Reconciliation
Duplicate identities
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-vault-bodies is superseded by MEM-OBJ-body. Both identify persistent natural-language Markdown body text in the caller's vault, interpreted by humans/models after reading. Both distinguish that durable source from the selected Jev request copy, RT-OBJ-document-content. Their identity evidence is the disk-read and preparation passages retained in the records: SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/read.rs, npm/jev/src/prepare.ts. This connects the epistemic inventory, query/import overlay and body-decoding assessment to the memory report's durable body object; it does not replace their findings about unknown source warrant, omitted context or decoding degradation. Different labels and inspection paths do not establish different stored bodies.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-frontmatter-properties is superseded by MEM-OBJ-frontmatter. Both identify the symbolic YAML property map in vault Markdown and its parsed process representation, not prose body text or a distinct request-local value. The extraction passage in the memory record and property lookup in the epistemic record establish the shared referent: SRC-1, crates/hyalo-core/src/index.rs, crates/hyalo-mdlint/src/schema.rs. Affected findings are the epistemic inventory and schema, repair, mutation, retention and tidy assessments. Their distinctions between factual descriptive values and organizational policy remain; the memory record supplies storage and selection authority, not a replacement semantic judgment. Copied current values in RT-OBJ-manifest remain a different containing representation.
Containers, parts and intersecting routes
RT-OBJ-manifest, RT-OBJ-document-content and EPI-OBJ-category-rubrics are not duplicate identities. The first is the control envelope; the latter two isolate body evidence and interpreted classification guidance. Memory's manifest annotation distinguishes symbolic labels/hashes from natural-language descriptions, and the epistemic rubric record declares the interpreted part. Their consumers and force differ. The valid envelope remains alongside its parts; no split supersession is warranted. EPI-OBJ-classification-results is successor output, not the manifest, its rubric or its input text. Evidence is retained in these records under SRC-1, npm/jev/src/protocol.ts, npm/jev/src/decisions.ts.
RT-RTE-jev-suggestions remains a valid containing route. EPI-RTE-jev-evaluation, EPI-RTE-response-check, EPI-RTE-score-admission, EPI-RTE-folder-mapping and EPI-RTE-suggestion-review declare different consequential parts: semantic evaluation, protocol checking, output admission, local convention application and foreground review. None replaces the complete preparation-to-review path. The runtime's wired helper and the epistemic report's doctrine-only substantive review are not competing statuses for the same part. Their retained evidence distinguishes executable helper gates from prescribed agent review: SRC-1, npm/jev/src/protocol.ts, npm/jev/src/decisions.ts, npm/jev/src/provider.ts, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/jev/jev.md.
EPI-RTE-body-decoding is a part of RT-RTE-query-read, not its replacement. Its skipped-line placeholders bound content fidelity without contradicting the parent's selection and delivery account. MEM-RTE-snapshot-lifecycle intersects that read route and the journal portion of RT-RTE-property-write, but spans creation, reuse, refresh and withdrawal of derived access state rather than either complete invocation. This disposes the memory report's freshness refinement: read repair can remain in process while explicit creation or mutation reconciliation persists changes. Compatibility alone is not a freshness proof in either report. Evidence is retained under SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/read.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/prepared.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/create_index.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/journal.rs.
MEM-OBJ-index-entry and MEM-OBJ-bm25 share snapshot storage, not identity: extracted structural/metadata state and lexical postings have different selectors and reuse inputs. Neither is the source body, frontmatter or request copy. MEM-OBJ-managed-region is generated Markdown navigation, not configuration or installed guidance. MEM-RTE-navigation-generation therefore does not supersede RT-RTE-config-install. The records retain extraction, tokenization and managed-region evidence under SRC-1, crates/hyalo-core/src/index.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/managed_region.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/madr.rs.
MEM-RTE-metadata-withdrawal, RT-RTE-property-write and EPI-RTE-metadata-repair change the same stored metadata through different operations and proposal sources: removal, caller assignment and rule-generated repair. Shared prepared publication does not establish route identity or extend set-specific validation to removal. EPI-RTE-schema-check checks property maps; EPI-OBJ-schema-diagnostics is its result, and RT-RTE-pi-feedback delivers broader lint feedback after covered writes. These are not duplicates. Evidence remains route-local under SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/remove.rs, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/set.rs, crates/hyalo-mdlint/src/schema.rs, pi-package/extensions/hyalo.ts.
EPI-OBJ-link-fixes, EPI-RTE-link-guard and EPI-RTE-link-admission distinguish plans, mechanical checks and permission to publish link changes. They do not duplicate property assignment or the containing instructed maintenance workflow. Likewise MEM-BAP-metadata-selection, RT-BAP-tidy-guidance and RT-BAP-jev-categories have different consumers, channels and forces. No identity or supersession is asserted among them.
Convergence and integration dispositions
The workflow member declares no new records. Its annotations on RT-RTE-tidy-review and RT-RTE-jev-suggestions add progression, handoff, stopping and reporting details to those same referents rather than introducing duplicates. Its selected Jev branch's live reads and skipped index creation/removal do not contradict the optional snapshot paths elsewhere. All three specialist accounts preserve foreground review, helper no-write behavior, audit proposals and scoped repair authorization. Evidence for this convergence is retained in the linked records and workflow account: SRC-1, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/skill-hyalo-tidy.md, crates/hyalo-cli/templates/jev/jev.md.
Runtime, epistemic and workflow independently identify the local folder fallback after an independent provider failure. EPI-RTE-folder-mapping isolates that convention application within RT-RTE-jev-suggestions. The workflow requires separate consideration of such useful local output, not acceptance of a failed model answer. Their provider passages agree; no conflict follows from a nonzero overall result coexisting with usable decisions. Ordinary mutation's partial publication is separately retained in RT-RTE-property-write, not erased by the helper's no-write contract. SRC-1, npm/jev/src/provider.ts, crates/hyalo-cli/src/commands/apply.rs.
EPI-CLM-link-target identifies a source claim-versus-route limitation, not a disagreement with another analyst. Its unrelated-target countercase bounds fuzzy matching's semantic warrant; the runtime and workflow accounts assert no intended-referent guarantee. Similarly EPI-CLM-tooling-layer and EPI-CLM-jev-review add claim records absent from the other reports, not duplicate declarations. Structural checks, score gates and requested review retain separate licenses and evidence layers.
Memory's remaining integration issues concern uninspected handler/generator details, initial corpus provenance, optional report/result retention, host context semantics and provider internals. They do not negate the positive traced routes. The other reports retain compatible coverage limits; the boundary supplies implementation and doctrine/design, not observed-run or causal support. In particular, the whole-system functional boundary does not make each analyst's selected inspection exhaustive. No supplied correction answers or declined objections require disposition in this invocation. No cross-report disagreement is identified in the pinned findings; faithful uncertainty is retained rather than marked as conflict. No source files were read for this reconciliation.
