Reconciliation
The four reports share the frozen boundary and its Source register. Their implementation findings concern SRC-1 at the reviewed commit; prompt and README claims remain doctrine/design. None supplies observed operation or causal benefit. This member connects those findings without changing their statuses. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied.
Duplicate supersessions and distinct parts
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-source-content is superseded by MEM-OBJ-raw. Both identify the source files named by RawSource.path, raw manifest entries and corresponding source rows produced by ingestion, not two independently retained source corpora. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/core/ingest/index.ts, including the manifest-write passage in the epistemic record and preserved-ID/manifest-replacement passages in the memory record. The epistemic acquisition ledger and object inventory therefore connect to the memory record's same raw state. Imported warrant remains unknown; the supersession neither makes raw content original bytes nor substitutes a truth check for ingestion.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-wiki-article is superseded by MEM-OBJ-wiki. Both identify the retained WikiArticle body and frontmatter produced by compilation and subsequently loaded from Markdown. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/core/compile/compiler.ts, with the write passage supplied by RT-RTE-source-compilation, and the source-ID passage in the memory object. The epistemic inventory, article-admission and context-consumption findings concern those same articles. Its mention of SQLite and the generated index does not make their copies and access metadata interchangeable with live Markdown: MEM-OBJ-articles-fts and MEM-OBJ-wiki-index retain those separate operative structures. This identity does not replace the epistemic transformation classifications or limit article producers to compilation alone.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-conversation-compaction is superseded by MEM-RTE-conversation-compaction. Both trace the same terminal trigger above twenty messages, the same helper call keeping six recent messages, and the same discarded summary/tail return. Their shared call passage is SRC-1 src/cli/app.tsx; helper evidence is src/core/retrieval/compactor.ts. This connects the epistemic compaction ledger to the memory route without changing either report's finding: summarization is wired, operation is uninspected, and this caller installs no summary into later answer context. The workflow annotation independently reaches the same result on RT-RTE-answer-question.
EPI-OBJ-image-description is not identical to the combined MEM-OBJ-images. The former identifies the textual description; the latter distinguishes copied binary images, descriptions and symbolic paths. Their matching description-assignment passage, SRC-1 src/core/ingest/image.ts, establishes the textual overlap. The memory container remains valid alongside its described part; no split supersession is needed. EPI-RTE-image-description is the producing transformation, not either retained object or the entire ingestion/compilation route.
MEM-RTE-health-review is a valid end-to-end container spanning the checks of EPI-RTE-wiki-checks and consumption by EPI-RTE-issue-display. The container is not identical to either part. SRC-1 src/core/lint/linter.ts supplies the summary-only model input and structural checks; src/cli/app.tsx and src/cli/commands/lint.ts supply the advisory consumers. EPI-OBJ-lint-issue is their diagnosis output, not an article, activity log or accepted correction. No combined finding becomes wrong when these parts are separated, so no supersession is made.
The remaining overlaps are not duplicate identities. MEM-RTE-interactive-compile, MEM-RTE-clipboard-capture, EPI-RTE-template-article and EPI-RTE-article-admission describe distinct branches or stages of RT-RTE-source-compilation. EPI-RTE-coverage-diagnostics describes preparation diagnostics, not complete answering. MEM-RTE-search-display consumes SQL snippets rather than generating an answer; MEM-RTE-demo-seeding is a separate producer of shared stores. Their records supply SRC-1 paths and passages for these distinctions.
MEM-OBJ-sessions, MEM-OBJ-session-digest and MEM-OBJ-drafts are respectively raw traces and different derived products, not replacements for their producer/consumer routes. MEM-OBJ-query-cache, MEM-OBJ-web-cache and MEM-OBJ-activity-log have distinct content, lifetimes and consumers. None duplicates the schema object, provider component or runtime authority paths. The workflow declares no additional records. The epistemic improvement, preservation and quality-auditor claims address different assertions from RT-CLM-wiki-grounding, not alternative labels for that claim.
Integration dispositions and convergence
The memory integration issues extend rather than contradict the supplied runtime account:
- Compaction: the supersession above connects the two specialist declarations. Runtime's ordinary history route describes filtering/truncation, not adoption of a model summary. Workflow and both specialists agree that the separate return is discarded. A source comment promising future use is a design/implementation discrepancy, not disagreement between these reports.
- Interactive skip: the partial-skip branch in MEM-RTE-interactive-compile qualifies human admission control. Its SRC-1
src/cli/app.tsxpassages show a filtered local list but no compiler allowlist. Runtime already distinguishes user initiation from parser admission and automatic writes. This adds a branch-specific limitation without overturning that finding. - Clipboard: MEM-RTE-clipboard-capture links the app's string argument to the text processor's file-existence requirement, SRC-1
src/cli/app.tsxandsrc/core/ingest/text.ts. Boundary inclusion of optional clipboard capture identifies a shipped responsibility, not a claim of successful generic capture. The attempted route and its input mismatch coexist; helper filtering and OS behavior remain uninspected. - Selection and budget: the memory annotation on RT-RTE-answer-question adds the ineffective matched-section condition and the separate oversized-article branch, SRC-1
src/core/retrieval/contextBuilder.ts. Runtime and workflow already qualify total-window safety because terminal history is added after preparation. No report claims a hard budget invariant or an observed window failure. - Stores and digest admission: MEM-OBJ-articles-fts distinguishes temporary searchable raw rows from loadable article files. MEM-OBJ-session-digest adds missing frontmatter and downstream consumer hazards to RT-RTE-session-digest's already qualified wiki-write attempt. These findings do not establish successful later query admission, nor do they contradict the wired human-banner route.
- Remaining unknowns: cache coherence, global session lineage, model compliance, source merging, draft promotion and uninspected personalization/evaluator internals remain local limitations in the memory account. No dependent runtime, epistemic or workflow conclusion requires those unknowns to be resolved positively.
The workflow account connects answering and crystallization without joining unrelated capabilities: answer-session insertion delivers the answer before asynchronous draft consideration. Its parser and retry/re-eligibility findings supplement RT-RTE-insight-draft; they do not turn novelty judgment into a truth oracle or draft persistence into wiki admission. The epistemic draft and digest ledger entries preserve the same destination and consumer distinctions.
The epistemic claim comparison contrasts requested grounding, preservation, auditing and universal quality improvement with the implemented routes. These are claim-versus-mechanism limitations, not cross-report conflicts. Runtime's wiki and schema authority paths establish instruction/context delivery, while the epistemic assessment withholds factual acceptance and the memory/workflow accounts withhold successful consumption or benefit where evidence is missing. These conclusions concern different properties and do not require selecting a stronger status.
No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was identified. No dependent finding was found to require a supplied record to say something it no longer says. No required undeclared part was identified from these records. The unobserved effects and uninspected operations remain limitations of the connected account, not evidenced absences or system-wide negatives. No additional frozen-source reads were needed for this reconciliation.
