Reconciliation
Boundary and record identities
The four reports use the same frozen revision and the implementation and doctrine/design evidence registered in boundary. Their accounts concern operator-run scripts and document memory, not an autonomous agent runtime. Workflow selects the archive-to-terminal sequence without excluding the alternate paths from the system boundary. No supplied report establishes observed execution or causal benefit. This reconciliation uses the supplied members only; no target-source reads were needed. No analyst correction answers or refusals were supplied.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-docs-content is superseded by MEM-OBJ-docs-content. Both identify SQLite docs.content, produced by archive concatenation or RSS conversion and later read as full root text. Their cited loader and query passages establish the same referent, not two stores. The epistemic finding that actual assertions and truth values remain undetermined without corpus evidence is retained; identity does not grant source warrant or replace either report's findings.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-chunks-content is superseded by MEM-OBJ-chunks-content. Both identify retained chunks.content consumed by embedding requests. Memory also records its offsets and parent linkage; these describe the same positioned fragments rather than a separate text object. The affected epistemic inventory and split-text assessment retain the distinction between collection-level reconstruction and the semantic insufficiency of an isolated fragment. The embedding-input passage in the epistemic record and separator passage in the memory record support that identity without establishing observed chunking.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-docs-metadata is superseded by MEM-OBJ-docs-metadata. Both refer to the root provenance and bookkeeping fields in the same SQLite schema, with labels and links consumed by query output. Memory's wider field inventory does not identify a different metadata store. The epistemic record's RSS author/date fallback passages remain the evidence for synthesized provenance; the memory record's hash and fresh-ID findings remain limits on deduplication. Neither description makes these fields a verified trust level.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-chunks-embedding is superseded by MEM-OBJ-chunks-embedding. Both identify nullable retained chunks.embedding, derived from LMStudio outputs and later used by cosine SQL, not provider weights. The epistemic inventory and ledger retain their numerical-state classification. The memory record's direct JSON CASE-write qualification remains attached to the same object; this amendment does not decide actual database coercion or strengthen successful-storage claims.
The combined RT-OBJ-docs-chunks remains a valid container for those four parts. Its mixed text, symbolic fields and numerical values are explicitly distinguished, and memory's integration section identifies the parts as parts rather than replacement stores. No split supersession of the container is required. MEM-OBJ-archives is a pre-admission local file, and MEM-OBJ-geojson is a derived display file; neither is identical to the database container or to one another.
Route containment and independent convergence
MEM-RTE-canvas-display and MEM-RTE-atlas-export are different consumer parts of RT-RTE-display-export, not duplicate routes. Their selectors, storage destinations and later consumers differ. The runtime explicitly groups them as alternatives rather than one functioning chain. Its container therefore remains alongside both parts without supersession.
EPI-RTE-atlas-topics is the topic-model request part of that export container, not identical to the entire Atlas export route. EPI-RTE-source-reshaping and EPI-RTE-split-text likewise separate transformations inside RT-RTE-ingest-documents, rather than replace its acquisition, admission and persistence account. EPI-RTE-cosine-guards is the bounded arithmetic-check part of RT-RTE-compare-texts, not another full comparison route. These containments require no identity amendments.
EPI-RTE-chunk-tests concerns an authored evaluator, not ingestion itself. EPI-RTE-cluster-items concerns optional grouping and a private SSE helper, not the actively invoked PCA/display path. Both records distinguish implemented code from consequential production use. Neither has a duplicate declared route in another member. EPI-CLM-rag-quickstart is a narrower quickstart label, not identical to the broad purpose claim RT-CLM-pipeline-purpose.
Workflow declares no records of its own. Its ingestion annotation, embedding annotation and query annotation connect the runtime routes through operator commands and retained artifacts. Memory independently describes those same handoffs as write and read-back paths. Their shared findings are that human initiation is not per-item approval, failed batches can leave null rows, and terminal emission is delivery rather than answer acceptance. These are corroborating findings on existing records, not new identities.
RT-BAP-vector-ranking describes the downstream consumer of retained numerical values. It is not identical to the embedding object, embedding writer or query route. RT-BAP-operator-config describes a separate configuration authority path. RT-CMP-lmstudio and RT-CMP-openai are distinct externally resolved model components. No further cross-member record identities were found.
Integration dispositions and remaining limits
Memory's vector-storage issue is a qualification, not a disagreement with runtime wiring. MEM-OBJ-chunks-embedding identifies a declared F32 blob column but a JSON-stringified CASE write. RT-RTE-embed-chunks already limits output correspondence, dimensions and successful writes; it does not establish tested binary normalization. Epistemic's implemented retention function and workflow's non-null eligibility account do not establish that coercion succeeded. Actual representation remains unresolved, preventing a guaranteed interoperable storage pipeline, not source-level identification of the write and selection code.
The Atlas topic issue adds an opaque requested transformation, not an established contrary output. EPI-RTE-atlas-topics supplies the explicit topic-model configuration passage and says the parent's export summary needs qualification. MEM-RTE-atlas-export also records that request while withholding conclusions about learned topics and later local consumption. RT-RTE-display-export describes transforming/exporting existing content but does not explicitly deny topic modeling. Its summary cannot serve as evidence that no topics are requested; the epistemic part cannot serve as evidence that novel claims were produced. This is compatible incomplete detail rather than opposed findings about observed topic production. No supersession or settled defect follows.
Canvas database/representation/filename mismatches and ambiguous joined content remain aligned limits in RT-RTE-display-export, MEM-RTE-canvas-display and MEM-OBJ-geojson. Atlas initialization/schema obstacles are likewise shared; memory additionally retains colon-ID and decoder-shape qualifications. None of these reports establishes a connected current-schema export/display run. Workflow does not depend on either alternate route for its selected terminal-delivery account.
EPI-ABS-claim-acceptance concerns bounded local factual acceptance, not absence of all checks. It coexists with the authored tests, enforcing numerical guards and source-shape admission described elsewhere. Runtime's lack of an admission answer oracle and workflow's lack of reviewer acceptance do not contradict those narrower checks. The absence record explicitly excludes opaque provider internals and undocumented human review. It cannot support a universal claim that external content or services contain no accepted knowledge.
The runtime's afforded display/export status and epistemic's implemented projection function concern different units: connected alternative routes versus inspected numerical transformation code. Similarly, the implemented clustering helper in the epistemic ledger does not override its afforded route status or commented-out processor call. No stronger status is selected here.
No opposed cross-report findings or missing required declared parts were identified in these inputs. The unresolved facts are scoped uncertainties: preexisting vector provenance, provider/model identity, database coercion, actual canvas text, remote topic behavior and successful downstream operation. They prevent operational, freshness, factual-warrant and benefit conclusions as specified in the cited records; they do not become disagreements merely because the reports examine different functions. No supplied declined objection requires a two-position disposition.
