Reconciliation
Boundary and evidence
All four reports share the boundary: SRC-1 at the frozen revision, with implementation and doctrine/design evidence but no supplied observed run or causal experiment. Their account concerns an application-controlled bookmark knowledge system, not an enclosing agent runtime. The epistemic architectural status implemented and route implementation conclusion status wired are separate fields, not competing judgments. External CLI context, tools, model resolution and internal parameter mutation remain uninspected; shared uncertainty about them is not a disagreement. See RT-RTE-model-dispatch, memory integration issues, epistemic bounded conclusion and workflow account.
Duplicate identities
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-entities is superseded by MEM-OBJ-entities. Both identify SQLite Bookmark.entities, derived from retained rawJson and consumed by fixed selectors and later prompts. Identity evidence is SRC-1, lib/rawjson-extractor.ts, supplied by those records and EPI-RTE-entity-extraction. This connects the epistemic inventory and extraction ledger to the memory part without replacing the route's distinctions between copied values, code-domain deductions and unassessed tool-label semantics. Identity does not establish source truth.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-image-tags is superseded by MEM-OBJ-image-tags. Both identify MediaItem.imageTags: model-produced JSON or the non-propositional {} attempted/failure marker. Identity evidence is SRC-1, lib/vision-analyzer.ts, retained in these records and EPI-RTE-image-analysis. The epistemic vision/context ledger and memory lineage/read-back account concern the same retained part. Their content-versus-marker distinction, thumbnail scope, cache copying and syntax-only checking remain separate findings.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-semantic-tags is superseded by MEM-OBJ-semantic-tags. Both identify the paired Bookmark.semanticTags and enrichmentMeta strings, including indexing terms, model associations and empty-array markers. Identity evidence is SRC-1, lib/vision-analyzer.ts and app/api/categorize/route.ts, supplied in these records and EPI-RTE-semantic-tags. This joins the epistemic generation/check/retention ledger to the memory write/consumer chain. It preserves their agreement that ordinary first-result writes differ from the bulk helper's ID-map writes and that stage eligibility does not guarantee endpoint reselection.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-category-description is superseded by MEM-OBJ-category. Both identify the persisted Category guidance and symbolic identity consumed by categorization, rather than separate objects for each authoring route. Identity evidence is SRC-1, lib/categorizer.ts, supplied by these records and RT-BAP-category-guidance. The epistemic record additionally identifies direct caller-authored descriptions and empty-store GET seeding in SRC-1, app/api/categories/route.ts; memory describes suggestion sampling and dropped examples in lib/category-suggester.ts. These findings remain attached to their declaring records. The amendment connects the category-policy ledger and retained-guidance account; it does not restrict origins to suggestions, establish human approval, or turn organizational guidance into an accepted explanatory theory.
Overlap without replacement
RT-OBJ-bookmark remains a valid collection container beside the six SQLite parts declared by memory and the corresponding epistemic parts. In particular, MEM-OBJ-raw-json is imported payload, not another name for the collection. No container split supersession is asserted.
EPI-OBJ-bookmark-category and MEM-OBJ-bookmark-category overlap on BookmarkCategory memberships and confidence. Exact whole-record identity is ruled out: memory also includes Bookmark.enrichedAt and its future-work selection role, whereas the epistemic declaration identifies membership. Their findings converge on additive model upserts, manual replacement and uncalibrated confidence; the broader memory record retains the timestamp and separately awaited manual delete/create operations. Evidence is supplied by these records, SRC-1, lib/categorizer.ts, prisma/schema.prisma and app/api/bookmarks/[id]/categories/route.ts. Neither record replaces the other.
EPI-OBJ-search-matches identifies query-specific matches/reasons/explanation in current memory and cache. MEM-OBJ-search-cache identifies the module cache of complete hydrated responses, its selection key, eviction and TTL. Cached content overlaps, but the result object and cache mechanism are not identical whole referents. MEM-OBJ-bookmark-fts and MEM-OBJ-export-copy are separate derived copies, not aliases of these objects or the collection. Their evidence is SRC-1, app/api/search/ai/route.ts, lib/fts.ts, lib/exporter.ts and lib/obsidian-exporter.ts, supplied by the records.
MEM-RTE-image-analysis identifies the independent photo/gif HTTP operation. EPI-RTE-image-analysis identifies the shared annotation/disposition subroute inside the pipeline and reached by that independent caller. Shared analyzeBatch/analyzeItem machinery does not make those differently bounded routes identical. Neither replaces RT-RTE-enrich-categorize, which also selects bookmarks, enriches semantics, categorizes and refreshes FTS. The independent endpoint's selector and lack of refresh remain in memory; parseability, cached disposition and warrant distinctions remain in epistemic. Evidence is supplied in those records, SRC-1, app/api/analyze/images/route.ts and lib/vision-analyzer.ts.
MEM-RTE-clear-collection and EPI-RTE-content-withdrawal overlap on transactional clearing. Whole-route identity is ruled out because the epistemic route also covers single-category deletion and cascade. Neither replaces RT-RTE-category-admission, whose creation/manual-assignment and deletion-recovery account has a different scope. Evidence remains in those records, SRC-1, app/api/bookmarks/route.ts and app/api/categories/[slug]/route.ts. MEM-RTE-browse-memory likewise differs from model reranking and CLI/export consumption: common database access does not establish route identity.
EPI-RTE-entity-extraction, EPI-RTE-semantic-tags and EPI-RTE-image-context retain their narrower transformation identities beside their declared runtime parents. Their retained-object counterparts are not replacement routes. EPI-CLM-tags-reliability is the search prompt's reliability assertion, whereas RT-CLM-category-policy is the categorization prompt's trust instruction. Different consumers and assertions rule out claim identity despite the common metadata origin. Workflow declares no additional records; its annotations require no supersession.
Integration dispositions and convergence
The prior retry disagreement is no longer present in the supplied findings. EPI-RTE-semantic-tags now explicitly distinguishes the outer enrichedAt=null endpoint selector from the inner missing-tag stage gate. It agrees with MEM-OBJ-bookmark-category, the memory enrichment annotation and RT-RTE-enrich-categorize: categorization can set enrichedAt despite semantic failure, excluding the row from a later ordinary invocation. Explicit IDs/force can reselect it; the bulk helper has a distinct null-tag selector. The epistemic record supplies the selector, queue admission and timestamp-write passages from SRC-1, app/api/categorize/route.ts, lib/categorizer.ts and lib/vision-analyzer.ts. No dependent ledger or bounded conclusion still requires universal next-run retry. This disposes memory's recovery qualification as convergence, not an unresolved conflict.
The memory enrichment annotation adds a multi-image delivery qualification: categorization joins JSON strings before one parse, which can produce the 300-character raw fallback rather than structured context for all images. EPI-RTE-image-context already separates parsed field selection from parse-failure truncation and scopes its concrete reshaping deduction to well-formed input. RT-RTE-model-dispatch describes bounded context without guaranteeing intact delivery of all analysis. These findings connect through SRC-1, lib/categorizer.ts, lib/image-context.ts and lib/vision-analyzer.ts. The qualification does not contradict an asserted all-images guarantee.
The additional category writer and GET seeding identified in EPI-OBJ-category-description qualify the admission inventory rather than contradict MEM-OBJ-category or RT-RTE-category-admission. Those records establish shipped defaults and admitted suggestions, not an exhaustive assertion that these are the only origins or that only pipeline start seeds defaults. The epistemic coverage table explicitly leaves the additional writer incompletely assessed as a separate authority route. Thus the connection preserves known guidance consumption while withholding a complete admission-route enumeration; it does not invent an absent route or a new record.
Withdrawal findings independently converge. MEM-RTE-clear-collection, EPI-RTE-content-withdrawal, RT-RTE-search-content and RT-RTE-cli-export distinguish live database removal from cached responses, exports and in-flight work. Memory's FTS object adds stale-index and later-import visibility limits, not a claim that fresh hydration returns nonexistent rows. No account establishes universal withdrawal or evidence-based refutation. The epistemic image route also agrees with MEM-OBJ-export-copy: exported semantic tags/categories can carry upstream influence, but export builders do not directly deliver the imageTags payload. These findings retain SRC-1, lib/fts.ts, app/api/search/ai/route.ts, lib/exporter.ts and lib/obsidian-exporter.ts in their declaring records.
The workflow enrichment annotation separates idle/done and attempted category counts from per-record success. This agrees with RT-OBJ-categorization-state, RT-RTE-enrich-categorize and memory's process-state annotation: process-local progress is not durable queue recovery. Workflow's structural acceptance is expressly not semantic truth verification, consistent with epistemic's computational-admission/factual-acceptance distinction.
Finally, RT-BAP-category-guidance and RT-BAP-enrichment-search supply consequential consumers, channels and force; memory supplies retained lineage and epistemic separates checking, admission, retention and use. These connections do not establish truthful annotations, compliance, improved capacity or exercised self-improvement. No remaining inter-report disagreement is identified in the supplied records. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied, and no target-source reads were needed for this reconciliation.
