Verification
The reports support a bounded implementation account. No material blocker was established. I read all five submitted members, their types, the boundary, the empty correction-answer files and the structural report. The structural report contains no findings to route. I independently inspected the frozen source rather than accepting the analysts' validation statements as evidence of support. The checkout HEAD equals the reviewed boundary and its status is clean. No target code, tests, examples or provider calls were executed.
Runtime and retained-state checks
I checked every declaration in the runtime records, including the provider component, schema object, six routes, grounding claim and two authority paths. SRC-1 package.json, src/cli/entry.tsx, src/index.ts, src/cli/commands/query.ts, src/cli/app.tsx, src/core/query/engine.ts and src/core/llm/provider.ts support the distinct terminal and library progressions. The terminal constructs a fresh engine, calls prepare without history/model options, supplies filtered history separately, and falls back to a new chat request with a different system instruction. Library query checks its singleton cache before schema loading and output saving; conversationHistory affects budget but is not forwarded as messages. These distinctions survive in the submitted wording.
The provider adapters implement inference requests, not an inspected model-selected tool dispatcher or weight-update interface. Their configurable model names do not pin numerical model state. The schema and wiki authority paths correctly describe instruction/context delivery, not compliance. The lexical path guard, local Ollama hostname predicate, estimated context budget and compiler's untrusted-source instruction support the runtime's differently qualified guarantees. I did not interpret those API checks as a deployment sandbox or a factual-answer guarantee. Sources: SRC-1 src/core/utils.ts, src/core/schema.ts, src/core/prompts.ts, src/core/retrieval/tokenCounter.ts and src/core/retrieval/contextBuilder.ts; retained passages are in the runtime account and cited records.
I checked all objects, routes and annotations in the memory records against their producer and consumer boundaries. SRC-1 src/core/ingest/index.ts, src/core/ingest/text.ts, src/core/ingest/pdf.ts, src/core/ingest/image.ts, material conversion/write ranges in src/core/ingest/web.ts, and src/core/retrieval/deduplicator.ts support transformed raw content, copied image payloads, preserved duplicate IDs and exact-origin manifest replacement. Raw content is not necessarily original bytes. The compiler's template branch, model input truncation, structural parser, collision renaming and source-membership selection support RT-RTE-source-compilation and its memory annotation. An UPDATE instruction is not evidence of preservation or forced recompilation.
SRC-1 src/core/storage/filesystem.ts, src/core/storage/sqlite.ts, src/core/storage/migrations.ts, src/core/compile/compiler.ts, src/core/wiki/wiki.ts and src/cli/commands/search.ts support the separate Markdown, SQL/FTS and JSON-index objects. Search display can consume SQL snippets without the Markdown reload required for answer context. SQL indexing has a local transaction; the whole persistence loop does not. Temporary raw-row cleanup is a post-processing path, not transactional recovery from arbitrary writer exceptions; the reports' partial-state qualification remains consequential. Backlink maintenance does not clear the empty incoming-link case. The deletion APIs do not establish a coordinated withdrawal caller.
SRC-1 src/core/retrieval/relevanceRanker.ts, src/core/retrieval/contextBuilder.ts, src/core/query/historyManager.ts, src/core/retrieval/queryCache.ts and src/core/retrieval/webCache.ts support the recorded selection and reuse mechanisms. In particular, the nominal matched-section condition compares equal lengths when matches exist; oversized articles have a separate operative selection branch. Minimum-two-article admission and unconditional intro admission prevent reading estimated budgets as hard input-window limits. Query-cache keys omit knowledge-directory identity and schema; HTML-cache reads do not promote insertion order. None of these controls evaluates answer truth.
I traced session saving, latest-session selection, digest preparation, the optional wiki write, draft generation and compaction through SRC-1 src/cli/hooks/useSession.ts, src/cli/app.tsx, src/core/query/digest.ts, src/core/query/crystallizer.ts and src/core/retrieval/compactor.ts. The submitted distinctions hold: global session storage is not per-KB lineage isolation; digest writes are attempted through caught dynamic-require paths and lack immediate search-index admission; drafts are a different destination; compaction returns a summary that the shipped caller discards. The records retain these qualifications beside their implementation statuses. A wired request or attempted write does not establish successful retention, reload or benefit.
Epistemic and workflow checks
I checked all declarations and ledger entries in the epistemic report, including their source anchors, transformation classifications, claim comparisons and statuses. SRC-1 src/core/compile/compiler.ts and src/core/sanitization.ts support the short-source witness over already sanitized text. They do not establish faithful merging of unseen existing bodies. Long-source synthesis, image interpretation, answering, digesting and draft extraction remain semantically indeterminate without concrete content pairs and a checked interpretation. The report does not infer ampliation from failure to prove entailment.
SRC-1 src/core/lint/linter.ts, src/cli/commands/lint.ts, src/cli/app.tsx, src/core/discovery/gapResolver.ts and src/core/retrieval/contextBuilder.ts support structural diagnosis, summary-only model allegations, advisory issue display and lexical gap suggestions. The check record is coarse, but its prose and ledger distinguish deterministic structural license from unverified model allegations; no uniform truth oracle or automatic repair is asserted. Test setup and expected-slug assertions in SRC-1 tests/e2e/retrieval-quality.test.ts support a developer retrieval oracle, not a production factual-answer oracle. No test result was supplied. README compounding language and prompt preservation/auditor/grounding instructions remain design claims, not observed or causal support.
The workflow account and both annotations match the inspected handler and crystallizer. Answer insertion precedes asynchronous draft consideration. Selected slugs are not proof that an answer actually synthesized those sources. The model's novelty decision and executable shape/length gates are different checks; neither establishes truth. A rejected draft resets eligibility for a later question and does not retract the delivered answer. No worker delegation, automatic draft promotion or exercised improvement is inferred. Its empty declaration kinds are appropriate because it annotates the existing routes.
Relations and reconciliation
I checked every Part of relation for actual containment, not merely compatible names. The interactive/clipboard branches, template branch, article parser, image transformation and coverage diagnostic are parts of the named runtime routes. The epistemic raw/article declarations identify outputs within source compilation; their overlap with memory objects is handled by reconciliation rather than changed IDs. Objects spanning several producers are not falsely reduced to one producer.
The three reconciliation amendments connect the same raw state, article state and discarded-compaction progression. Their identity evidence supports supersession without transferring stronger evidence statuses. The image-description part can coexist with the memory image container. Health checking and issue display can coexist with the end-to-end health route. No valid container needs to be split away merely because another lens distinguishes its parts.
I checked all seven memory integration issues against reconciliation's dispositions. Compaction, partial skip, clipboard input mismatch, ineffective section selection and incomplete digest/index admission extend or qualify the runtime; they do not contradict its bounded claims. In particular, the compiler receives no skipped-source exclusion, and clipboard text is passed to a processor requiring an existing file. Reconciliation does not silently adjudicate a live disagreement. No unresolved cross-report conflict requiring an additional conflict paragraph was established. Every route's wired implementation status remains distinct from uninspected operation; no evidenced-absence record is declared.
Consequential omission search and stopping decision
I selected omission questions from the frozen tracked tree and producer/consumer dependencies: whether another shipped consumer promotes drafts or installs compaction; whether maintenance actually forces replacement; whether initialization bypasses ordinary admission; and whether retained personalization/history supplies another important read-back path. I searched SRC-1 src/ for draft, compaction, removal and tool-dispatch consumers, then inspected the material caller and callee bodies above, demo seeding, freshness, clipboard, history, autocomplete and personalization code. This search is not a repository-wide security or evaluator audit.
No automatic draft-promotion or compaction-installation consumer was established by that search. Refresh/rebuild reuse incremental membership filtering. SRC-1 src/core/demo/seed.ts admits bundled content independently of compilation and gates on a marker, not an empty corpus, as the memory route records. Freshness checks inspect bounded HEAD metadata, not truth or endorsement. These alternatives support the submitted central conclusions without treating unsearched behavior as absent.
Additional inspection of SRC-1 src/cli/personality.ts, profile read/update and welcome selection in src/cli/onboarding.ts, and their src/cli/app.tsx consumers found counter/profile-driven human displays, not an additional factual acceptance gate. SRC-1 src/cli/hooks/useAutocomplete.ts selects static command suggestions. The history hook adds a retained human-input recall surface not described as a declared memory route; its local inventory consequence is retained below.
I stopped optional expansion because the selected challenges now have source-supported dispositions, no identified challenge overturns a central route or emitted comparison finding, and the reports already withhold system-complete negatives. Remaining dependency behavior, full evaluator coverage, UI persistence inventory and service execution cannot be inferred from this review. Further enumeration is not needed to preserve the supported source-to-wiki-to-answer account.

Limits
- The memory coverage inventory explicitly leaves command-history and personalization internals unresolved. Additional source inspection finds a persistent human-input recall surface in SRC-1
src/cli/hooks/useHistory.ts: it saves the last 500 entries in a global history file and offers navigation and substring search. This is not automatic replay of saved sessions into the model, and does not contradict MEM-OBJ-sessions or RT-RTE-answer-question. The declared memory-route inventory is nevertheless incomplete for human-mediated recall and UI personalization; withhold exhaustive inventory or comparative coverage claims about those surfaces. The known article, bounded model-history, schema, digest and draft conclusions remain valid. The source passage is:writeFileSync(HISTORY_FILE, JSON.stringify(items.slice(-MAX_HISTORY)), 'utf-8'); ---
src/cli/hooks/useHistory.ts - The epistemic coverage boundary and memory coverage inventory do not fully assess all test bodies, fixtures, legacy paths or dependency implementations. I checked the retrieval setup/oracle and searched remaining assertion families, not a complete evaluator inventory. Withhold universal no-evaluator, no-learning or security-effectiveness conclusions and whole-system measured-quality comparisons. This does not weaken the supported distinction between EPI-RTE-wiki-checks, EPI-RTE-issue-display and the source-only fixture retrieval checks described in MEM-RTE-health-review.
