Playground report verification

Verification

The supplied reports support publication of a bounded provider account with the limits below. I checked the current members afresh against SRC-1, not by adopting the previous verification. The checkout HEAD equals the boundary's frozen revision. The root tree, manifest, main command dispatch and provider/gateway split support the extension/tool classification and whole-system functional boundary. The external Faculties implementation remains excluded, while its shipped launch and custody glue remain included. No target, test, example, service or model was executed. Implementation and doctrine establish neither observed operation nor causal benefit.

The structural report-check reports none; there is no structural failure to route. Memory supplies two corrected answers; the other answer inputs are empty. Independent complete reads of SRC-1 scripts/view_telemetry.rs, scripts/migrate_timestamps.rs and scripts/rewrite-links.sh confirm both repairs. MEM-RTE-telemetry-display and MEM-RTE-storage-maintenance now correctly classify their concrete operator-invoked wrappers as implementation wired, with operation uninspected. Their fields, Core ideas, write/read account, Integration issues and limitations preserve external-data and downstream-consumer uncertainty without using it to deny wrapper wiring. The previous two blockers are discharged. The current reconciliation removes the obsolete status conflicts and retains the same external semantic limits.

Runtime, storage and delivery

I traced provider open/start/close locking, request construction, dispatch, file parsing and result encoding in SRC-1 src/mcp.rs; active/retention admission, output paging, cancellation, terminal publication and forgetting in src/jobs.rs; and startup, provisioning and credential ordering in src/main.rs. These support RT-CMP-sandbox-provider, RT-CMP-job-manager, RT-RTE-sandbox-exec, RT-RTE-retained-jobs and RT-RTE-file-exchange. In SRC-1 src/mcp_http.rs, authentication, transport-session validation and sandbox/job ownership checks precede dispatch; stdio/direct dispatch does not inherit them. Authorization licenses tenant execution, not the truth of command output or semantic approval of shell text.

The job kernel enforces the stated active and retained-handle bounds. Poll seals the exposed tail, clamps cursors, reports gaps and delivers surviving bytes through lossy UTF-8 conversion. Output is sealed before terminal publication. Final-page construction marks a terminal handle observed before client acknowledgement; capacity recycling and one-hour TTL are distinct loss mechanisms. Synchronous execution waits through the same kernel and discards its hidden handle. These mechanisms support MEM-OBJ-output-log, MEM-OBJ-job-snapshot, EPI-OBJ-exec-result and EPI-RTE-result-render, including their distinctions between stored bytes, delivered pages and execution reports. None guarantees a complete transcript, client receipt or successful task completion.

File tools construct clean-shell requests with quoted paths and absolute utilities, check exclusive bounded payloads and command completion, and encode valid text or binary bytes without lossy text conversion. They can replace persistent files before a later failure; they do not reread writes or provide atomic rollback. This supports MEM-OBJ-workspace-files, EPI-OBJ-file-payload, EPI-RTE-file-check, EPI-RTE-file-disposition and EPI-CLM-file-lossless. Fidelity concerns the successful bounded protocol, not authenticated provenance, concurrent snapshot consistency or substantive truth.

Backend execution and cancellation were checked in SRC-1 src/sandbox/jail.rs, src/sandbox/lima.rs, src/sandbox/runner.rs, src/sandbox/proc.rs and src/sandbox/mod.rs. Fresh login shells consume generated defaults; clean file requests bypass profiles. Root-local FreeBSD background eligibility and descendant-reaper handling support the runtime's deployment-conditioned cleanup account and RT-BAP-shell-command. Lima and SSH do not inherit retained-job admission. Killing a transport alone does not prove remote/guest work stopped. The guarantees remain conditional on host privileges and external kernel/backend contracts, not independently demonstrated isolation.

Provision-before-mint ordering, fixed native onboarding commands, signer creation, profile generation and teardown support RT-RTE-tenant-provision, MEM-RTE-native-onboarding, MEM-OBJ-self-pile, MEM-OBJ-shared-pile, MEM-OBJ-self-key and MEM-OBJ-session-profile. SRC-1 src/sandbox/jail.rs checks subprocess success for bootstrap/import and Relations registration, not their external corpus or collection semantics. Jail destruction unmounts host piles/key before clone removal. SRC-1 src/sandbox/lima.rs renders minimal hardlink views and removes instance-owned links rather than original custody files. Handle-release persistence in RT-CLM-persistent-sandbox therefore does not imply permanent memory erasure on destruction. Jail sappnd setup and Lima's tolerated chattr failure support the reports' backend-dependent append-only qualification.

Fingerprint calculation, cache selection, compile/stage failure and completion-stamp publication in SRC-1 src/sandbox/faculties.rs support RT-RTE-bundle-build. Build completion admits capability bytes; it supplies no behavioral answer oracle or improvement measurement. Complete reads of SRC-1 src/mcp_http/workers.rs and deploy/freebsd/playground_faculties support RT-OBJ-worker-manifest, RT-RTE-worker-forward and RT-BAP-worker-mapping. Exact tenant mapping, upstream-session translation, private bearer substitution, bounded exchange and fixed worker launch are wired. Timeout leaves outcome unknown without retry. The service supervises machinery under host/configuration checks; it does not evaluate native answers, prove model-memory selection or revise the worker from criticism.

The workflow account and annotations connect an actual callable start/poll/cancel/release sequence without inventing model delegation or a completed agent deliverable. The client owns command choice, page retention and task judgment. Registration/start/detach locking does not order concurrent command semantics. A failed explicit last-handle close remains retryable; process teardown is separately best effort. The gateway is correctly treated as a separate route rather than spliced into this workflow.

Epistemic findings and reconciliation

The three complete auxiliary-script reads support EPI-OBJ-timestamp-tribles, EPI-RTE-timestamp-reshape, EPI-RTE-timestamp-retain, EPI-OBJ-wiki-fragments, EPI-RTE-link-rewrite, EPI-OBJ-telemetry-spans and EPI-RTE-telemetry-report. LE interval conversion preserves correctly typed endpoints under the explicit encoding, while source timestamp truth and ISO interpretation remain separate. Dry-run/nonempty selection controls append requests, not epistemic acceptance. Wiki editing consumes changed resolver output without independently checking intended referents; indeterminate semantic preservation is justified. Telemetry sums/counts are conditional arithmetic over selected decoded records, not authentic measurements, wall time or causal bottlenecks. The report's concrete examples follow from the inspected code and remain deductions, not fabricated run observations.

A complete read of SRC-1 deploy/freebsd/smoke.sh supports EPI-RTE-smoke-check: fixed HTTP/protocol/marker/persistence predicates and optional descendant-versus-sentinel probes control test continuation and cleanup. They provide no supplied pass or wired production release gate. These checks do not contradict workflow's lack of task-semantic acceptance.

I assessed every declaration, its cited anchors and evidence strength, and all annotations. All five explicit Part of: relations are supported: OutputLog belongs to the manager, JobSnapshot is a delivered route output, onboarding is within provisioning, and file check/disposition are separate parts of file exchange. No undeclared material part was identified that would invalidate a central conclusion. Different object kinds and consumers remain distinct rather than merged by filename or shared bytes.

The reconciliation's telemetry supersession is justified by the same complete script invocation, now with compatible implementation statuses. Re-reading existing spans and not retaining the derived report refer to different objects, not conflicting read-back findings. The maintenance container remains valid alongside separate timestamp transformation/retention and wiki-edit operations; their separation does not make its combined findings wrong. File payloads versus workspace material, execution reports versus stored logs/pages, native piles versus selected script facts, and signer/profile versus command authority are not identical complete referents. Cover, temporal provenance, shell causality, byte fidelity and storage lifetime are also distinct claims. The lifecycle and server-observation Integration issues are compatible qualifications. No unresolved cross-report conflict remains; source-native document discrepancies are retained rather than silently adjudicated as implementation facts.

Consequential omission questions and stopping decision

The search basis was the frozen top-level tree, executable module/dispatch graph, alternate template and gateway paths, and shipped state producers/consumers and evaluators. The selected questions were whether another shipped provider entry assembles model context; whether native initialization, profile consumption or a shipped driver changes the memory account; and whether additional evaluators overturn the scoped epistemic conclusion.

SRC-1 searches across src/, direct src/main.rs and src/mcp.rs dispatch reads, and Cargo.toml inspection support MEM-ABS-context-loader's bounded absence. The external memory executable in the bundle and forwarded worker catalogue are opaque alternatives, not absent memory. I also inspected SRC-1 scripts/lima-session.yaml.tmpl, the complete fallback scripts/lima.yaml.tmpl, and template selection/rendering in src/sandbox/lima.rs. The ordinary template is a shell-provider VM. The older fallback attempts an exec --pile service not exposed by the frozen main command enum and contains legacy placeholders outside the current renderer's substitutions. Its presence does not establish a functioning current cognition loop or prompt loader; template compatibility and arbitrary operator-supplied templates are not proven here.

  ExecStart=/bin/bash -lc 'source $HOME/.cargo/env >/dev/null 2>&1 || true; CARGO_TARGET_DIR=__VM_ROOT__/target cargo run --release --manifest-path /opt/playground/Cargo.toml --no-default-features -- exec --pile /self.pile'

--- scripts/lima.yaml.tmpl

SRC-1 docs/playground_memory_architecture.md, docs/playground_event_model.md, docs/memory_temporal_redesign.md, bounded legacy-guide reads in docs/playground.md, and complete reads of both prompts/system_prompt.md and prompts/system_prompt_corpo.md support MEM-CLM-memory-cover, EPI-CLM-memory-provenance and EPI-CLM-shell-causality as doctrine/design. Temporal overlap supplies association, not proven source use or truth acceptance. Sequential shell feedback does not prove deterministic replay of arbitrary side effects. Prompt requests establish neither loading nor reliable compliance, autonomy, reflection or improvement.

Additional evaluator inspection covered the complete SRC-1 deploy/freebsd/tests/native-discovery.sh, its consumed readiness recipe in deploy/freebsd/native-workers.md, and bounded assertion searches in deploy/freebsd/tests/worker-service.sh and tests/cli_smoke.rs. These add protocol/configuration and no-pile/key-creation fixtures, not substantive-answer acceptance or evidence-responsive implementation revision. Detailed OAuth internals and every remaining test were not inspected. The reports already withhold a system-complete negative over every possible evaluator. Further optional omission expansion stopped because each selected challenge has a supported disposition, the corrections are supported, and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. More inspection is not reasonably likely to change the retained provider, literal read-back or scoped epistemic conclusions; this is not an exhaustive security or evaluator inventory.

Limits

  • RT-RTE-sandbox-exec, RT-RTE-worker-forward and the epistemic admission ledger establish live authorization checks, not fail-closed revocation under every storage fault. Independently rechecked SRC-1 src/mcp_http.rs: static-token reload is modification-time-triggered and reload errors preserve cached authority. Withhold timely revocation under unreadable/malformed backing state or unchanged detected modification time. Tenant scoping and subsequent-request revocation under the normal readable-store contract remain supported.

    /// actually changed. A read error is logged and the current in-memory set /// is kept — a transient disk hiccup must not blank out every token. --- src/mcp_http.rs

  • EPI-RTE-smoke-check is a partial evaluator inventory. SRC-1 deploy/freebsd/tests/native-discovery.sh additionally wires runbook-based native initialize/catalogue/session checks and a no-pile/key-creation assertion; bounded service/CLI searches reveal further protocol/configuration fixtures. Evaluator-route enumeration and coverage comparisons remain incomplete. The scoped absence of established substantive knowledge acceptance remains supported, and none of these source fixtures establishes observed test success.

    [ ! -e "$fixture_root/absent.pile" ] && [ ! -e "$fixture_root/absent.key" ] || { --- deploy/freebsd/tests/native-discovery.sh

  • MEM-CLM-memory-cover, EPI-CLM-memory-provenance and EPI-CLM-shell-causality retain source-native differences between legacy lens/consolidation guidance, newer explicit memory creation and breath-rendering descriptions. Withhold a single definitive specification of the external context renderer and equivalence with either document era. The provider-entry absence and declared temporal/hierarchical mechanisms remain supported; actual external loading and compliance are not established.
