Verification
The public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, taking the reconciliation's three object supersessions and retained status disagreement into account. I also checked carriage of the report and profile verification limits. The supplied synthesis answers are empty and no refusal was supplied. No target-source reads or execution were performed; this judgment adds no evidence.
The opening identifies SRC-1, the frozen revision, cutoff, enclosing-runtime responsibility and source-only evidence basis. Whole-system scope is not presented as exhaustive inspection. Missing live state and external-engine evidence remain explicit. This agrees with the Source register and bounds the subsequent implementation claims.
The operational progression preserves separate decision owners and effect boundaries. The selected task workflow, tester failure handoff and bounded retries agree with RT-RTE-dev-test and the workflow account. Cycle acceptance is not confused with delivery. The account retains no-tests, shortcuts, clean no-op termination, review opt-outs and operator recovery after security rejection. The scoped merge protocol is supported by RT-RTE-gated-merge and RT-BAP-merge-policy, rather than promoted to universal correctness or prevention of earlier effects. The alternative goal, RLM, isolation, Ollama and lifecycle paths retain their distinct controls, context boundaries and host dependencies.
The memory account distinguishes retained prose, vectors, graph/access metadata and model weights. Automatic selected delivery does not become demonstrated reliance. The outcome tracker, uniform rewards, uncontrolled SIMBA comparisons, omitted rationale and indeterminate content relations remain qualified by MEM-RTE-episode-feedback, MEM-RTE-experience-retrieval and EPI-RTE-simba-rules. Reconciled object identities are cited through the memory declarations; the differently bounded epistemic routes remain valid supporting routes. Neither structural admission nor sanitization becomes factual acceptance. Recovery is reconstruction subject to the history gate, not restored conversation or guaranteed continuity: MEM-RTE-context-recovery, MEM-CLM-context-budget.
The improvement discussion leads with supported own-organization updates and later consumers. It preserves the different manual-default, versioned-selection and direct-deployment admissions in RT-RTE-forgesmith-changes, RT-RTE-gepa-prompts and RT-RTE-autoresearch-prompts, including ForgeSmith's early return. Its dispositional self-change conclusion does not assert exercised dependence or benefit. The four theory-builder conditions retain separate content-level uncertainty on the SIMBA branch. Reflection, criticism-driven capacity improvement and autonomous theory building are not inferred from scoring or the existence of feedback. These distinctions follow EPI-RTE-simba-rules and EPI-RTE-episode-memory; they are not system-wide negative findings.
The scenario-relative conclusion names the evidence needed to establish exercised workflow, final exposure, content-dependent revision and component-level gain without ranking the product. The Limitations table carries both settled verification limits and the reconciliation conflict. In particular, it preserves the competing MCP statuses without choosing one and states the GHOST omission's prevented comparisons without treating that branch as absent or as demonstrated knowledge acceptance. Partial optimizer, measurement, training, scheduling and maintenance coverage remains explicit. These local limits can coexist with the central implementation conclusions; no unsupported comparison value or complete-coverage assertion requires a blocker.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-memory-queries assigns afforded status while EPI-RTE-mcp-retrieval assigns wired status to the overlapping lesson handler. Both leave downstream client incorporation uninspected. The synthesis faithfully carries this disagreement. Withhold one agreed implementation-status comparison for that overlap and any wired downstream model-reliance claim; callable retrieval and inactive-lesson visibility remain supported.
- RT-RTE-forgesmith-changes and the epistemic coverage account do not supply a separate route analysis of the GHOST finding-verification branch identified by report verification. The synthesis carries that settled omission and its consequences. Its partial maintenance account remains publishable, but complete comparisons of security-finding rechecking, decision revision and follow-up generation must be withheld. No operation, soundness or absence conclusion follows from the omission.
