status is promoted by agreement between analysts. This reconciliation uses the supplied members only and made no additional source reads.

Duplicate identities and retained parts

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-note-content is superseded by MEM-OBJ-memory-content. Both identify MemoryNote.content, its live Python storage and Chroma metadata copy, caller lineage and model/reader consumption. Both supply the same core-content assignment passage from SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py. The epistemic finding that content is truth-apt only when assertions are supplied concerns this same object, not a distinct object. The supersession connects the epistemic inventory and ledger to the memory object's lineage account without changing either analyst's fields or conclusions. Both IDs remain declared.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-semantic-metadata is superseded by MEM-OBJ-semantic-metadata. Both identify the same note fields: keywords, context, tags and classification/category, stored live and in Chroma. Their initialization passages from SRC-1, agentic_memory/memory_system.py, identify the same referent. The epistemic account distinguishes possible descriptive claims from indexing labels; the memory account supplies producer, consumer and authority detail. These are fields on one object, not rival identities. The supersession connects the epistemic inventory, transformation and admission findings to that retained field group; it does not turn labels into verified propositions or change the memory account's category-specific limits.

EPI-OBJ-enhanced-document is not identical to MEM-OBJ-chroma-snapshot. The former isolates the natural-language enhanced_document/enhanced_content part. The latter explicitly distinguishes that readable text, serialized metadata and dense vectors within the collection representation. Both cite the enhanced-content assignment in SRC-1, agentic_memory/retrievers.py. The snapshot remains a valid container alongside its declared text part; no split supersession is required. Neither object is identical to RT-CMP-sentence-transformer, which names the embedding producer rather than its retained output.

EPI-OBJ-evolution-decision is not identical to MEM-OBJ-note-links or the semantic-metadata object. The response controls are call-local inputs to dispatch; assigned links, tags and contexts persist separately. The shared dispatch evidence in EPI-RTE-evolution-disposition and the memory link record establishes that producer/result relationship, not identity. MEM-OBJ-usage-fields is likewise distinct: a caller-populatable history slot does not make it the unretained model response or rationale.

The epistemic generation and parsing routes, EPI-RTE-metadata-generation and EPI-RTE-metadata-parsing, are declared parts of RT-RTE-note-admission, not duplicate end-to-end admissions. Their checks, outputs and standalone-analysis trigger differ from the container's assignment/storage continuation. Similarly, EPI-RTE-evolution-judgment and EPI-RTE-evolution-disposition separate model judgment from fixed Python mutation within RT-RTE-neighbor-evolution. The parts do not invalidate the containers, so none supersedes its parent.

MEM-RTE-index-consolidation isolates the maintenance continuation of RT-RTE-neighbor-evolution, and also records its explicit public trigger. It is not a second identity for semantic evolution. EPI-RTE-metadata-conversion spans admission, mutation, maintenance and retrieval; it is neither that consolidation routine nor a replacement for any one runtime container. EPI-RTE-test-evaluation has a test-runner consumer, unlike production admission and retrieval. No route supersession follows from these overlaps. The workflow declares no additional records: its annotations connect stage ownership and completion to the existing runtime routes.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

Admission, judgment and delivery. The memory annotations on RT-RTE-note-admission and RT-RTE-neighbor-evolution, the epistemic judgment/disposition parts, and the workflow account agree on the sequence: caller submission, conditional metadata analysis, selected neighbor context, fixed-action mutation and storage, followed by caller-requested retrieval. The workflow's decline/failure continuation does not imply accepted relationships: a note ID can be returned without successful evolution. The epistemic distinction between operational admission and truth acceptance leaves those positive production mechanisms intact.

Different read representations. RT-RTE-memory-retrieval, MEM-OBJ-chroma-snapshot and EPI-RTE-metadata-conversion converge on map-backed versus metadata-backed delivery. The epistemic numeric/string and JSON-like-text deductions refine the memory report's heuristic-conversion finding rather than contradict it. These are implementation deductions, not observed round trips. Deferred neighbor writes and route-specific truncation separately limit freshness and linked delivery. The workflow's delivery stage retains those limits; it does not require that the newest live fields or appended neighbors reach the caller.

Consolidation uncertainty. The memory integration issue about MEM-RTE-index-consolidation agrees with runtime and workflow: get-or-create plus add is wired, but replacement of existing IDs is not established. The reset comment does not supply an enforced repair guarantee. This is a shared dependency/execution limit, not an inter-report disagreement, and prevents inferring synchronized later evolution prompts or metadata-backed search results.

Distinct bounded negatives. MEM-ABS-usage-feedback concerns automatic usage/history maintenance and feedback. EPI-ABS-evidence-acceptance concerns recorded evidence-consuming truth acceptance and subsequent lifecycle integration. Neither supersedes the other. Their searched scopes and prevented conclusions differ; neither negates metadata generation, model relationship judgments, operational writes or caller-provided history. The runtime's rationale-nonretention finding is consistent with the memory absence but is not a separately declared absence identity.

Source claims versus routes. EPI-CLM-update-evolution records a README trigger assertion that differs from RT-RTE-direct-mutation. Memory identifies the same documentation/implementation difference, and the epistemic report explicitly says the supplied runtime is correct on this point. It is therefore not a disagreement between reports. This claim is distinct from RT-CLM-memory-organization: one specifies an update trigger; the other describes broad organization. EPI-CLM-retrieval-accuracy isolates comparative benefit wording, while EPI-CLM-periodic-review isolates maintenance advice. Shared README provenance does not make these claims identical. No claim supersession is required.

Authority and provenance limits. Memory's unresolved caller provenance and human-control questions agree with runtime's generic caller principal and epistemic acquisition with unknown source warrant. RT-BAP-neighbor-context and RT-BAP-caller-results remain distinct consumers and channels: internal model-interpreted context can feed fixed writes, whereas outward results are returned Python data without a shipped answer-generation consumer. Provider retention, model resolution, cross-session restoration and external task benefit remain unestablished across the reports. These uncertainties do not create conflicts or justify selecting a stronger status.

Cross-report disagreement disposition

No unresolved inter-report disagreement was found in the supplied members. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt. Memory's integration issues are disposed above as duplicate identities, retained parts, documentation/implementation differences or shared evidence limits. The workflow's additional failure-return detail and the epistemic lexical-lineage deductions do not contradict findings on which another report depends. No required missing part was identified from the supplied records; no new record ID is allocated here.
