Verification

The five members support a bounded source-grounded account. No material blocker was found. The whole-system evidence boundary is not an assertion that the reports exhaust every included subsystem. The reports consistently distinguish implemented storage, selection and delivery from exercised behavior, epistemic acceptance and causal benefit.

Boundary, records and evidence

Read all pinned members and their contracts, the empty correction-answer files, and the structural check. The structural check reports none; there is no structural failure requiring a correction addressee. Reviewed every declaration, annotation, source anchor, evidence-status assessment and explicit containment relation in the runtime records, memory records, epistemic records and workflow records. The substantive dispositions follow below; quotation occurrence and reference syntax remain the deterministic check's responsibility.

Rechecked SRC-1 HEAD and clean working-tree status against the Source register. Compared the tracked top-level tree with boundary coverage. No newly identified responsibility requires a different target or evidence boundary. Available but uninspected client, portability, social-worker and evaluator branches remain included, not externalized. All independent inspection used implementation or source-authored doctrine at this same commit. No target execution, service calls, observed-run evidence or causal experiment was introduced.

Runtime and consumer boundaries

Independently followed authentication, conversation ownership, recall, temporal supplementation, history loading, fitting, provider invocation and post-stream writes in SRC-1, apps/server/src/routes/chat.routes.ts. The ascending history query followed by a 50-row limit supports the runtime's qualification: the fitter does not necessarily receive the latest turn. Character estimates, minimum reserves and prefix selection support best-effort rather than strict tokenizer guarantees. The guest handler races successful HTTP responses, aborts losers and omits this persistence loop. These support RT-RTE-chat-turn and RT-RTE-guest-chat, without establishing correct answers or durable asynchronous memory writes.

Checked the actual rendering in SRC-1, apps/server/src/lib/memory-prompt.ts, packages/shared/src/core/memory-grounding.ts and packages/brain/src/memory/memory.ts. RT-OBJ-memory-context correctly differs from retained rows: summaries plus at most 600 content characters reach the model, grouped by type. Introspective content is included in chat's recent section. Consequently the memory clarification and reconciliation's dismissal of an alleged introspective-type conflict are supported. Chat grounding, shared-response procedural direction and installed host policy have distinct consumers and force; the four declared behavioral-authority paths must not be merged.

Traced SDK dispatch, memory insertion and follow-on work in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/sdk/cortex.ts and packages/brain/src/memory/memory.ts, with MCP mode/schema searches in packages/brain/src/mcp/server.ts. RT-RTE-memory-entry properly separates hosted, direct, JSON and SQLite boundaries. Insertion precedes asynchronous enrichment/chain outcomes; failed DEK-wrap persistence explicitly permits plaintext fallback. The scoped Cortex pack handler does not repair the generic pack handler's unresolved scope or equate their count rules. RT-RTE-pack-import and its memory annotation retain that distinction.

The five runtime model-component records and MEM-CMP-jepa-service preserve inference versus parameter update, symbolic model identifiers versus immutable weight revisions, and provider opacity. Source selection of a model or endpoint does not establish fixed provider state. Setup and sync remain different operations: static instruction/configuration installation versus a changing content snapshot. Source bodies in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/cli/setup.ts and packages/brain/src/cli/sync.ts, support wired writes but only afforded external-host consumption for MEM-RTE-prompt-sync.

Memory production, maintenance and epistemic force

Independently followed main consolidation, compaction, reflection, contradiction resolution and learning handoff in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/dream/cycle.ts. The main-cycle container and its declared phase parts are valid containment, not duplicate orchestrators. Citation parsing maps positions to IDs; cop-out filtering rejects prefixes. Neither checks whether a proposition follows from its cited evidence. Compaction's separately generated hash is not supplied to storage; its uncertain compacted_into pointer does not invalidate the independent numeric evidence/link paths. Originals are marked rather than deleted. Contradiction downweighting selects by importance and age, not by the generated text's attribution of error. The memory and epistemic versions of these findings agree.

Compared the hosted function and SQLite generation/completion sink in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/hosted-dreams.ts, packages/brain/src/storage/dream-engine.ts and packages/brain/src/storage/sqlite-store.ts. Hosted semantic/procedural admission lacks the main phase set and explicit evidence-ID map. SQLite completion retains a queue result, not an automatically inserted semantic memory. These support MEM-RTE-hosted-dream, MEM-RTE-local-dream and their epistemic counterparts. No mode-parity or system-wide queue-consumer absence is warranted or emitted.

Traced outcome grouping, rule generation and feature-tag reinforcement in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/action-learning.ts, then procedural recall, merge, formatting and system-prompt delivery through packages/brain/src/services/response.service.ts and packages/shared/src/core/claude-client.ts. MEM-RTE-strategy-refinement, EPI-RTE-action-learning, MEM-RTE-response-memory and EPI-RTE-strategy-consumption support an improvement-directed behavior-shaping pathway. The reported engagement arithmetic is correct for its supplied numbers. Feature-level reinforcement does not establish prior strategy use or causal efficacy. Stored rates and instructions do not establish learning or exercised self-improvement. Theory-condition and reflection assessments remain separate and bounded; no negative is inferred solely from opaque model processing.

Checked retained objects and read-back against their consumers. PostgreSQL access/link feedback differs from JSON importance reinforcement. Summary recall ignores query text, while hydration selects explicit IDs. Journal continuity reads previous summaries; trace explanation reconstructs reasons from retained content rather than authenticating an original reasoning episode. JEPA predictions become ranked graph links with fixed admitted strength, not verified semantic relations. Upload extraction validates node shape, not fidelity of model-produced original_text. Shadow reconciliation inserts proposals, not revisions. These dispositions support the corresponding memory records and annotations, including the distinction between raw prose, derived prose, vectors, access metadata, local stores and evaluation artifacts.

Independent source reads for these checks included SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/memory.ts, packages/brain/src/mcp/local-store.ts, packages/brain/src/memory/active-reflection.ts, packages/brain/src/memory/trace.ts, packages/brain/src/memory/dream/deep-connection.ts, packages/brain/src/memory/dream/jepa.ts, packages/brain/src/services/upload-processor.ts and packages/brain/src/memory/reconcile-shadow.ts. Their source-only evidence supports wiring, not observed activation or improved capacity.

Verified confidence computation and consumption in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/experimental/confidence-gate.ts, packages/brain/src/experimental/enhanced-recall.ts and the response service. The epistemic example's score 0.6875 follows from the defaults. Score clustering is not semantic agreement. Cleanup can enforce selection removal, while hedging is advisory; separately merged strategies are not assessed by the main result's confidence. Thus EPI-CLM-confidence-gate has implementation support for a proxy mechanism, not demonstrated hallucination reduction.

Checked pack signature/revocation handling in SRC-1, packages/memorypack/src/reader.ts, and CLI controls in packages/brain/src/cli/verify.ts. EPI-RTE-pack-verification correctly bounds validity to configured integrity checks and application-dependent revocation consumption. Checked encrypted withdrawal control and ordinary mutation in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/memory-revoke.ts and packages/brain/src/memory/memory.ts; MEM-RTE-memory-withdrawal and EPI-RTE-memory-mutation do not imply derivative erasure, refreshed indexes or cross-mode management parity.

Independently traced judge, optional critic/reviser, result scoring and failure-only rejudging in SRC-1, misc/scripts/longmemeval-benchmark.ts. MEM-OBJ-evaluation-results and EPI-RTE-benchmark-checks correctly distinguish result artifacts from observed runs. Reference-answer scoring is real but bounded to the evaluator; permissive critic fallback and asymmetric rejudging prevent treating it as production acceptance or independent accuracy reproduction. The four public/design claim records are appropriately compared with their actual routes, without promoting maintenance names to epistemic success.

Workflow, relations and conflict disposition

Traced request creation, manual launch, tool dispatch, timeout, completion alternatives, result persistence and HTTP retrieval in SRC-1, apps/server/src/routes/dashboard.routes.ts, packages/brain/src/agents/executor.ts and packages/brain/src/agents/tools.ts. RT-RTE-dashboard-task and WF-RTE-store-finding preserve separate task-result and memory effects. Schema filtering is not a dispatcher allowlist; timeout does not cancel losing work; tool failure is returned as ordinary text; iteration exhaustion can reach success without independent product verification. Retry reconstructs task input, not prior execution-log criticism. These are supported control-flow findings, not successful delivery observations.

Checked all explicit Part of: relations: PostgreSQL recall and ordinary mutation belong to entry dispatch; main compaction, belief revision, strategy refinement, deep connection and self-reflection belong to the main-cycle container; finding storage belongs to dashboard execution. Hosted and local dreams remain alternatives rather than phase parts. The broader withdrawal and action-learning records overlap narrower mechanisms without being identical to them.

The five duplicate supersessions have identity evidence: stored row content, main compaction, main contradiction resolution, hosted dreams and local queue processing. Both IDs remain declared; supersession does not overwrite either analyst's assessment. Grouped dream/strategy objects and transient rendering are not falsely equated with the entire retained store. Integration issues have substantive dispositions rather than strongest-status selection.

The unresolved conflict about pre-loop recovery is a local attribution error, not an executable-behavior dispute. Independent inspection confirms that executor client acquisition precedes its try; launch catches can therefore log a crash without calling failTask. Workflow has direct source support for that distinction, but the supplied runtime record does not state it. Accept the behavioral finding on that direct basis only; retain the attribution limit below. It does not undermine the task account or justify a material correction blocker.

Omission search and stopping decision

Selected omission questions from the frozen tree and producer/consumer dependencies, not only quoted anchors:

  • Could a shipped local driver adopt queue outputs, invalidating the main/local comparison? Searches across brain/server/workers found CLI construction, queue completion and status/doctor counts, not an established adoption consumer. Inspected the completion sink independently. The supported conclusion remains limited to that sink; external or otherwise untraced adoption remains unknown.
  • Could advertised dashboard recall and worker startup change the representative workflow? Followed recall_memories into summary recall and found query text unused. Worker registration and apps/workers/src/jobs/task-executor-worker.ts connect the exported poller; that supplies wiring, not observed startup. Neither changes the manual-launch account. Query-based research capability needs the local limit below.
  • Could portable verification imply enforced withdrawal at an actual importer? Inspected SRC-1, packages/brain/src/cli/import.ts, beyond the report anchors. Its directory parser calls the reader, reports verification/warnings, then maps all returned records without consulting the revoked-hash set. This is an omitted consumer detail, not a contradiction of the reports' explicitly application-dependent revocation finding:

return result.records.map(r => ({ --- packages/brain/src/cli/import.ts

The importer detail cannot supply a new accepted route record through this verification. It confirms that portable withdrawal remains incomplete and must not become a universal guarantee. Full marketplace/PMP installation, client persistence, social instrumentation, RPC overlays and evaluator variants remain uninspected or partial as the analysts declare. Their presence alone does not overturn the inspected chains. Further expansion stopped because these selected challenges have supported bounded dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains unresolved, and the reports emit neither an exhaustive inventory nor complete-system absence, security, acceptance or benefit claims. Additional auditing would improve route coverage, but is not necessary to preserve the conclusions at their stated breadth.

Limits

  • The workflow recovery account attributes the pre-try client-acquisition distinction to RT-RTE-dashboard-task, but that runtime record does not state it. The reconciliation conflict is therefore retained as an attribution limit. SRC-1, packages/brain/src/agents/executor.ts, independently supports the workflow's behavior finding; readers should withhold the claim of independent agreement between both reports on this exception boundary, not the supported distinction itself.
  • The research workflow does not foreground that its recall wrapper calls summary recall, whose inspected implementation ignores query text, as MEM-RTE-recall-selection records. SRC-1, packages/brain/src/agents/tools.ts and packages/brain/src/memory/memory.ts, support summary delivery and type/limit-based selection, not effective topical investigation merely by issuing different query strings. The workflow remains valid as a model/tool progression; readers should withhold comparisons crediting this wrapper with the general hybrid recall pipeline's query sensitivity.
  • The partial memory coverage inventory, epistemic boundary and EPI-RTE-pack-verification do not enumerate complete portable admission/withdrawal or all later consumers. Independent inspection of SRC-1, packages/brain/src/cli/import.ts, adds a concrete omitted importer that maps reader records without consulting its revoked-hash set. This preserves the existing application-dependent revocation conclusion but prevents crediting portable verification with enforced import rejection. More broadly, unresolved client, social-worker, marketplace/PMP and evaluator branches prevent exhaustive route inventories and mode-wide trust, erasure or evaluator comparisons; the inspected storage, maintenance, delivery and bounded-check findings remain supported.
