Verification
The supplied reports support a bounded implementation account. The corrected memory finding and current reconciliation resolve the earlier head-provenance blockers. No material blocker remains; the partial inventory and evaluation-plane limits remain.
I read the complete invocation, supplied members and types, correction answers, structural check, worker rules, record contract and previous verification. The structural check reports none; only memory supplies a nonempty correction answer. I judged that answer against fresh source inspection rather than treating the previous verdict or answer as evidence of repair. Checkout HEAD equals the revision in the Source register. All source inspection below is SRC-1 at that pin. No target, test, provider or benchmark execution was performed.
I examined every declaration, source anchor, evidence status, explicit Part of relation and reconciliation overlap disposition. No supersession is asserted and no evidenced-absence record is declared. The meaning checks distinguish wired code, requested model behavior, observed operation and causal support; the deterministic check handles citation and quotation form. No supplied report establishes observed model uptake, semantic reliability, measured benefit or causal attribution.
Head-provenance repair and workflow delivery
Fresh reads of SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/memory-head-owner.ts establish the ordering relevant to the previous blockers: pass authorization, base-revision matching and bounded-input validation precede both early returns. An empty submission to an already empty head returns NOOP; an unchanged current rendered-body hash also returns NOOP. Both precede commitEntries. When commitEntries is reached, every entry needs support and each support is checked against eligible scoped exact evidence. committedEntries separately filters retained support for maintenance reads and the clearing guard. Neither early return replaces retained provenance.
The first paragraph of MEM-OBJ-memory-head, its Write side, and its Integration issues now preserve this ordering and distinguish successful no-change requests from fresh support validation. The correction answer is supported. EPI-OBJ-memory-entries, EPI-RTE-head-support, EPI-RTE-head-publication and WF-RTE-head-finalization remain compatible with the corrected memory finding. Exact source matching is provenance checking, not entailment or truth acceptance.
I also followed staging and finalization in SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming.ts and owner dispatch in platform/daemon/src/db-owner-worker.ts. The stage is pass-local, a duplicate accepted-stage submission clears it, and the executor's completion does not itself deliver a durable head. The finalizer requires an accepted head result before recording completed status. Earlier ontology effects are not thereby guaranteed to roll back. Publication and retry are separate from database acceptance; authored files are preserved. Head inspection and SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/hooks.ts make later startup delivery conditional on configuration, currentness, redaction and budget. These conditions support the selected workflow without inventing a complete foreground task-to-answer loop.
The reconciliation's provenance disposition now explains compatibility against the corrected memory text, rather than silently choosing unconditional enforcement. Its Conflict disposition correctly finds no remaining head disagreement. Its administrative statement that no separate correction answers were supplied is stale relative to this handout, but the member explicitly retains the correction and its evidence. I dismiss that sentence as non-material: it changes neither the provenance conclusion nor the correction disposition.
Runtime, admission and context authority
RT-RTE-pi-lifecycle and RT-BAP-host-context retain supported callback-to-hook-to-hidden-message wiring. Fresh source searches in SRC-1 integrations/pi/extension/src/index.ts and integrations/pi/extension-base/src/lifecycle.ts confirm startup fallback selection, pending context consumption and host-produced compaction-summary submission. Reads of platform/daemon/src/hooks.ts trace reserved sections, aggregate budgeting, continuity removal and recall-claim suppression. Searches in platform/daemon/src/routes/hooks-routes.ts confirm conflicting runtime claims and distinct compaction persistence. The selected startup input is advisory; candidate selection is not complete delivery, and terminal acknowledgment is not capture completion.
RT-RTE-dreaming-pass, RT-OBJ-pass-prompt and RT-BAP-maintenance-tools correctly distinguish code-owned scheduling from model-owned tool selection. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming-worker.ts supplies capacity, pressure and scope-lease controls; platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming.ts assembles history/attention and narrows user-request scopes. In platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming-operations.ts, validation precedes writes, structural and hygiene branches have different provenance conditions, and batch failure can return a retry suffix. These mechanisms are not an independent expected-answer oracle or universal episodic-quote rule.
RT-CLM-tool-boundary confines its invariant to source-configured Pi resources and executable daemon scope checks. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/pipeline/pi-agent-worker.ts disables discovery and lists tools; platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming-agent-tools.ts recursively checks agent scope before capability invocation. This does not prove OS isolation. RT-CMP-inference-router correctly separates symbolic target selection from provider weights and exact remote versions. RT-RTE-alternate-executor is supported by the scoped ACPX binding and non-Pi generate branch in SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/inference-router.ts and platform/daemon/src/pipeline/acpx-dreaming-mcp.ts; it cannot inherit the Pi resource envelope.
RT-RTE-direct-remember is a separate caller-admission route. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/routes/memory-routes.ts checks content, temporal fields, permission/scope and mutation freeze. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/auth/middleware.ts retains local and hybrid-localhost exceptions. The reports correctly withhold deployed isolation and per-content human approval.
Retained objects, transformations and consumers
MEM-OBJ-memories, EPI-OBJ-normalized-content and EPI-RTE-content-normalization separate stored text, immutable-evidence guards and dedupe representation. Fresh reads/searches in SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/content-normalization.ts and platform/daemon/src/transactions.ts support the concrete TypeScript deduction and its native-branch qualification. MEM-CMP-embedding-provider correctly separates dense vectors from text and symbolic profile metadata. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/embedding-fetch.ts shows bounded input, HTTP requests and fallback wiring, not training or exact provider fixity.
MEM-OBJ-session-transcripts and MEM-RTE-transcript-capture are supported by SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/transcript-capture.ts and platform/daemon/src/transcript-capture-worker.ts: stripping, richer/divergent canonical-history rejection, completion/indexing, audit references, payload clearing and failed/dead accounting are distinct responsibilities. MEM-OBJ-memory-artifacts correctly distinguishes JSON projection/canonical indexing and CSV chunks in SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/document-import-service.ts; transcript JSONL uses a separate importer.
MEM-OBJ-dreaming-history and MEM-RTE-history-compaction distinguish selected pass records, leaf/merged lines and later prompt supply. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming-history.ts confirms shortest-attempt retention, scoped node construction and non-running-pass selection. Its requested line/view sizes are not absolute ceilings. Reasons are requested retention priorities, not observed semantic fidelity. The route's narrower phrase “pending completed passes” is a local imprecision discussed in Limits, not a reason to discard the supported compression/reload mechanism.
MEM-OBJ-session-summaries and MEM-OBJ-identity-files keep host summary derivation, structural recovery and authored/static instructions distinct. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/routes/hooks-routes.ts, platform/daemon/src/session-checkpoints.ts, platform/daemon/src/identity-context.ts and platform/daemon/src/hooks.ts support summary persistence, structural recovery priority, identity budgets and generated-head freshness inspection. Initial authorship, propagation approval and losslessness remain unresolved.
MEM-OBJ-entity-attributes, MEM-RTE-explicit-recall, MEM-RTE-state-withdrawal and EPI-RTE-memory-supersession preserve bounded lineage and future-eligibility claims. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/memory-search.ts limits displayed claim evidence; platform/daemon/src/memory-search-filters.ts supplies the current-memory predicate. Searches in platform/daemon/src/derived-memory-provenance.ts, platform/daemon/src/semantic-memory-projection.ts, platform/daemon/src/transactions.ts, platform/daemon/src/source-purge.ts, platform/daemon/src/source-purge-tx.ts and platform/core/src/migrations/150-memory-head-freshness.ts support scoped projections, dependent staleness, cleanup and head invalidation. No universal transitive erasure, restoration, migration deployment or removal from already delivered host windows follows.
MEM-OBJ-path-feedback, MEM-RTE-path-feedback and MEM-BAP-feedback-selection have a concrete later code consumer. SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/path-feedback.ts checks session membership and clamps ratings, retains events and updates bounded selector/dependency state; platform/daemon/src/pipeline/graph-traversal.ts consumes aspect-weight ordering. This supports symbolic adaptation, not provider-weight training, an independent truth evaluator or demonstrated improvement.
Aggregate and evaluation seams
MEM-RTE-aggregate-recall, EPI-OBJ-aggregate-evidence, EPI-OBJ-aggregate-answer and all four epistemic aggregate routes—EPI-RTE-aggregate-synthesis, EPI-RTE-aggregate-guard, EPI-RTE-aggregate-retention and EPI-RTE-aggregate-delivery—are supported by fresh inspection of SRC-1 platform/daemon/src/aggregate-recall.ts. Saving defaults on, eligibility and surface-form checks gate persistence, source/query links survive admission, and embedding failure need not undo a save. Unsaved synthesis can still reach the redacted response. Prior aggregate notes are excluded by the inspected search filter. The shipped Pi aggregate tool is a concrete consumer, not merely a hypothetical API caller. These findings defeat whole-system Dreaming exclusivity while preserving runtime's qualified account. Evidence-only instructions do not establish realized entailment or accepted ampliative knowledge.
MEM-OBJ-run-checkpoint, EPI-OBJ-judge-result, EPI-RTE-benchmark-judgment and EPI-RTE-benchmark-checkpoint identify a separate lab seam. SRC-1 memorybench/src/orchestrator/index.ts, memorybench/src/providers/signet/index.ts, memorybench/src/orchestrator/phases/evaluate.ts and memorybench/src/judges/base.ts support shipped ingestion/recall, reference or protocol judgment, parser consistency, failed-phase recovery and completed-result resume exclusion. An incorrect answer can complete evaluation; it does not veto product memory. EPI-CLM-source-connections and EPI-CLM-benchmark-accuracy accurately attribute SRC-1 README.md. Neither universal source coverage nor the reported 97.6% is independently verified.
Relations, omission searches and stopping decision
Every explicit Part of relation has supported containment: transcript capture within lifecycle; rendered history within the pass prompt; history compaction and head seams within maintenance; normalization within direct admission. Different-kind relations concern an input or transformation part, not identical referents. The reconciliation's containment dispositions retain valid containers alongside entry, aggregate, withdrawal and checkpoint parts. No required replacement, split supersession or unresolved inter-report conflict was established. The five-block epistemic overlay preserves different check, retention and consumption functions instead of assigning one system-level oracle or epistemic status.
The frozen top-level tree and shipped producer/consumer paths guided three consequential omission questions. First, can semantic retention bypass Dreaming or fresh head support validation? The aggregate dispatch/tool path and both head early returns settle that question; the records now preserve both alternatives. Second, can files or summaries imply unconditional later use? Head inspection, startup post-selection budgeting and history selection preserve only conditional delivery/reload. Other adapters, source-provider synchronization and hierarchy selectors remain uninspected alternatives, not absence. Third, does the evaluation/plugin plane require a broader improvement or authority claim? Fresh searches of SRC-1 scripts/autoresearch-memorybench.ts found metric/failure retention and declared canary-based patch selection, not evidence here of an automatic adopted production change or exercised improvement. SRC-1 plugins/README.md and plugins/core/secrets/README.md locate a top-level plugin responsibility omitted from the boundary table but already functionally included under plugin/secrets surfaces.
The additional omission witnesses distinguish executable retention from requested patch-selection guidance:
if (rows.length > 0) writeFileSync(failureQueue,
${rows.join("\n")}\n, { flag: "a" }); ---scripts/autoresearch-memorybench.tsThe ratchet is simple: change one thing, run the fixed canary, keep the patch only if canary metrics improve without known regressions. Random samples feed the failure queue; they are not the scoreboard. ---
scripts/autoresearch-memorybench.tsThe current bundled implementation remains in
platform/daemon/src/plugins/bundled/secrets.tsuntil core plugins are split into independently built plugin packages. ---plugins/core/secrets/README.md
Optional omission expansion stopped because each selected central challenge has a supported disposition and no identified material contradiction remains undisposed. More unread files alone do not require exhaustive inspection. The remaining supported account is of named capture, maintenance, aggregate, selector and conditional delivery mechanisms, not complete route equivalence or a repository-wide negative about evaluation and improvement.

Limits
- The account remains a partial material-route inventory within the whole-system functional boundary. MEM-RTE-explicit-recall, MEM-OBJ-memory-artifacts, MEM-OBJ-session-summaries, MEM-OBJ-identity-files and RT-RTE-pi-lifecycle leave provider synchronization, importer reconciliation, non-Pi adapters, hierarchy/thread-head reload, predictor lineage, editor approval and comprehensive recovery unresolved. SRC-1
plugins/README.mdandplugins/core/secrets/README.mdalso reveal a missing top-level table row for already-included responsibilities. Named mechanisms remain supported; withhold complete admission, source-consistency, cross-host delivery and recovery comparisons. - MEM-OBJ-run-checkpoint, EPI-RTE-benchmark-judgment and EPI-CLM-benchmark-accuracy do not cover the complete evaluation/improvement plane. SRC-1
scripts/autoresearch-memorybench.tsestablishes metric/failure retention and declares canary-based patch selection, but the inspected account does not establish an automatic production-change loop. Other protocols, judge calibration and release/adoption consumers remain uninspected. Benchmark judging and resume remain supported; withhold repository-wide absence of optimization, autonomous improvement, verification of the reported accuracy and causal component attribution. - MEM-RTE-history-compaction describes its leaf selection as “pending completed passes.” SRC-1
platform/daemon/src/pipeline/dreaming-history.tsactually selects eligible non-running passes with tool-call evidence, including failed passes. The surrounding MEM-OBJ-dreaming-history already retains failures and their causes, so the compression/read-back conclusion holds. Withhold a completed-success-only interpretation of the eligible history inventory; no observed summary fidelity or complete failure retention is established.
