Verification
The five submitted members support a bounded, source-grounded account. No material blocker was found. The structural report-check says none; all four correction-answer inputs are empty. Neither supplies evidence of semantic correctness. I independently read the reports and reconciliation, assessed every declaration's referent, evidence layer, status and qualifications, and traced the consequential producer/check/consumer chains in SRC-1. The checkout HEAD equals the registered revision, and its working tree is clean. No target, test, example, provider or service was executed.
Runtime and workflow
Direct inspection of SRC-1 src/enoch/app/conversation.py and src/enoch/app/core.py confirms the bounded action loop, durable planned/running/done state, uncertain interrupted-action return, locked-conversation admission and reuse of ordinary handlers. RT-RTE-chat-actions, RT-OBJ-conversation-journal and RT-CLM-merge-authorization correctly distinguish receipts and executable admission from semantic human approval. The retained policy does not become an authenticated human decision merely because a handler records a human actor.
The new-change branch in SRC-1 src/enoch/app/task_workflow.py, the runner in src/enoch/app/core.py, and the repair and receipt predicates in src/enoch/app/validation_repair.py and src/enoch/app/review_publication.py support RT-RTE-task-work and WF-RTE-review-handoff. I checked no-change completion, bounded repair, permanent validation failure, changed-path capture, clean captured-copy verification, required remote receipts, publication resume, terminal state and notification. The reports preserve the early maintenance/existing-branch alternatives and stored-result completion branches. Thus their ordinary doctor gate does not misleadingly imply fresh validation on every completion. A captured revision, delivered review, landed review and running update remain distinct.
SRC-1 src/enoch/operations/updater.py supports clean/ancestry admission, fresh post-change doctor and attempted rollback in RT-RTE-software-update. Its already-current return is separate from post-change validation. Capability code in src/enoch/providers/authorization.py, epoch fencing in src/enoch/app/effects.py, and extension loading in src/enoch/extensions/registry.py support the limited guarantees in RT-BAP-capability-policy and RT-RTE-extension-loading: covered calls are mediated, not arbitrary Python or provider-native effects. The Codex and Claude components retain justified uncertainty about external weights and exact versions. Inspection of src/enoch/brain.py and libraries/claude/src/our_ark_claude/core.py confirms distinct adapter controls and recovery behavior, not equivalent confinement or transcript continuity.
Memory and epistemic routes
SRC-1 src/enoch/memory/store.py, src/enoch/memory/prompt.py, src/enoch/memory/config.py, src/enoch/memory/paths.py and src/enoch/agent_identity.py support the fact, metadata and identity distinctions. MEM-RTE-memory-admission, MEM-RTE-startup-context and EPI-RTE-memory-store accurately separate model authorship, explicit/high defaults, lexical/schema admission, clipping, normalized-text merge and later confidence/date/budget selection. Source references and confidence are not delivered in the fact display. The warning is requested descriptive use, not enforced model priority. EPI-RTE-memory-withdrawal describes store deletion, not system-wide erasure.
I followed startup and failed-resume consumers in SRC-1 src/enoch/brain.py, src/enoch/codex_sessions.py, the Claude adapter and the application. MEM-OBJ-codex-sessions is access metadata; MEM-OBJ-native-context remains opaque. Two injection layers, selective task briefs and direct activity-sync calls are supported. The sync helper discards its return and lacks application startup bookkeeping. MEM-RTE-task-snapshot and MEM-RTE-activity-sync do not claim faithful summaries or demonstrated later recall.
Direct tracing of SRC-1 src/enoch/logs.py, src/enoch/tasks/events.py, src/enoch/evolution/evidence.py, src/enoch/evolution/core.py and src/enoch/evolution/curation.py confirms raw traces → selected/redacted input → model signals → reference/schema admission → retained candidates → recommendation or approved task context. MEM-RTE-evidence-update, EPI-RTE-evidence-scan and EPI-RTE-evidence-synthesis preserve the difference between known references and factual support. The 5,000-event reader qualifies complete-history language. Signal confidence and the explicit bonus are ranking inputs, not calibrated warrant.
For MEM-RTE-candidate-curation, EPI-RTE-candidate-curation and EPI-RTE-candidate-removal, I checked latest-terminal selection, completion-authority classification, evidence-reference membership, resolution predicates, deterministic fallback, explicit removal and automatic source retirement. The reports correctly preserve an evidence-consuming resolution gate without elevating it to proof of candidate-specific resolution. Recommendations do not themselves remove candidates; removal does not roll back deployed code.
SRC-1 src/enoch/learn.py, src/enoch/lineage/assessment.py, src/enoch/lineage/lifecycle.py and application callers support published-skill candidate admission, advisory lineage applicability and stored adoption after a completed task and landed-review receipt. MEM-RTE-skill-assessment distinguishes admin display from chat assessment. The lineage annotation extends a supplied local unknown rather than contradicting it. SRC-1 src/enoch/automatic_learning.py and the completed-task caller confirm the function/caller distinction in EPI-RTE-learning-artifact: the recorder tests skill-path presence, while the application calls it after completed status. Neither proves successful skill acquisition. The indeterminate semantic classifications are appropriately separate from implemented structural transformations and acquisition.
Reconciliation and omission search
I checked all Part of: relations against their route endpoints. The declared task-input/publication and evolution subroutes are contained segments; startup supply, activity sync and cross-route status updates retain distinct identities. The four supersessions in reconciliation identify the same signals, curations, artifacts and skill-assessment progression. They do not replace epistemic findings with stronger memory statuses. The remaining containers and operative parts are valid alongside one another. All integration issues receive a disposition. The apparent lineage, artifact-success and activity-sync differences concern inspection or function boundaries, not incompatible findings; no unresolved source conflict was found.
Omission questions were selected from the frozen root tree, shipped caller searches and producer/consumer dependencies:
- Could another fact writer, installed identity API, adapter or sync caller invalidate ordinary admission or continuity? Scoped searches of SRC-1
src/andlibraries/, followed by the store, identity, adapter and application reads, confirm the reported alternate capabilities and recovery differences. The reports already avoid a universal admission or continuity guarantee. - Could proposal scheduling, source retirement or promotion bookkeeping turn advisory proposals into automatic deployment or semantically verified resolution? Scheduler, approval, retirement and completion-consumer reads preserve the reported separation. A further bounded read of SRC-1
src/enoch/evolution/events.pychecked promotion/adoption field admission; it does not establish external verification or deployed equivalence. The producer-side limit below remains. - Could shipped teaching, visual or conformance paths overturn the epistemic negative? Tree and scoped source searches covered
src/enoch/skills/,src/enoch/conformance/andlibraries/telegram-vision/; direct reading ofsrc/enoch/skills/teach/SKILL.mdgives descendant-inspection doctrine, not an independently established live consumer. Remaining visual and conformance paths are not fully traced. The epistemic report explicitly withholds a system-complete negative, so those alternatives do not contradict its selected positive routes. - Could migration preserve native transcript context despite the reported distinction? Direct portable-file selection and activation reads in SRC-1
src/enoch/migration.pysupport RT-RTE-host-migration and its memory annotation. Complete import and subsequent context equivalence remain unestablished.
Further optional expansion stopped because each selected challenge has a supported bounded disposition or the explicit local limit below. The remaining account does not assert exhaustive inventories, absence of uninspected mechanisms, successful operation, causal improvement or global theory-builder incapacity. Additional available files alone do not justify an exhaustive audit.

Limits
- Completion-authority provenance remains incomplete: MEM-OBJ-completion-evidence, MEM-RTE-candidate-curation and EPI-RTE-candidate-curation establish consumer-side predicates over task and promotion journals, not a complete independently verified promotion/deployment chain. Withhold comparisons about the reliability of authoritative-body labels or proof that a cited change resolved the candidate. The implemented reference/authority gate and advisory recommendation remain supported.
- Refresh, withdrawal and transfer coverage is partial: MEM-RTE-task-snapshot, MEM-OBJ-lineage-inbox and RT-RTE-host-migration do not fully trace scheduled-context refresh, lineage discovery/source-change invalidation or migration import/rollback. Withhold complete stale-context withdrawal and cross-host context-equivalence comparisons. Selected brief delivery, inspected lineage assessment/adoption predicates and portable-file selection remain supported.
- The epistemic route inventory is selective: the source-and-claim boundary leaves visual interpretation, broader identity maintenance, conformance and remaining library-specific semantic operations incompletely assessed; RT-RTE-extension-loading also leaves installed callback behavior unknown. Withhold system-complete knowledge-production, acceptance, evaluator and enforcement comparisons. The inspected memory, evidence, assessment, validation and disposition routes remain valid; this limit does not establish absent behavior in the unassessed paths.
