Verification

I checked all ten axes of the memory profile, including each unit's scope, findings, evidence basis, assessment and coverage note, against the supplied records and annotations. I applied the handed reconciliation: MEM-OBJ-conversation-summary is the canonical summary object and MEM-CLM-eval-scope is the canonical evaluation claim. Their superseded epistemic counterparts supply no independent stronger warrant. No frozen-source files were read, and no new records or quotations were introduced.

I rechecked the predecessor's curation objection and the supplied correction answer against the changed profile and its dependent notes and rationale. The added source-memory removal unit assigns wired decay to permanent removal, supported by the review replace/discard mechanism in MEM-RTE-memory-write, the concrete deletion passage in EPI-RTE-lifecycle-change, and cleanup in MEM-RTE-index-maintenance. This is forgetting within the type's definition; autonomous aging and observed benefit are not conditions. The unresolved rebuild/import unit no longer absorbs source cleanup, and the axis note and rationale now retain forgetting as a positive while distinguishing it from historical invalidation and universal erasure. The previous blocker is resolved.

All emitted positive findings retain a wired basis. The reported semantic evaluation does not upgrade them to observed or causally supported findings. Missing activation, fidelity, benefit and pre-import provenance are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not additional defects. I found no unsupported emitted value or materially misleading coverage assessment requiring a blocker or publication limit.
