Reconciliation
Boundary and evidence
All four reports use the same run and frozen revision. The boundary includes the shipped action and Pi command, not only the deterministic CLI. Its Source register supplies implementation and doctrine/design evidence, with no observed run or causal experiment. Agreement below is cross-lens convergence over that shared source, not independent experimental corroboration. No additional source reads were needed for this reconciliation. No correction answers or refusal were supplied to this attempt.
Duplicate supersessions and distinct identities
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-synthesis-prose is superseded by MEM-OBJ-synthesis-prose. Both identify the same Pi-generated Markdown installed as the target-file suffix and supplied through whole-file read-back on a later invocation. The epistemic record follows output through trimmedOutput/markdown; the memory record names its installed state. These are stages of the same prose, not separate retained products. Identity evidence is SRC-1, packages/scripts/src/synthesize-with-pi.mjs, including the text-delta passage in the epistemic record and current-file read passage in the memory record. Affected findings are the epistemic inventory, generation, guard, reconstruction, retention and publication ledger rows: their candidate object is this same prose. The supersession does not resolve its actual propositions, semantic relation or truth, and does not turn retention into acceptance. Both declarations remain intact.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-query-selection is superseded by MEM-RTE-query-readout. Both trace the standalone query command's caller request and workspace through query/tracker filtering, optional result limit and file-associated results. The identical limitedResults passage establishes their common selection operation in SRC-1, packages/thalo/src/commands/query.ts; the memory record additionally traces CLI display and API access. Affected finding: the epistemic ledger's query-membership function refers to the same standalone query route, not a second evaluator or synthesis route. The reports' read-back descriptions concern different edges: the epistemic producer persists no result, while memory follows previously saved input through loading to a later request. Neither establishes a deployed model consumer or endorsement of selected content. Supersession retains those scope limits rather than selecting a stronger status.
The remaining close identities are ruled out as follows:
- EPI-OBJ-source-entries is the selected, serialized payload part of RT-OBJ-command-input. MEM-OBJ-instance-entries is the retained source content from which that payload is selected. Persistent source and transient selected delivery are distinct operative parts; the payload does not include every stored instance. Their shared raw text does not supersede either object. SRC-1,
packages/thalo-action/src/action.ts,packages/scripts/src/synthesize-with-pi.mjs, as cited in those records. - MEM-OBJ-synthesis-prompt is the retained instruction object. RT-BAP-synthesis-guidance is its consumer/channel/force/horizon. RT-OBJ-system-prompt is separate static script guidance. MEM-OBJ-synthesis-sources holds symbolic queries, not either prompt. These identities are distinct despite sharing a later model request or selector. SRC-1,
packages/thalo/src/services/synthesis.ts,packages/scripts/src/synthesize-with-pi.mjs. - RT-OBJ-checkpoint is retained selector metadata; RT-BAP-checkpoint-selection is its authority path. Neither is generated prose, a semantic completion judgment or the transient command-input container. Memory annotations refine its lineage without declaring a duplicate. SRC-1,
packages/thalo/src/commands/actualize.ts. - MEM-RTE-schema-resolution transforms MEM-OBJ-schema-entries into checking constraints. RT-RTE-check-feedback consumes those constraints to produce diagnostics and CLI exit control. Input object, constraint resolution and diagnostics are not the same record. MEM-CMP-workspace is their derived process component, not a retained file or consumer route. MEM-OBJ-playground-state is browser editable state, not that parsed workspace. The corresponding memory records retain the identity evidence and limits.
The epistemic Pi parts—EPI-RTE-output-guard, EPI-RTE-file-reconstruction and EPI-RTE-prose-retention—separate admission predicates, text transformation and durable write/read-back within RT-RTE-pi-synthesis. Their declared containment is not duplicate route identity. The runtime container remains valid and is not superseded by the parts. Likewise, EPI-RTE-merge-check and EPI-RTE-merge-disposition separate version checking and local output admission within RT-RTE-local-authoring. They neither duplicate structural workspace diagnostics nor replace the broader authoring container. Their source passages establish different checks, outputs and consumers; no missing part requiring a new declaration is identified by these connections.
EPI-CLM-preserve-content records the request expressed by the static system-prompt object, not that object or an enforcement guarantee. EPI-CLM-synthesized-understanding concerns the README's synthesis claim; RT-CLM-agent-feedback concerns structural feedback. These claims have different scope. The workflow member declares no additional records; its annotations connect the existing runtime routes rather than creating identities to supersede.
Cross-report convergence and integration dispositions
Selection and freshness. RT-RTE-actualize-selection, its memory annotation and workflow annotation agree that pending work is determined from current matching entries and a marker, not from verified correctness of existing prose. Memory adds prompt/query-only invalidation, same-minute deduplication and reused-loader limits. Its integration issues retain these as bounded additions, not corrections to runtime. Reused-loader retention concerns MEM-CMP-workspace; it does not contradict fresh action loading or editor deletion handling. The conclusion prevented is universal reload-implies-withdrawal or complete resynthesis after every relevant change. No cross-report disagreement is established.
Context and recurrent influence. RT-RTE-pi-synthesis, MEM-OBJ-synthesis-prose, EPI-RTE-prose-retention and the workflow account connect selected raw entries plus the entire current file to later generation. They distinguish fresh Agent construction from recovery of prior prose through file read-back. Separate provenance fields are not all forwarded, but raw text can retain provenance and reasons. Memory's content-dependent rationale and opaque-provider questions remain limits, not evidence of absent provenance, compaction or learning.
Preservation request versus host effect. RT-OBJ-system-prompt, EPI-CLM-preserve-content and EPI-RTE-file-reconstruction consistently distinguish requested narrow editing from first-fence suffix replacement. The workflow account supplies a concrete fixture suffix whose preservation depends on model reproduction. This is a source-native request/implementation mismatch on which the reports agree, not a disagreement between them and not observed content loss.
Admission, publication and review. RT-RTE-pi-synthesis, EPI-RTE-output-guard, RT-RTE-action-publication and the workflow account agree that software admits passing text locally, then process success permits branch publication and a PR. Human review comes later. RT-RTE-check-feedback provides separate structural feedback, not a universal write gate or truth oracle. Calling CLI exit control a disposition in the epistemic ledger does not assert subject-matter acceptance. Memory's hash-guarded persistence affordance has no identified wiring into Pi/action writes; it cannot strengthen their conflict-prevention guarantee. Earlier writes surviving later failure, broad staging and pending-count limitations are shared findings, not conflicting delivery definitions.
Maintenance and epistemic scope. EPI-RTE-merge-disposition establishes a bounded deletion case in version reconciliation. Memory's incomplete synthesis invalidation concerns whether a deleted entry triggers delivery to generation; it does not deny physical withdrawal by merge or edit. The epistemic conclusion excludes demonstrated acceptance and lifecycle integration on the inspected Pi/action path, while retaining unassessed formatter, predicate and extension details. Runtime and memory likewise retain unobserved benefit and independent uncertainty about learning, reflection and improvement. None licenses a system-complete negative.
The memory member proposes no correction or duplicate against its supplied runtime; that disposition is consistent with the distinct runtime/memory identities above. Its statement does not rule out the later cross-specialist supersessions identified here. Its remaining integration issues stay attached to their selector, workspace, API, provenance or provider scopes. No dependent finding requires a supplied record to say something it no longer says. No unresolved cross-report conflict is identified in these pinned inputs; this is not a judgment of individual claim support or job acceptance.
