Reconciliation

Boundary and connection basis

All four reports use the frozen revision and implementation/doctrine evidence of the boundary. Their selected inspections differ. The whole-system boundary does not turn their unresolved included operations into inspected coverage. No supplied member establishes observed operation or causal benefit. No correction answers or refusal were supplied to this attempt; the connections below concern the pinned members themselves. No additional source reads were needed.

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-memory-content is superseded by MEM-OBJ-memories. Both identify the retained PostgreSQL memory-row content, summaries and symbolic metadata in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/memory.ts. Neither identifies the transient rendered prompt. The epistemic inventory and mutation findings still concern these same stored parts; the supersession does not authenticate their content or change the declaring reports' fields.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-memory-compaction is superseded by MEM-RTE-dream-compaction. Both identify the main-cycle phase in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/dream/cycle.ts: faded episodic summaries are grouped, generated semantic text is stored, originals are marked and links are added. Both retain the independent local hash used for compacted_into as an identity limitation. Epistemic transformation classification and memory lineage findings remain attached to that same operation; neither establishes semantic equivalence, deletion of originals or a valid hash pointer.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-contradiction-resolution is superseded by MEM-RTE-belief-revision. Both trace the same unresolved-pair selection, model proposal, citation/cop-out handling, semantic storage, links and importance/age-based decay reduction in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/dream/cycle.ts. Both distinguish model judgment from the code's choice of weaker source. The epistemic ledger's separate transformation, admission and weight-change functions remain distinct findings about this operation. The memory report's afforded theory-related requests are not upgraded to exercised criticism.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-hosted-dreams is superseded by MEM-RTE-hosted-dream. Both trace the per-owner semantic/procedural generation and JSON/length admission in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/memory/hosted-dreams.ts, with later owner-scoped recall eligibility and no citation-to-ID mapping in the inspected writes. The epistemic model-mutability and content-relation findings remain local to this hosted route. This is not an identity with the main orchestrator.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-local-dreams is superseded by MEM-RTE-local-dream. Both trace Ollama generation from queued operations to SQLite queue-result completion in SRC-1, packages/brain/src/storage/dream-engine.ts and packages/brain/src/storage/sqlite-store.ts. Memory additionally traces CLI activation and decay. These are extensions of the same queue-processing account, not evidence of semantic-memory adoption. Both preserve the unestablished later queue-result consumer.

These supersessions connect identities only. Both original IDs remain declared, and each report retains its own assessments and evidence limits.

Containers, parts and non-identities

RT-RTE-dream-cycle remains a valid main-orchestration container. Compaction and belief revision above, MEM-RTE-strategy-refinement, MEM-RTE-deep-connection and EPI-RTE-self-reflection are phase mechanisms, not duplicate orchestrators. The memory annotation on the cycle adds reflection and procedural-extraction details without creating another declaration of self-reflection. Hosted and SQLite dreams are separate implementations; the runtime's comparative mention does not make them identical to its main-cycle referent. No split supersession of the valid cycle is needed.

MEM-RTE-recall-selection is a PostgreSQL selection part of RT-RTE-memory-entry, not an identity with SDK/MCP dispatch. MEM-RTE-memory-withdrawal and EPI-RTE-memory-mutation overlap on ordinary update/delete, but the former additionally traces encrypted revocation/redelegation while the latter traces mode dispatch and row mutation. Neither can replace the other's full referent. Their shared self-hosted patch/delete findings converge; no whole-record supersession is asserted.

MEM-RTE-strategy-refinement overlaps the refinement and reinforcement portion of EPI-RTE-action-learning. The latter also traces action/outcome writes and engagement measurement. It is therefore not a duplicate of the narrower refinement route. Likewise EPI-RTE-strategy-consumption identifies dedicated procedural selection/use within the broader shared-response path of MEM-RTE-response-memory, which also covers enhanced recall and formatting. Their overlapping delivery findings converge without whole-route identity.

EPI-OBJ-dream-products groups generated memory-row parts; EPI-OBJ-strategy-state groups action reports, procedural rows and selection metadata. Neither equals the whole retained-row object or MEM-OBJ-retrieval-state. Their differentiated route consumers remain necessary. RT-OBJ-memory-context is a transient rendering, not retained row content. JSON and SQLite stores, MEM-OBJ-local-store and MEM-OBJ-sqlite-store, retain distinct substrates and mutation semantics. No object supersession beyond the stored-row duplicate above is asserted.

MEM-CMP-jepa-service is neither an embedding adapter nor a generation model. Its link-producing route is not prose maintenance. MEM-BAP-procedural-guidance concerns the shared response model, while RT-BAP-chat-grounding concerns chat's separate model-input path. A shared natural-language channel does not make those consumers identical.

WF-RTE-store-finding is a tool-specific admission part of RT-RTE-dashboard-task, using the general memory store. It replaces neither the enclosing task nor general memory entry. The workflow annotation extends that same runtime task with recovery and delivery findings rather than redeclaring it.

MEM-RTE-prompt-sync writes changing retained-content snapshots; RT-RTE-host-setup installs static host policy/configuration. MEM-RTE-provenance-explanation invokes a model on reconstructed trace context, unlike generic hydration. MEM-RTE-shadow-reconcile logs unapplied proposals, unlike main belief revision. These are separate operations, not supersessions.

EPI-OBJ-confidence-result, EPI-RTE-confidence-check and EPI-RTE-confidence-consumption distinguish result, computation and consumers. They add inspection where the memory response route leaves gate internals uninspected. EPI-RTE-pack-verification checks a different pack representation and is not RT-RTE-pack-import. MEM-OBJ-evaluation-results is the result artifact; EPI-RTE-benchmark-checks is its judging/revision route. No identity is asserted among these different kinds of referent. The three epistemic claims narrow or add to RT-CLM-cognitive-memory, rather than duplicating its general maintenance claim.

Integration dispositions and independent convergence

The memory report's integration issues do not establish a contradiction about introspective chat memories: its annotation supplies explicit inclusion in <recent>, whereas the runtime's rendered-context record only says unsupported types are omitted. Neither says introspective is unsupported. Shared-response strategy instructions also remain separate from chat grounding.

Storage-mode maintenance differences are supported refinements of the runtime's express non-parity limit, not conflicting findings. Main compaction pointer uncertainty, retained originals, belief-resolution decay rules and missing queue adoption converge independently in the duplicate records above. The reports do not infer semantic truth from storage, citations, a resolution label or queue success.

Pack admission remains handler-specific: the memory annotation on RT-RTE-pack-import adds a separately scoped Cortex handler and different count rule, without repairing the generic handler's unresolved effective scope. Signature verification supplies no missing truth gate for either import. Row revocation, portable-record revocation and deletion have different consumers and do not establish global erasure.

The memory and epistemic strategy findings both separate feature-level reinforcement from causal attribution. Retained rates and the follow-strategies instruction establish distinct paths, not warranted provenance or demonstrated improvement. Journal-summary continuity and provenance explanation add concrete consumers without authenticating original reasoning. Missing actual criticism or subsequent dependence remains a limitation, not a disagreement with implemented delivery.

The workflow and runtime accounts converge on model-chosen tool order, registry-wide dispatch, non-cancelling timeout, fresh retry frames and completion without an independent correctness test. Finding admission and owner-readable task output remain separate effects. Uninspected poller startup does not contradict the runtime's description of the poller's selection logic, and manual launch does not require that startup to be established.

Unresolved conflict: RT-RTE-dashboard-task and the workflow account, as extended by its task annotation, differ on the support attributed to the runtime for pre-loop recovery. Workflow says the runtime establishes that client acquisition before the enclosing try can escape task-failure marking; the supplied runtime task record gives general failure metadata and timeout limits but does not state that exception boundary. Workflow also reports direct executor inspection, so this is not a settled disagreement about executable behavior. Its cited SRC-1 executor evidence supports its own proposed distinction; the runtime's record does not supply the asserted inherited finding. This prevents treating pre-try recovery as a finding independently established by both reports. Reconciliation does not add it to the runtime or reject the workflow's direct finding.

The remaining coverage gaps are carried as limitations: unresolved client, social-worker, marketplace/PMP, cryptographic and evaluator branches prevent exhaustive system-wide conclusions. Specialist inspection can reduce a local unknown without changing the runtime's stated inspection history. No strongest-status selection, complete-system absence, successful execution or public synthesis is supplied here.
