Verification

The reports support publication as a bounded account of a specification and its narrower legacy bridge. No material blocker was found. Two local inventory omissions remain below; neither licenses a stronger implementation or coverage claim.

Independent source tracing and record dispositions

I checked the frozen checkout's HEAD against the boundary, enumerated its tracked tree, and independently traced the executable entry-point chain. SRC-1, README.md, ROADMAP.md, prior-art/v0-glue/pyproject.toml, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/cli.py, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/config.py, both service units under prior-art/v0-glue/systemd/, and prior-art/README.md support the declared distinction between proposal, static integration and attributed operation. The shipped driver and maintenance/publication responsibilities remain inside the boundary. The source does not contradict its partial-loop classification. I did not execute target code or treat illustrative snippets as installed implementations.

I examined every declared record and its source anchor, evidence layer, status and applicable consumer/admission fields. I checked the accompanying quotations in source context for support, rather than treating their occurrence or the analysts' checks as verification. The supplied structural report says none; all four correction-answer inputs are empty. There are no structural findings or declined objections to route.

  • Runtime: Complete reads of the gateway, publisher and proxy confirm RT-RTE-client-query, RT-RTE-foundry-tools, RT-RTE-link-remember, RT-RTE-vault-publish and RT-RTE-model-proxy. Fixed dispatch launches external work; it does not supply a local autonomous controller. Ask does not forward its reported budget; search does not apply source selection; compile does not invoke publication; HTTP memory fallback omits project. Publication writes before unchecked external commands, skips only Synto draft paths, replaces governance metadata and does not reconcile deletions. Queue mode serializes its own requests without preemption; router mode bypasses that queue. wired describes these adapters, not successful backend effects. SRC-1, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/mcp_gateway.py, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/vault_sync.py, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/ollama_proxy.py.
  • Components and guidance: Configuration and proxy payload handling support the three model-role records, including RT-CMP-heavy-model, without establishing immutable model identity or parameter updates. The RAM queue object is not the SQLite jobs table. The complete compilation study supports the template object and RT-BAP-compile-guidance: rendered instructions and source text enter a user message in the illustrated call. The recommended instruction/source separation is not demonstrated there. SRC-1, prior-art/v0-glue/config.yaml, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/ollama_proxy.py, python_thoughts/05-heavy-llm-compilation.md.
  • Memory: Initial DDL, canonical specification, agent guidance and the v0.2 draft support the page, conversation, profile, feedback and state-metadata records, with their different storage forms and consumers. MEM-RTE-memory-lifecycle and MEM-RTE-conversation-promotion remain proposed admission routes, not the legacy direct Link adapter. Canonical Phase 2 fields are not present in the initial DDL. Profile visibility is explicitly open. The broader mixed state inventory is coarse but distinguishes raw content, symbolic metadata, readable conflict descriptions and hash-only audit entries; it does not establish a complete downstream consumer inventory. SRC-1, schema/001-init.sql, SPECIFICATION.md, AGENTS.md, MNEMOSYNE_SPEC_v0.2.md.
  • Memory consumers: Direct planner/writer inspection confirms retained feedback's intended rewrite consumer and the local schema/scope defects in MEM-RTE-feedback-recompile. Complete graph-study inspection confirms the unrestricted positive-depth BFS, absent PageNode content field, incompatible link columns, and narrower actual assembler input in MEM-RTE-graph-context. Complete pack-study inspection confirms published-stage selection, possible index entries without copied files, filename collisions and missing cleanup in MEM-RTE-pack-export. Its documented file-aware consumer justifies afforded, not observed consumption. The associated graph/pack objects and knowledge/feedback authority paths preserve those distinctions. SRC-1, rust_thoughts/04-file-watcher-incremental-compile.md, rust_thoughts/05-graph-traversal.md, rust_thoughts/06-pack-export-cli.md.
  • Epistemic functions: The article and audit-result objects, generation, audit, disposition, integration and normalization subroutes agree with the complete compilation study. EPI-RTE-article-audit does not conflate schema validity or consistency with factual truth. EPI-RTE-article-disposition separates threshold/human admission from checking and from demonstrated acceptance of particular propositions. Conditional post-approval integration is doctrine, not an observed acceptance event. EPI-RTE-markdown-normalization correctly identifies loss of explicit URLs through the displayed regex. Its indeterminate semantic assessment is supported. SRC-1, python_thoughts/05-heavy-llm-compilation.md, ARCHITECTURE.md.
  • Other epistemic records: EPI-RTE-maturity-mapping follows actual branch ordering: numeric confidence takes precedence over contradicted status. EPI-RTE-audit-dispatch has no local result-consuming publication gate. The profile, claim-governance and proof-export records retain their different future functions: relevance is not endorsement, a verdict schema is not an executed evidence-consuming decision, and byte integrity is not factual warrant. All three epistemic claim records and both runtime guarantee claims retain the design/implementation contrast. SRC-1, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/vault_sync.py, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/mcp_gateway.py, MNEMOSYNE_SPEC_v0.2.md, SPECIFICATION.md.
  • Workflow: The workflow account is source-connected rather than assembled from unrelated tools. The guide and compilation study support its request, JSON-file handoffs, validation retries, audit failures, configured approval, finalization/publication distinction and later query. Its uncertainty about complete retry ownership is compatible with the selected watcher rules; malformed-output retries are not audit-round stopping rules. SRC-1, GETTING_STARTED.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, python_thoughts/05-heavy-llm-compilation.md.

The independent learning, reflection, autonomy and theory-condition assessments in RT-RTE-design-lifecycle remain appropriately bounded. The sources establish proposed article criticism and retained feedback, not a concrete theory's blamed premise, exercised machinery self-change or improved future capacity. Missing traces do not negate inspectable adapter capacity, and no such negative is emitted.

I checked every explicit Part of: relation against the parent's scope. Generation, audit, disposition, integration, normalization and feedback are functions within the design lifecycle; article/audit artifacts are its material outputs. Unified pages and maturity mapping belong to legacy publication; audit dispatch belongs to the foundry-tool container. Cross-kind containment does not identify an artifact with its producing route.

The three amendments in reconciliation identify genuinely shared referents: unified pages, user_profiles, and conversation/profile promotion. They preserve both declarations and all findings. The other proposed connections retain valid containers and distinguish overlap from identity. No unresolved conflicting finding was found: workflow's intended budget trimming does not assert that the legacy gateway or graph snippet enforces it; partial watcher scheduling does not settle every retry trigger; human/configured automatic admission is not universal human approval. Reconciliation's dispositions therefore need no correction.

Omission questions were selected from the frozen tree and producer/consumer dependencies, not merely the reports' anchor lists:

  1. Could another shipped caller complete approval, persistence or later consumption? I traced the package entry point, services, all gateway handlers and publication/proxy paths, then inspected the alternative API study's query/remember/compile wrappers. Those study wrappers delegate to proposed queue methods; they do not establish an additional installed approval engine. The scoped implementation conclusions survive. SRC-1, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/cli.py, prior-art/v0-glue/jarvis_kb/mcp_gateway.py, rust_thoughts/03-axum-mcp-rest.md.
  2. Could downstream selection or retention defeat the claimed memory effects? Graph construction through final model input and pack selection through generated navigation confirm the reports' delivery limits. The guide also proposes retaining query synthesis, but the inspected export/CLI study only declares synthesis controls rather than establishing successful synthesis storage. A complete inventory of generated-answer retention is not licensed. SRC-1, rust_thoughts/05-graph-traversal.md, rust_thoughts/06-pack-export-cli.md, GETTING_STARTED.md.
  3. Do alternate context or evaluation sketches change a central negative? A scoped search and direct read of the LLM-client budget helper found a proposed message-dropping mechanism. Further writer inspection found a citation/link/length confidence heuristic. These expand the partial design inventory, but contradict no claim of absence: the reports expressly leave other studies unassessed. Their local consequences are retained in Limits. SRC-1, python_thoughts/04-llm-client-glue.md, rust_thoughts/04-file-watcher-incremental-compile.md.

Further omission expansion stopped because these selected challenges have dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. The accepted breadth is a partial design account plus the inspected legacy bridge, not an exhaustive catalogue of study proposals or external backend semantics. More study artifacts do not by themselves justify extending that breadth. No observed operation, quality benefit, complete context-control comparison or system-complete negative follows from this verification.

Limits

  • The context inventory in MEM-RTE-graph-context and memory Read-back does not cover the separate satellite budget helper in SRC-1, python_thoughts/04-llm-client-glue.md. That illustrative helper counts message content and, on its over-budget branch, drops oldest non-system messages while preserving system messages and at least two non-system messages. This is another proposed working-context control, not evidence of a deployed or universally successful budget bound. Its retention floor and tokenizer approximation prevent inferring guaranteed fitting; caller wiring and reload are not established. The graph/template/legacy distinctions remain valid, but readers should withhold a complete comparison of proposed context-removal mechanisms.

while total > max_tokens and len(user_msgs) > 2: # Drop oldest non-system message dropped = user_msgs.pop(0) --- python_thoughts/04-llm-client-glue.md

  • The partial evaluation/admission inventory around MEM-RTE-feedback-recompile, EPI-RTE-article-disposition and the workflow recovery account does not separately assess the watcher study's ArticleWriter confidence heuristic. SRC-1, rust_thoughts/04-file-watcher-incremental-compile.md computes confidence from citation-marker count, wikilink count and text length, and its pipeline diagram allows confidence-threshold auto-approval. These are design snippets, not an installed alternative gate or factual evaluator. They do not invalidate the assessed audit-score route, but consumers should not treat that route as the complete inventory of proposed confidence/admission criteria or infer that every study's confidence comes from model review.
