Reconciliation

Boundary and status alignment

All four reports use the revision and run identity fixed by boundary. Its Source register supplies implementation, doctrine/design and reported-operation evidence, not an observed-run or causal-experiment layer. The runtime and memory routes' implementation status wired and operation status uninspected coexist with the epistemic ledger's architectural status implemented; these are different fields, not competing rankings. No status is promoted by combining reports. The workflow describes a possible shipped sequence rather than a supplied execution.

Duplicate identities and retained parts

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-summary is superseded by MEM-OBJ-conversation-summary. Both declare the same SQLite tal_conversations.summary and summary_upto, the same trimmed model-derived replacement, and the same later system-prompt consumer. Both retain the result.text.trim().slice(0, 2000) passage. This is object identity, not merely similar purpose. The memory record's backup qualifications and the epistemic record's unknown/degraded warrant and indeterminate semantic relation remain their authors' findings; the amendment chooses neither a stronger status nor a fidelity finding. Inventory, ledger and bounded-conclusion references to the epistemic object refer to this same retained output. RT-RTE-context-window remains a distinct valid container: it includes overflow selection, a separate summarizer call, persistence and subsequent consumption, not just the output object.

Amendment: EPI-CLM-semantic-pass is superseded by MEM-CLM-eval-scope. Both identify the checked-in bge-m3 PASS for 18/18 semantic-surface cases and qualify it with the same positive-case floor predicate and EX-A2 rank-four/three-slot counterexample. The floor detail in the epistemic record specifies the same reported result rather than a different claim. References in its claim comparison and evaluation ledger therefore concern that same claim. EPI-RTE-semantic-evaluation and EPI-RTE-evaluation-disposition remain separate: one computes scores/pass, the other writes a report and changes process exit status. Neither is identical to the claim or to the deployment gate RT-RTE-product-update.

No other cross-report identity is asserted. In particular:

Integration dispositions and convergence

The memory integration issues qualify possible stronger readings, not the runtime's current bounded findings. Historical withdrawal applies to automatic current recall, not every reader: requested general search can expose historical text and semantic general search can omit lifecycle labels. The epistemic consumption account preserves this distinction. No report establishes universal withdrawal or uniform status delivery.

The same issues distinguish recency guidance from guaranteed successor delivery and ordinary recall from hash-strict conflict nomination. The memory recall/index records and epistemic recency/Clef records converge independently on these limits. The runtime hook explicitly leaves detailed freshness to the memory account. Thus stale-vector selection, skipped newer pulls and final budget omission do not contradict a runtime freshness guarantee; none is declared. Concurrent cleanup and provider provenance remain bounded unknowns, not established atomic erasure or weight-learning findings.

Memory and epistemic reports also converge on save-before-diagnosis, immediate model correction, optional Clef retirement, and owner review that is not universal. Relationship thresholds can change eligibility without independently checking the new fact's truth. EPI-CLM-current-facts concerns factual reliance; RT-CLM-context-authority concerns data-versus-instruction policy, so they are not duplicate claims. EPI-CLM-history-preservation distinguishes correction history from in-place edit/import; RT-CLM-approval-boundary covers registered destructive model tools, not all mutations. Neither comparison establishes a cross-report conflict.

The workflow adds a consequential display qualification without disputing the effect gate. Its chat annotation retains the fallback that can say “Done.” after successful proposal creation while approval remains pending. Runtime approval guidance says not to claim completion, but does not claim enforcement of every displayed phrase. The workflow's preview, snapshot fields, stale-target rejection and claim-before-commit limits connect to the runtime approval record unchanged: successful proposal, complete assistant record, authorized attempt and delivered mutation remain different outcomes. The epistemic ledger likewise treats approval as operational authorization, not a truth oracle.

RT-BAP-retained-context and the memory annotations distinguish informational memories/summary from stored routine instructions. Scheduled grants constrain tool access, not every persistence effect; notifications and derived indexing can still write. Memory and epistemic accounts retain that scope rather than recast scheduled execution as a read-only transaction or receipt-driven improvement loop.

No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports is identified. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied, so no correction disposition is inferred. Missing deployment settings, actual decisions, summary fidelity, exercised reliance and causal benefit remain shared limitations rather than conflicts. This reconciliation required no source reads beyond the supplied members.
