Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded static-source account. I checked its substantive statements and limitation rows against the supplied records and annotations, applying the reconciliation's two identity supersessions. The canonical summary object is MEM-OBJ-conversation-summary; the canonical evaluation claim is MEM-CLM-eval-scope. Neither supersession supplies additional warrant. I also read both supplied verification judgments and the empty synthesis answers. Neither judgment declares a blocker or publication limit, and reconciliation identifies no unresolved conflict. There was no previous synthesis-verification refusal to reassess. I introduced no evidence, read no frozen-source files and performed no target execution.
Boundary, runtime and admission
The opening identifies SRC-1, the repository and frozen commit, cutoff, application-level scope and static evidence basis. The whole-system label is expressly not exhaustive inspection. Its distinction between implementation, attributed evaluation and missing execution or causal evidence agrees with the boundary and Source register.
The owner-to-provider-to-service progression, persistence and cancellation limits agree with RT-RTE-owner-chat and RT-OBJ-active-runs. The restricted registry and maintainer/operator product-change account do not attribute deployment authority to the model: RT-RTE-product-update, RT-RTE-owner-changes, RT-BAP-shipped-policy. These statements concern the inspected application surface, not all external dependency capabilities.
The save-before-diagnosis account preserves immediate model correction, owner in-place editing and backup merging as distinct admission paths. Optional Clef operation retains its configuration, real-hook, budget, input truncation and threshold conditions. Rule reviews, automatic retirement and later owner choices are not conflated with independent fact verification: MEM-RTE-memory-write, EPI-RTE-clef-check, EPI-RTE-conflict-disposition. The negation example is explicitly a static counterexample. Preserved predecessor wording does not become preserved justification, and correction history does not become universal append-only storage: MEM-OBJ-memory-reviews, EPI-RTE-lifecycle-change, EPI-CLM-history-preservation.
Later consumption and improvement claims
The account separates automatic memory push, requested search, foreground-only semantic item delivery and conversation compaction. It retains the consequential slot, estimated-budget, query-vector and activation conditions. Historical withdrawal remains route-local; stale-vector ranking is distinguished from current text delivery and hash-strict conflict nomination. The bounded excerpt and note-read paths do not promise complete content: MEM-RTE-memory-recall, MEM-RTE-requested-search, MEM-RTE-item-recall, MEM-RTE-index-maintenance, EPI-RTE-item-delivery.
The summary chain preserves automatic admission, overflow/request conditions, lossy replacement, later by-value consumption and independent raw retention. It does not imply complete historical coverage, fidelity, automatic transcript reload or a hard total-token invariant: RT-RTE-context-window, MEM-OBJ-conversation-records, MEM-OBJ-conversation-summary.
The learning-related paragraph leads with the supported trace-fed update paths rather than a bundled negative. Conversational facts, summaries and recorded action outcomes can shape durable later context; wiring is not observed reliance or improved capacity. The claims about theory-builder conditions, criticism-driven capacity, reflection and autonomous theory construction remain independently unestablished within the supplied account, not system-complete absences. Exercised self-improvement is withheld because causally dependent later operation is missing. These qualifications agree with MEM-RTE-memory-write, RT-RTE-context-window, RT-BAP-retained-context and the epistemic bounded conclusion. Missing execution is not used to deny the implemented memory capacity.
Workflow, scenarios and public limitations
The rewrite account accurately preserves a possible sequence rather than an observed or mandatory plan. Bounded and unenforced reading, exact owner preview, separate approval, snapshot rejection, expiry and fresh-proposal recovery retain their distinct functions. The public text also carries the reachable “Done.” display defect without mistaking it for bypass of the effect gate. Claim-before-commit is not strengthened to crash-safe completion: RT-RTE-action-approval, workflow account, workflow chat annotation.
Scheduled grants retain actual executor enforcement and the read-plus-notify exception, while acknowledging bookkeeping and derived writes. Routine instructions are distinguished from informational context, and receipts are not promoted to an adaptive feedback loop: RT-RTE-scheduled-work, RT-CLM-scheduled-grants, RT-BAP-retained-context. The data-not-instructions rule remains policy, not proved isolation: RT-CLM-context-authority.
The scenario-relative assessment follows those mechanisms without ranking products or recommending adoption. The reported 18/18 result remains a threshold result, including the rank-four/three-slot counterexample, not runtime delivery, answer quality or component benefit: MEM-CLM-eval-scope, EPI-RTE-semantic-evaluation. Proposed evidence and architectural changes are presented as ways the assessment could change, not guarantees that it would improve.
The Limitations table preserves the analytical consequences of static evidence, opaque providers, unverified factual admission, lossy selection, route-local cleanup, authorization/completion distinctions, prompt-policy isolation and incomplete improvement/theory coverage. These are faithful bounds already carried beside the conclusions, not unresolved defects requiring additional verification limits. I found no central overstatement, unsupported comparison value or omission that makes the bounded public account materially misleading.
