Enoch synthesis verification

Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive statement against the supplied records, their annotations and the reconciliation's identity supersessions. No source files were read, no evidence was added and no target was executed. The supplied synthesis answers are empty; no previous synthesis refusal was supplied. The judgment is independent of deterministic acceptance and the earlier verifiers' conclusions.
Evidence, progression and retained context
The synthesis states SRC-1's frozen revision, applicability cutoff, enclosing application scope and implementation/doctrine evidence basis. It distinguishes whole-system functional inclusion from exhaustive inspection and explicitly withholds observed operation and causal benefit. Those distinctions match the boundary. Its opening contribution is the strongest supported trace-fed update: retained task briefs and reason-bearing proposals with later consumers, not demonstrated improved capacity.
The ordinary conversation account preserves host-owned dispatch, the six-action bound, real receipt feedback and interrupted-running-action uncertainty. It does not strengthen journal recovery into exactly-once external effects. See RT-RTE-chat-actions and RT-OBJ-conversation-journal.
The memory account correctly separates facts, private identity, access mappings and opaque native context. Final-text authorship is not confused with explicit/high labels or human approval. Lexical/schema admission is not factual acceptance; whole-store replacement remains an alternate capability rather than a demonstrated consumer route. Startup selection retains confidence/date ordering, the character budget, stop-on-overflow behavior, omitted provenance and the distinction between requested descriptive use and enforced priority. It also preserves two injection layers and adapter-specific recovery rather than claiming transcript continuity. See MEM-RTE-memory-admission, MEM-RTE-startup-context, MEM-OBJ-self, MEM-OBJ-native-context and EPI-RTE-memory-withdrawal.
Work, evidence and activation
The representative task workflow remains one shipped progression. Selected brief delivery is not full conversation sharing or independently checked summary fidelity. Workspace separation is not confinement. The synthesis preserves no-change completion, configured doctor scope, bounded same-session repair, final-validation rejection, mutable checks and stored-state publication resume. Required remote receipt checks are conditional on remote review being required. Capture, review delivery, task completion, notification, landing and activation remain distinct. These statements are supported by MEM-RTE-task-snapshot, RT-RTE-task-work, EPI-RTE-doctor-checks, the workflow account and WF-RTE-review-handoff.
The experience account preserves raw traces, selected inputs, model-authored observations, structural reference checks, retained proposal reasons and later consumers. The 5,000-event cap limits history completeness. Confidence-based ranking and a test plan are not benefit evidence or a performed test. The absence of an established accepted ampliative proposition is scoped to selected routes, not a global claim about Enoch or opaque model reasoning. See MEM-RTE-evidence-update, MEM-OBJ-task-events, EPI-RTE-evidence-scan and EPI-RTE-evidence-synthesis.
Curation's authority/reference gate is retained without implying candidate-specific resolution. Recommendation, explicit removal, status regression and actual repository reversion remain different consequences. Foreign-skill assessment is candidate admission, not installation; admin display remains separate. Lineage assessment's advisory status and the memory annotation's completed-task/landed-review adoption predicates coexist with narrower local inspection limits. The learning-artifact recorder's missing success predicate is not incorrectly attributed to the completed-task caller, and descendant guidance is not upgraded to a wired reader. The synthesis uses surviving identities after reconciliation. See EPI-RTE-candidate-curation, MEM-RTE-candidate-curation, EPI-RTE-regression-status, MEM-RTE-skill-assessment, EPI-RTE-lineage-assessment, the lineage annotation, MEM-OBJ-learning-artifact and EPI-RTE-learning-artifact.
Proposal approval, landing, checkout update and restart remain separate. The public account preserves clean/ancestry admission, fresh post-change doctor, attempted rollback and old-process behavior until restart; it does not imply that the already-current updater branch reruns doctor. It also preserves model-issued handler reuse, semantic approval as prompt policy, callback/native-effect bypasses and the admin alternate path. See RT-RTE-evolve-admission, RT-RTE-software-update, RT-CLM-merge-authorization, RT-BAP-capability-policy and RT-RTE-extension-loading.
Independent properties and publication limits
The synthesis separately assesses theory-builder conditions 1–4, learning through criticism, reflection, computational autonomy and self-improvement. It leads with positive trace-fed updates and a partial implemented feedback affordance. It does not infer criticism from diagnosis or ranking, a complete autonomous theory builder from automated branches, or exercised self-improvement from a dormant own-body pathway. Each unestablished condition is bounded to the selected accounts. These conclusions match RT-RTE-task-work, RT-RTE-evolve-admission, RT-BAP-software-revision and the epistemic bounded conclusion. External model fixity remains unresolved rather than inferred from missing parameter-update code.
The scenario assessment follows those mechanisms without a product ranking or transfer recommendation. Proposed resolving evidence separates a linked exercised pathway from an objective-relative causal comparison; it does not attribute component effects without independent variation.
I reassessed the three report-verification limits against their cited records. All remain warranted and each appears in the synthesis limitations with its citations, inspected scope, prevented conclusion and resolving evidence. Profile verification supplies no additional limit. Reconciliation supplies no unresolved conflict. No new record fault or materially misleading public claim was found. Other uncertainties are already faithfully scoped in the text and do not constitute additional defects.

Limits
- Completion-authority provenance remains incomplete: MEM-OBJ-completion-evidence, MEM-RTE-candidate-curation and EPI-RTE-candidate-curation establish consumer predicates over SRC-1 task/promotion journals, not independently verified deployment or candidate-specific resolution. Withhold comparisons about authoritative-body label reliability and proof that the cited change resolved the candidate. The gate and advisory recommendation remain supported; the synthesis limitations carry this consequence.
- Refresh, withdrawal and transfer coverage remains partial: MEM-RTE-task-snapshot, MEM-OBJ-lineage-inbox and RT-RTE-host-migration leave SRC-1 scheduled-context refresh, discovery/source-change invalidation and import/rollback incompletely traced. Withhold complete stale-context withdrawal and cross-host context-equivalence comparisons. Brief delivery, inspected adoption predicates and portable-file selection remain supported; the synthesis limitations carry this consequence.
- The epistemic inventory remains selective: the source-and-claim boundary leaves SRC-1 visual, identity-maintenance, conformance and remaining library-specific semantic operations incompletely assessed, while RT-RTE-extension-loading leaves installed callback behavior unknown. Withhold system-complete knowledge-production, acceptance, evaluator and enforcement comparisons, including global negatives. Inspected positive routes remain supported; the synthesis limitations carry this consequence.
