Verification
The pinned runtime, memory, epistemic, workflow and reconciliation members support a bounded implementation account. No material correction is required. I read every declaration and annotation, the epistemic ledger, the workflow account and both reconciliation amendments. The supplied structural report contains no findings; all four correction-answer files are empty. Those inputs provide neither a structural blocker nor a previous semantic objection to carry forward.
The checkout HEAD matches the boundary, and its working tree is clean. Independent source inspection used SRC-1 at that revision, not target execution. I traced the central producer/consumer chain through packages/thalo-action/src/action.ts, packages/thalo-action/src/mod.ts, packages/thalo-action/src/workspace.ts, packages/thalo/src/commands/actualize.ts, packages/thalo/src/services/synthesis.ts and packages/scripts/src/synthesize-with-pi.mjs. Source code and configured prompts establish implementation and doctrine/design only. No report promotes those layers to observed success or causal benefit.
Selection and retained control
RT-RTE-actualize-selection, RT-OBJ-checkpoint and RT-BAP-checkpoint-selection correctly separate a stored cutoff from verified incorporation. Independent inspection of SRC-1, packages/thalo/src/services/change-tracker/git-tracker.ts, packages/thalo/src/services/change-tracker/timestamp-tracker.ts, packages/thalo/src/services/change-tracker/create-tracker.ts and packages/thalo/src/services/change-tracker/change-tracker.ts confirms the current-instance loops, current-query filtering, guarded source-file cleanliness, missing-commit replay, marker-type fallback and strict timestamp cutoff. Git comparison and blame/ancestry are different alternatives. Neither emits a deleted entry as a retraction notice. The reports retain those exceptions rather than asserting complete dependency invalidation.
MEM-OBJ-synthesis-sources and MEM-OBJ-synthesis-prompt describe different retained parts: symbolic predicates and model-interpreted guidance. The prompt-header substring test and source-query extraction are implemented as stated. Prompt/query-only edits need not yield pending instances. RT-BAP-synthesis-guidance describes delivery and interpretive force, not compliance. The browser's legacy updated instruction and CLI force override were independently checked in SRC-1, apps/docs/app/components/playground/thalo-runner.ts and apps/thalo-cli/src/commands/actualize.ts; neither strengthens checkpoint guarantees.
Generation, packaging and publication
RT-CMP-gpt5-mini, RT-OBJ-system-prompt, RT-OBJ-command-input, EPI-OBJ-source-entries and RT-RTE-pi-synthesis match the inspected script and action. The action serializes provenance fields; the script renders only some fields separately and includes raw text. It additionally supplies the entire trimmed target file. A fresh Agent and one foreground prompt call do not establish provider-internal isolation, immutable weights or a token-budget policy. The component's parameter and endpoint uncertainty is appropriately local to the external dependency.
The source supports EPI-RTE-output-guard, EPI-RTE-file-reconstruction and EPI-RTE-prose-retention. Nonempty output and existing-file reconstruction prerequisites are checked; factual accuracy, matching H1 and narrow-edit obedience are not. First-fence slicing retains the prefix and first block, appends a marker and replaces the original suffix. The reported countercase follows directly from the return expression. MEM-OBJ-synthesis-prose and EPI-OBJ-synthesis-prose correctly identify recurrent file read-back without inferring acceptance or learning. No input/output trace establishes whether particular model propositions preserve, entail or extend their inputs; the epistemic ledger's indeterminate generation relation is supported.
RT-RTE-action-publication and the workflow account accurately distinguish local write, branch publication and later PR review. Independently traced ordering is selection before commands, sequential awaited commands, whole-tree staging, commit, force push and PR creation/update. A command failure prevents later publication in ordinary control flow but does not roll back earlier local writes. Successful return and pending count do not certify rewrites. The configured TypeScript-guide workflow and its suffix request are present in SRC-1, .github/workflows/test-action.yml and thalo-test/typescript-guide.md; fixture content is not an authenticated execution trace.
The three claim records—RT-CLM-agent-feedback, EPI-CLM-synthesized-understanding and EPI-CLM-preserve-content—retain their actual doctrine or prompt scope. Independent reads of SRC-1, README.md and the Pi script confirm the claims. The epistemic comparison neither converts the slogans into warranted knowledge production nor hides the preservation mismatch.
Queries, maintenance and structural checks
MEM-CMP-workspace, MEM-OBJ-instance-entries, MEM-OBJ-schema-entries and MEM-RTE-schema-resolution preserve source content, parsed indexes and resolved constraints as distinct objects or operations. Independent inspection of SRC-1, packages/thalo/src/vfs/loader.ts, packages/thalo/src/model/workspace.ts and packages/thalo/src/schema/registry.ts confirms scratch loading with old-model cloning, map replacement, registry rebuild and timestamp-ordered alterations/removals. A reused load does not by itself withdraw undiscovered models. Schema directives affect later checker behavior without warranting entry truth.
MEM-RTE-query-readout and EPI-RTE-query-selection are supported by SRC-1, packages/thalo/src/commands/query.ts, packages/thalo/src/services/query.ts, apps/thalo-cli/src/commands/query.ts and the filteredSince implementation in packages/thalo/src/api.ts. Ordinary query selects physical instances, ANDs conditions, ORs queries and limits results without resolving a canonical superseding stance. Raw delivery differs from metadata-only display. API exposure is not a demonstrated additional model-consumer route. The confidence-labelled nonsensical fixture in SRC-1, thalo-test/entries.thalo, corroborates that query membership is not a trust gate; it does not demonstrate a bad generated result.
RT-RTE-check-feedback is bounded structural feedback. Independent inspection of SRC-1, packages/thalo/src/checker/check.ts, packages/thalo/src/checker/rules/rules.ts, packages/thalo/src/checker/rules/unresolved-link.ts, packages/thalo/src/checker/rules/actualize-missing-updated.ts and apps/thalo-cli/src/commands/check.ts confirms configurable rule dispatch, reference lookup, checkpoint-field presence and CLI exit criteria. The Pi/action trace has no consumption of this check as an admission gate. The epistemic ledger separately represents diagnostic production and process disposition, without claiming subject-matter acceptance.
RT-RTE-local-authoring, EPI-RTE-merge-check and EPI-RTE-merge-disposition correctly distinguish proposal, local admission and Git-facing status. Independent inspection of SRC-1, apps/thalo-cli/src/commands/init.ts, apps/thalo-cli/src/commands/format.ts, apps/thalo-cli/src/commands/merge-driver.ts, packages/thalo/src/merge/driver.ts, packages/thalo/src/merge/conflict-detector.ts, packages/thalo/src/merge/entry-merger.ts and packages/thalo/src/merge/merge-result-builder.ts confirms starter-file skipping/force, formatter writes, syntax/conflict checks, null-return deletion and writing ours before success/failure exit. The concrete merge deletion case is supported without a universal lossless-merge claim. The init discrepancy against SRC-1, skills/thalo/SKILL.md is real. The optional hash guard in SRC-1, packages/thalo/src/vfs/persistence.ts is a capability, not the Pi writer's guard or an atomic transaction.
MEM-OBJ-playground-state correctly scopes browser state to the current session. Its setter, reset and snapshot production are present in SRC-1, apps/docs/app/components/playground/playground-context.tsx. The LSP buffer-priority, external deletion and disk-reload qualifications were independently checked in SRC-1, packages/thalo-lsp/src/server.ts. Neither editor diagnostics nor browser display is automatically a model-consumption route.
Relations, disagreements and omission disposition
All declared Part of: relations are semantically supported. The serialized entry payload belongs to command input. Guard, reconstruction and retention are parts of the Pi route; merge checking and disposition belong to broader local maintenance. Cross-kind parents are explained and do not make the candidate an alternative parent identity. No evidenced-absence record is declared; scoped uninspected or external behavior is not disguised as absence.
The reconciliation correctly supersedes the duplicate synthesis-prose and standalone-query declarations while retaining both original declarations and their qualifications. Its distinction between persistent source entries and selected transient payload is sound. Object/authority-path and resolver/diagnostic pairs are not duplicates. Different query read-back descriptions concern persisted input versus nonpersisted output, not contradictory behavior. The preservation request/implementation mismatch and physical deletion/incomplete resynthesis are likewise not cross-report conflicts. Every memory integration issue has an appropriate scoped disposition; no missing material part or unresolved disagreement was found requiring a new conflict paragraph.
Omission questions were selected from the frozen tracked tree and producer/consumer dependencies: whether another shipped generation or admission caller changes the central loop; whether API/persistence affordances secretly gate it; whether alternate editor/browser paths supply an additional durable model reader; and whether evaluation configuration warrants semantic acceptance or observed success. Bounded searches across SRC-1, packages, apps, .github/workflows and skills/thalo located the action, CLI and browser actualization callers, the single shipped Pi Agent construction, documentation-only persistence examples and API views. The CI declarations in SRC-1, .github/workflows/ci.yml configure development checks/tests; they are not supplied successful results or a semantic gate in the traced synthesis path.
These searches support the existing bounded wording, not a claim that no other consumer or evaluator could ever exist. Full parser recovery, every checker visitor, merge serialization, formatter fidelity, arbitrary extension commands and provider processing remain outside the verified correctness claims. Further omission expansion stopped because the selected consequential alternatives have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. The supported result is implementation wiring with explicit scope and operation uncertainty, not exhaustive repository correctness, successful knowledge production or a reliability comparison. Those already-scoped uncertainties create no additional verification defect.
