Hyalo report verification

Verification
The reports support a bounded account of local knowledgebase operations, shipped agent-directed maintenance and advisory Jev classification. No material blocker was established. This judgment does not establish exercised maintenance, classification accuracy, successful user delivery or improvement.
I read all pinned reports, their types, the record contract and reconciliation. The supplied structural check says none; all four correction-answer files are empty. There are no carried objections to accept or decline. I independently checked SRC-1's checkout identity and clean status against boundary, traced consequential producer-to-consumer transitions, and assessed every declaration, annotation, evidence status, containment relation and supersession. Source anchors below refer to implementation or doctrine/design at the reviewed commit. I did not execute the target, its evaluators or its providers. Quotation occurrence and reference syntax are deterministic checks, not the basis of this semantic judgment.
Runtime records and controls
RT-RTE-query-read is supported by prepared invocation, handler selection and output delivery, including disk fallback for incompatible snapshots and failure for unreadable explicitly named snapshots. RT-RTE-property-write correctly limits validation to assigned constrained properties when active. Independent inspection of capture, preflight, serial commit, stopped suffix and mandatory journal reconciliation confirms partial publication rather than batch rollback. SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/src/run.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/prepared.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/find/run.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/set.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/apply.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/journal.rs, crates/hyalo-core/src/rooted.rs, npm/hyalo/src/api.ts.
RT-RTE-pi-feedback and RT-RTE-summary-injection preserve the consequential consumer distinctions. Typed mutations lint surviving effects; generic tool execution does not use that adapter. Host write/edit feedback follows publication. Summary injection sets its once flag before fetching and supplies a hidden message without implementing host retention or refresh. These are wired routes with uninspected operation, not enforced repair or demonstrated context benefit. SRC-1, pi-package/extensions/hyalo.ts.
RT-RTE-tidy-review, RT-OBJ-hyalo-tidy and RT-BAP-tidy-guidance accurately assign progression, interpretation and authorization to the enclosing agent and user. The long template's fork request is not Hyalo scheduling; the Codex instruction has no equivalent declaration. Claimed implementation status for the instructed procedure is appropriate. RT-RTE-config-install has separate executable publication and later consumption paths; schema/default configuration can partially publish before note updates. SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/skill-hyalo-tidy.md, plugins/hyalo/skills/hyalo-tidy/SKILL.md, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/init.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/types.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/views.rs.
RT-RTE-jev-suggestions, RT-OBJ-manifest, RT-OBJ-document-content and RT-BAP-jev-categories distinguish local control state, transmitted body evidence, interpreted rubrics and deterministic output gates. The document string is a manifest part; results are not that input. Independent tracing confirms read-only preparation, manifest consistency rather than authenticated freshness, thresholded advisory output, per-document failure handling and local folder fallback. RT-CMP-jev pins the model name without exposing weights; RT-CMP-foreground-agent remains independently unspecified. Neither component's opacity is promoted to absence of learning. SRC-1, npm/jev/src/cli.ts, npm/jev/src/io.ts, npm/jev/src/prepare.ts, npm/jev/src/protocol.ts, npm/jev/src/decisions.ts, npm/jev/src/provider.ts, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/jev/jev.md.
Memory and epistemic records
MEM-OBJ-frontmatter and MEM-OBJ-body correctly distinguish metadata consumption from prose interpretation and retain unknown initial provenance. MEM-OBJ-index-entry and MEM-OBJ-bm25 are separate derived access products, not embeddings, model weights or learned explanations. MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle correctly distinguishes transient read repair from persistent creation/journal updates and withdrawal. MEM-RTE-metadata-withdrawal does not inherit set validation. MEM-BAP-metadata-selection identifies deterministic filtering rather than universal instruction authority. SRC-1, crates/hyalo-core/src/index.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/prepared.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/create_index.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/drop_index.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/remove.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/summary.rs.
MEM-OBJ-managed-region and MEM-RTE-navigation-generation are supported by MADR selection/rendering and managed-region publication. Marker validation and source conflict checks do not establish semantic endorsement. Explicit replacement can discard marker-less content, so the report correctly refuses a system-wide no-deletion invariant. Memory annotations preserve optional caller capture of Jev outputs, byte/count budgets rather than token budgets, and unknown later consumption of reported reasons. SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/madr.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/managed_region.rs, npm/jev/src/prepare.ts, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/skill-hyalo-tidy.md.
EPI-OBJ-vault-bodies and EPI-OBJ-frontmatter-properties identify the same durable referents as the corresponding memory objects. EPI-RTE-body-decoding is a genuine part of the read route: capped or invalid-UTF-8 lines become placeholders, not complete source evidence. EPI-OBJ-schema-diagnostics, EPI-RTE-schema-check and EPI-RTE-metadata-repair retain different targets and authorities. Inspection confirms rule-relative diagnostics, convention-driven defaults/type inference, nearest-enum repair and valid calendar-date reshaping. Post-fix validation examines the mutable map even when publication fails; the report correctly withholds a clean-disk inference. SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/read.rs, crates/hyalo-mdlint/src/schema.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/lint/file.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/lint/fix.rs.
EPI-OBJ-category-rubrics isolates interpreted category criteria from manifest controls. Its quoted preamble is assembled at request construction, not stored verbatim in the manifest; the parent relation is supported for the manifest's category descriptions, not a claim that the generated request is wholly contained there. This wording imprecision does not change the recorded guidance authority. EPI-OBJ-classification-results is successor output. The five Jev parts—EPI-RTE-jev-evaluation, EPI-RTE-response-check, EPI-RTE-score-admission, EPI-RTE-folder-mapping and EPI-RTE-suggestion-review—correctly separate semantic evaluation, coherence, advisory admission, local convention and substantive review. Their containment in the broad helper-to-review route is supported. Doctrine-only substantive review does not contradict wired helper computation. The ledger's indeterminate semantic relation is warranted without actual proposition-level outputs; neither fluency nor scores establish accepted ampliative knowledge. SRC-1, npm/jev/src/protocol.ts, npm/jev/src/decisions.ts, npm/jev/src/provider.ts, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/jev/jev.md.
EPI-OBJ-link-fixes, EPI-RTE-link-guard and EPI-RTE-link-admission support mechanical destination checking and permission to publish, not author-intent correctness. EPI-CLM-link-target faithfully retains the source's stronger wording and its unrelated-target countercase. EPI-CLM-tooling-layer and EPI-CLM-jev-review are attributed design claims, not run results. All three claim comparisons preserve the narrower supported mechanisms. SRC-1, crates/hyalo-core/src/link_fix.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/links.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/skill-hyalo-tidy.md, README.md.
Workflow, reconciliation and omission disposition
The workflow account traces an explicitly connected Jev-assisted branch, not an invented composition. Its two annotations preserve audit proposals, full-evidence review, mixed success/failure results, ordinary mutation recovery and reporting despite unresolved checks. Independent reads of the complete tidy/Jev instructions and helper entry, validator and provider support those handoffs. No successful execution or enforced all-green delivery barrier is inferred.
The two amendments in reconciliation have matching referents and identity evidence; they preserve rather than replace epistemic findings. All declared Part of: relations remain valid at their stated route or input-part scope. Shared substrates and intersecting routes are not duplicate identities. Memory's integration issues are disposed without erasing uncertainties. No unresolved cross-report conflict was found: transient index repair versus persisted maintenance, helper wiring versus prescribed review, and ordinary versus Jev-assisted index choices are compatible scopes, not competing facts.
Omission questions were selected from the tracked tree and actual dependencies: could packaged consumers change feedback/review semantics; could other generators establish automatic trace-to-guidance learning; and could link repair include another material check family?
- Packaged Pi extension and Jev references match their inspected counterparts byte-for-byte. The self-contained Jev bundle also contains SDK client implementation; external-provider exclusions must not be read as an access gap for that included client copy. I inspected its retry-policy resolution, request assembly, abort propagation and retry loop, which support the wrapper account rather than contradict it. This does not establish deployed SDK behavior or provider internals. SRC-1,
crates/hyalo-cli/templates/pi/extensions/hyalo.ts,pi-package/skills/hyalo-tidy/references/jev.md,plugins/hyalo/skills/hyalo-tidy/references/jev.md,crates/hyalo-cli/templates/jev/jev.mjs,crates/xtask/src/jev_assets.rs. - Selected OKF log and changelog-add producer/publication inspection confirms caller-supplied message transformations, not an automatic evaluation-fed guidance learner. These witnesses preserve the reports' refusal to infer autonomous learning from command names. They do not enumerate every later consumer. SRC-1,
crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/okf.rs,crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/changelog.rs. - Link handling invokes a separate anchor-repair path with source-byte and freshly read target-heading checks. The existing destination records remain supported but do not inventory this fragment-specific mechanism. This is a local omission, retained below, not a defeating case for the destination/intent distinction. SRC-1,
crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/links.rs,crates/hyalo-core/src/anchor_fix.rs.
Minimum additional implementation witnesses:
var TypeSafeClient = class { ---
crates/hyalo-cli/templates/jev/jev.mjslet new_content = prepend_log_entry(&old_content, &today, &entry_line); ---
crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/okf.rslet entry_lines = render_entry(message.trim(), wrap); insert_entry(&mut cl, unreleased_idx, canonical, &entry_lines); ---
crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/changelog.rsif current != *first.source_bytes { return Err("stale source bytes; rebuild anchor proposals".to_owned()); } ---
crates/hyalo-core/src/anchor_fix.rs
Further optional omission expansion stopped because these questions have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. The reports already withhold universal admission, rollback, trace-learning and semantic-correctness conclusions. Exhaustive inspection of every handler or evaluator would expand the inventory, not presently justify a broader verdict.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-navigation-generation, MEM-RTE-metadata-withdrawal, RT-RTE-config-install and the memory coverage table leave detailed OKF selection, other mutation handlers, lint-rule/deinit publication and specialized later log/changelog consumers incompletely characterized. The inspected MADR, set/remove, snapshot and configuration findings remain supported. Withhold a complete cross-command admission/recovery comparison and a system-wide verdict on every possible trace-fed update; command existence and a few producer witnesses do not settle those comparisons.
- EPI-RTE-link-guard and EPI-RTE-link-admission characterize destination repair but omit the separate shipped fragment-repair checks invoked by the same handler. SRC-1,
crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/links.rs,crates/hyalo-core/src/anchor_fix.rs: anchor publication checks captured source bytes and re-derives proposed fragments from current target headings, with deferral on conflicts. Withhold a complete inventory or cross-route comparison of link/anchor checking and recovery. The existing mechanical-destination findings and refusal to equate fuzzy matching with intended-referent truth remain valid.
