Verification
Judgment and evidence
The submitted reports support a bounded implementation account with no remaining publication blocker. I read the boundary, all five reviewed members, their types, the correction answers, structural check and previous verification. The structural check reports none; no structural failure needs routing. The epistemic correction answer is supported by independent source inspection, not accepted merely because its author reports a repair. The other answer files are empty.
The checkout's HEAD matches the frozen boundary. All source reads and searches described below concern SRC-1 at that revision and supply implementation evidence; prompt and product assertions supply attributed doctrine/design. I executed no target code, tests, examples or provider calls. Neither implementation nor mocked test declarations establishes successful operation, factual accuracy or causal benefit.
I checked every declaration and its source anchors, evidence strength, annotations and Part of: relations in the runtime records, memory records and epistemic records, together with the workflow's annotations. There are no declared absence records to mistake for comprehensive negatives. Route wiring and epistemic architectural status remain distinct from unobserved operation. The three model-component records appropriately leave external parameter changes and resolved weights uninspected. The reports do not attribute an enclosing agent scheduler or external CLI internals to Siftly.
Runtime and workflow
Independent inspection of SRC-1, app/api/import/route.ts, the categorization driver in app/import/page.tsx, app/api/categorize/route.ts and lib/categorizer.ts supports RT-RTE-import-content, RT-RTE-enrich-categorize and the workflow account. File ingestion and browser-triggered processing are separate. The browser's ordinary empty-body handoff selects unfinished collection work rather than just the latest import's IDs. The endpoint owns five workers, category batches of 25, process-local progress and cooperative stopping. Final queue draining can write after a stop request; abort skips final FTS rebuilding. Idle and attempted-category counts do not certify successful annotations. The workflow preserves these distinctions and the difference between reconnecting polling and recovering a durable job.
I traced both CLI and SDK branches through SRC-1, lib/ai-client.ts, lib/categorizer.ts, lib/vision-analyzer.ts, lib/claude-cli.ts and lib/codex-cli.ts. These support RT-RTE-model-dispatch: text and vision have different dispatch policies; MiniMax settings do not exclude Claude text calls; SDK vision failure does not itself invoke CLI fallback. Codex callers omit the wrapper's optional model argument, and its wrapper can accept a nonempty output file after process failure. Argument-array execution, timeouts and Claude's default turn limit do not establish external sandbox or tool guarantees. Settings reads and ordered write-branch searches in SRC-1, lib/settings.ts and app/api/settings/route.ts support RT-RTE-settings-change, not trained-parameter updates. Package and launcher searches support operator-owned setup rather than model-owned deployment.
Consequential controls were checked against alternate paths and supported input, not just a guarded branch. SRC-1, middleware.ts and app/api/import/bookmarklet/route.ts expose a Basic-Auth-exempt persistence path: a nonempty array with a fresh string rest_id can reach bookmark creation without Origin rejection. CORS headers are not server-side admission. This supports the runtime's exception without claiming an exercised attack. Searches of SRC-1, app/api/import/twitter/route.ts and lib/x-sync.ts also preserve conditional auto-categorization versus process-local scheduled import, rather than promising every ingress starts the pipeline.
SRC-1, lib/categorizer.ts filters known category slugs and clamps numeric confidence, but the writer looks up model-returned tweet IDs in the database, not the current batch. Prompt assignment counts are not executable bounds. SRC-1, app/api/search/ai/route.ts rejects noncandidate IDs during hydration but iterates the original match array despite constructing matchMap. Count, score and uniqueness instructions are not enforced invariants. These are source-supported countercases to stronger guarantees, not observed model violations.
Retained content and epistemic force
SRC-1, prisma/schema.prisma, lib/rawjson-extractor.ts, lib/image-context.ts, lib/vision-analyzer.ts and lib/categorizer.ts support the retained parts' substrates, mixed forms and consumer-specific projections. Raw import content is not a Siftly execution trace. Model metadata, failure markers, memberships and processing timestamps have different meanings and retry effects. The memory account does not infer improved capacity from retention.
The concrete deductions in EPI-RTE-entity-extraction and EPI-RTE-image-context follow within their stated JSON/code domains. They do not verify external facts. Multiple image JSON strings joined before one parse can take the raw-slice fallback in categorization; semantic enrichment summarizes each image separately. The memory annotation retains this delivery qualification, while the epistemic deduction is bounded to well-formed input.
The authority-route ledger correctly separates generation, checking, admission, retention and use. JSON syntax, slug membership and candidate identity do not warrant image descriptions, person associations or search reasons. Actual generated semantic edges remain indeterminate without outputs and input evidence. The category-trust and search-reliability claims are distinct, consequential prompt instructions. Their minimum passages are retained in RT-CLM-category-policy and EPI-CLM-tags-reliability; no accuracy evaluation licenses those assertions as facts. The route-local conclusions do not turn missing factual acceptance into a single system-wide epistemic verdict or bundle learning, reflection and self-improvement into one negative.
Independent reads of SRC-1, lib/category-suggester.ts, app/api/categories/suggest/route.ts and app/api/bookmarks/[id]/categories/route.ts, plus UI selection searches in app/categories/page.tsx, support RT-RTE-category-admission. Human selection is an affordance, not an inference from generic API writes. Suggested examples and confidence are not retained with admitted category guidance. Manual replacement's separate delete/create awaits differ from transactional model upserts; neither establishes calibrated certainty.
Correction and reconciliation
The earlier semantic-retry blocker is repaired. I followed the complete selection-to-write chain in SRC-1, app/api/categorize/route.ts, lib/categorizer.ts and lib/vision-analyzer.ts. Ordinary endpoint selection tests enrichedAt before the missing-semanticTags stage gate. Enrichment failure can still lead to category queue admission and a timestamp write. EPI-RTE-semantic-tags now states that distinction in its account, Selection predicate and Invalidation or expiry fields, and the bounded conclusion preserves it. Explicit IDs/force and the separate bulk helper remain distinct recovery paths. The supplied selector, queue and timestamp passages support the repaired finding. No dependent ledger row still promises unconditional next-run retry.
The prior image-export shorthand is also resolved: EPI-RTE-image-analysis now excludes direct imageTags payload delivery by export builders. Independent inspection of SRC-1, lib/exporter.ts, lib/obsidian-exporter.ts and cli/siftly.ts confirms full parsed imageTags in CLI show but not the emitted JSON/Markdown export fields. Upstream influence through exported categories or semantic tags remains a different chain. No residual export-delivery limit is needed for that repaired wording.
I checked all four supersessions in reconciliation. Entities, imageTags, paired semantic metadata and category guidance identify the same retained referents across the memory and epistemic declarations. Supersession preserves their differing analytical findings and does not erase direct category authorship. Membership-only versus membership-plus-enrichedAt, matches versus hydrated response cache, independent image endpoint versus shared analysis, and clearing versus clearing-plus-category-deletion overlap without whole-record identity. The runtime collection remains a valid container beside its six memory parts. The image-context relation to model dispatch denotes pre-dispatch preparation, not another executor; other part relations likewise support containment. No missing material part or unsupported supersession was identified.
Reconciliation correctly disposes the old retry disagreement as convergence and preserves the multi-image qualification, partial category-admission inventory and independent withdrawal horizons. No unresolved inter-report conflict remains that requires choosing an unsupported status. Its claim of no supplied correction answers concerns its own reconciliation inputs; it does not override the epistemic answer handed to this verifier.
Omission questions and stopping decision
I selected additional questions from the frozen top-level tree and producer/consumer dependencies: whether another writer refreshes FTS or learns policy from feedback; whether alternate ingress defeats stated controls; whether later consumers receive complete retained payloads; and whether category guidance has another admission path. Bounded searches covered SRC-1, app/, lib/, cli/, package.json, README.md, CLAUDE.md and __tests__/ for helper callers, rebuilds, feedback/evaluation and context-maintenance mechanisms. They found the independent image endpoint and alternate browser driver, not a second durable executor. Exported bulk helpers without discovered callers establish capabilities, not activated consumer routes. Mocked adapter tests do not establish retrieval quality. These search results are not exhaustive absence findings.
SRC-1, lib/fts.ts, app/api/search/ai/route.ts, cli/siftly.ts and app/api/bookmarks/route.ts confirm MEM-OBJ-bookmark-fts, MEM-OBJ-search-cache and MEM-RTE-clear-collection. Only the categorization endpoint calls rebuildFts in the searched source roots. Nonempty stale indexes need not trigger fallback; merged search candidates can exceed 150 outside the small-set fallback. CLI and AI-search LIKE fields differ. Clear removes four model populations, not cached hydrated responses or exported files. Export skip/overwrite and independent index writes in SRC-1, lib/obsidian-exporter.ts support MEM-OBJ-export-copy, not universal synchronization or retraction.
Direct category creation remains a local inventory limit below. OAuth normalization and opaque external CLI state remain explicitly unassessed; they support neither uniform import fidelity nor comparisons of host compaction, tools or retention. The reports already withhold those conclusions. Optional omission expansion stopped because each selected consequential challenge now has a supported disposition or the retained local limit, and no identified material challenge remains undecided. Further inventory is not reasonably necessary to preserve the emitted account's breadth.

Limits
- The category-guidance admission inventory remains partial across RT-RTE-category-admission, MEM-OBJ-category and EPI-OBJ-category-description. SRC-1,
app/api/categories/route.tsalso admits directly caller-authored names/descriptions and seeds defaults on GET when the category store is empty. The epistemic member now names these paths but does not fully assess them as a separate authority route; reconciliation preserves that boundary. The established suggestion mechanism and later guidance consumer remain supported. Withhold a complete admission-route comparison, any inference that custom descriptions necessarily originate in model suggestions, and any assertion that only pipeline start seeds defaults. The additional writer's passage is supplied by the cited epistemic record. This local omission changes neither automatic enrichment admission nor the established prompt-authority path.
