Verification

I checked the substantive statements in the public synthesis against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the reconciliation's identity dispositions. I also checked carriage of the supplied verification judgments into the limitations. The synthesis answers are empty and no synthesis refusal was supplied. No source reads, new evidence or corrected text were needed. The evidence remains SRC-1's implementation and doctrine/design at the frozen boundary, without observed execution or causal experiments.

The installation and restoration account preserves the consequential distinctions. RT-RTE-runtime-install, RT-BAP-project-runtime and RT-BAP-agent-guidance support compatible-runtime delegation, executable trust and static instruction installation without authenticating installed bytes or establishing experience-derived learning. RT-RTE-context-restore, MEM-OBJ-index and MEM-OBJ-daily support copied summaries, reverse-lexical daily selection, count rather than token bounds, and separate search/full-page access. The public account does not turn delivery into reliance. It distinguishes operator polling from project-knowledge delivery and retains the adapter-warning qualification recorded in memory integration issues.

The proposal, admission and finalization account is supported by RT-RTE-page-upsert, RT-RTE-daily-append, EPI-RTE-page-check and the workflow account. It separates requested reading and verification from enforced metadata/hash checks. Its stale-hash branch rejects before finalization writes, while later I/O failure can leave earlier effects. RT-RTE-session-save and RT-CLM-explicit-save support the stated local acknowledgement, retained grant after failure, alternate CLI path and absence of an exactly-once or vault-wide human-approval guarantee. These conditions remain intelligible without the supporting members.

Maintenance conclusions preserve the canonical migration route, MEM-RTE-summary-migration, and daily object rather than depending on superseded declarations. EPI-RTE-index-render, RT-OBJ-agent-protocol and EPI-RTE-health-report support reshaping, advisory deprecation and structural diagnosis. The statement about discoverability and consistency is explicitly confined to implemented functions, not measured improvement. No reconciliation conflict is omitted.

The scenario and learning assessments retain the strongest supported contribution: a prescribed session-to-retained-content-to-later-context chain with separately wired persistence and reload. EPI-RTE-session-distill does not establish semantic compliance, and the synthesis does not upgrade it. The four theory-builder requirements are separately identified as unestablished, not inferred absent from missing traces. Criticism-driven capacity improvement, reflective or autonomous theory-building operation, and self-improvement are not conflated with memory reuse. These bounded conclusions agree with the epistemic conclusion, EPI-ABS-semantic-check and RT-CMP-host-model. The proposed observations and interventions would address the named unknowns without treating a successful save as causal evidence.

The limitations carry the profile verification's local authority-unit granularity issue and its precise consequence: fine-grained counts and one-unit-per-consumer comparisons remain unsupported, without withdrawing the supported knowledge finding or partial coverage. Its underlying distinction is supported by RT-BAP-project-context, MEM-OBJ-local-state and MEM-RTE-health-report. The report verification declares no limits. Existing public qualifications also preserve provenance, rationale selection, runtime trust, partial-write, host and diagnostic-audit boundaries. These are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not additional defects. No substantive statement requires a stronger evidence layer or complete inventory than the records provide.
