Verification
The supplied reports support a bounded code-grounded account. The runtime correction resolves the previous foreground/background branch-advertising defect; no material blocker remains.
Scope and method
I read the complete supplied members, their types, the record contract, correction answers, structural report and previous verification. I assessed every declared record's referent, source anchors and retained support, evidence layer, conclusion status, consumer and qualifications. I also checked annotations, the four explicit Part of: relations, all five supersessions, overlapping declarations and the reconciliation's disagreement dispositions. The structural report says none, so there is no structural failure to route. Deterministic citation resolution and quotation occurrence are code checks, not semantic evidence of the claims.
The checkout's HEAD matches the revision in the boundary's Source register. A fresh top-level tracked-tree inspection is consistent with its repository inventory. Independent source reads and searches named below concern SRC-1 at that revision and supply implementation evidence only. No target code, tests, examples, provider calls or services were executed. No supplied run or experiment establishes successful operation or causal benefit. The enclosing-runtime classification remains supported: shipped workspace, cron and ACP callers own dispatch and state consumption rather than merely exposing a memory library to an excluded host.
Runtime, persistence and action authority
I traced lifecycle ordering in SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/runtime/runtime.py, normal session hooks in src/qwenpaw/hooks/session/session_hook.py, and construction/restoration anchors in src/qwenpaw/runtime/builder.py. These support RT-RTE-native-turn and RT-OBJ-session-state. Commands and hooks can bypass inference; normal save runs after execution; ephemeral requests skip normal session hooks; failures are tolerated. The cancellation snapshot is a different best-effort path and omits the normal hook's explicit mode-state addition. The report does not promise atomic response-and-save delivery or crash recovery. The request route's completion is not an answer-quality verdict.
The native and harness inference records distinguish external parameters from symbolic configuration. The embedding and reranker records likewise preserve separate roles, configurable endpoints and unestablished immutable weight identities. Their passages support component integration, not in-operation training, fixed weights or improved capacity. I found no reason to promote their evidence statuses.
SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/governance/resource_governor.py, confirms that an unusable sandbox converts SANDBOX_FALLBACK to ALLOW with an unsandboxed reason. That executable branch supports the counterexample in RT-RTE-tool-governance, notwithstanding the ASK wording in its docstring. The report correctly limits the guarantee to wrapped policy checks and external enforcement contracts. Searches of SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/harnesses/codex/adapter.py and src/qwenpaw/harnesses/qoder/adapter.py, support thread resumption, approval settings and bypass-mode qualifications in RT-RTE-harness-turn. Workspace dispatch in src/qwenpaw/app/workspace/workspace.py separates this lifecycle from native Runtime. Native guard guarantees do not transfer across that boundary.
The executable import and registration anchors in SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/plugins/loader.py, support RT-RTE-plugin-install and RT-BAP-plugin-backend. Their stated force is application execution, not namespace-based process confinement or complete rollback. Reads of SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/memory/agent_md_manager.py and src/qwenpaw/runtime/prompt_contributors.py, support RT-RTE-workspace-instruction, RT-OBJ-prompt-files and RT-BAP-workspace-prompt: admission checks paths; later selection strips frontmatter and can replace marked sections. File presence alone does not ensure inclusion. Neither route establishes generic human authorship or semantic approval. The assistant and security claim records remain attributed doctrine with appropriately restricted implementation support.
Memory and epistemic routes
I followed SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/middlewares.py, into src/qwenpaw/agents/memory/reme_light_memory_manager.py. Reply batching, compression snapshots, automation bypass, tagged-search exclusion and queued job calls support MEM-RTE-trace-extraction, EPI-RTE-auto-memory and EPI-RTE-search-exclusion. Command-handler searches support non-cadence admissions; cadence is not presented as the exclusive write path. Automatic retrieval uses an external-user turn and a cache; failure retry does not contradict the bounded per-turn selection account. Synthetic assistant thinking is not evidence of a foreground model's recall decision.
Direct rerank/cap reads in SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/memory/reme_light_memory_manager.py, confirm length/permutation checks, reordering, slicing and answer reconstruction. They support EPI-RTE-rerank-check, EPI-RTE-rerank-selection and their separate search-content and ordering objects. The concrete permutation example is a valid code deduction, not an executed test. The license concerns ordering and delivery, not snippet truth. Reconstruction fidelity remains explicitly unresolved. MEM-RTE-memory-retrieval does not claim equivalent ReMe and ADBPG search universes.
SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/memory/adbpg_memory_manager.py, schedules user-text writes before marking message IDs and combines service results with capped local paragraph search. This supports MEM-RTE-adbpg-retention's weak acknowledgement finding, opaque server object and fallback distinction. A local search result cannot certify a remote write. ReMe daily/digest objects and the inbox object likewise separate declared retained products, display summaries and actual later consumption. Configuration anchors in src/qwenpaw/agents/memory/reme_config.py specify daily/digest indexing and external maintenance stages; they do not expose dependency semantics. Direct adapter reads confirm the dream null-response qualification and Daily Paper's different unavailable-response rejection. The memory statement about unsuccessful responses raising is compatible with the epistemic null-response finding. No factual acceptance follows from either completion label.
I traced durability-first pressure handling, bounded summary generation, local rejection/retry and expired-provenance withdrawal in SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/context/scroll/manager.py, plus the rebuilt single overflow retry in src/qwenpaw/agents/react_agent.py. They support MEM-RTE-scroll-retention and RT-RTE-context-recovery. The continuation summary and eviction index are distinct parts of the session container, not replacements for it. SQLite history has a separate recovery consumer. Endpoint/identifier validation licenses bounded structural checks, not proposition-by-proposition truth. Recall-tool selector and cursor anchors in src/qwenpaw/agents/context/scroll/recall_tool.py support MEM-RTE-history-recall, not indefinite recovery or live references.
The archive/replay record's retained passages and command-handler anchors distinguish physical archives, explicit replay and native summary restoration without promising full Scroll checkpoint replay. Direct request-transform reads in SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/context/visual_compression/runtime/middleware.py, support MEM-RTE-visual-context's request-local characterization, including recovery-store replacement and failure clearing. They do not establish semantic equivalence. The task-extraction, three-attempt and BYPASS assembly anchors in src/qwenpaw/agents/memory/proactive/proactive_responder.py support MEM-RTE-proactive-context as a separate saved-session consumer, not universal native-governor coverage. MEM-BAP-retained-context preserves these distinct advisory channels rather than claiming observed compliance.
SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/tools/web_search.py, supports EPI-RTE-web-acquisition's import of provider snippets or converted HTTP text. Cleanup anchors in src/qwenpaw/cli/clean_cmd.py support physical deletion rather than semantic refutation. The checkpoint handler in src/qwenpaw/runtime/commands/control/checkpoint_handler.py supports requested restore dispatch; additional reading of src/qwenpaw/checkpoints/restore.py confirms the include-memory branch without settling full restore atomicity or cache coherence. These routes and the attributed memory claims support the epistemic distinctions between retention, relevance, permission, restoration and warranted acceptance. No absence record or system-complete negative is emitted. The seeded-keyword test anchors in SRC-1, e2e/tests/test_memory.py, confirm the query also supplies the keyword, supporting MEM-CLM-memory-evaluator's confounding objection, not a measured recall result.
Workflow correction and reconciliation
Fresh reads of SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/agents/tools/agent_management.py, establish the corrected ordering in RT-RTE-fork-worker. Background submission binds a task and schedules a watchdog when applicable, then appends the branch marker and returns without awaiting finalization. Foreground collection instead awaits administrative finalization and conditions its branch marker on the Boolean result. The watchdog later finalizes completed tasks or marks failure/timeout. The runtime's route fields, change-admission discussion and dependent account now preserve this distinction. Its correction answer is supported, and the previous blocker is discharged rather than moved into a publication caveat.
SRC-1, src/qwenpaw/app/routers/fork.py, supports saved-parent-state inheritance rather than latest in-memory inheritance. Reads of src/qwenpaw/agents/fork_project.py confirm per-branch locking, registry/scope transitions and finalization failure handling. Together with its retained commit passages, this supports WF-RTE-fork-finalization as an administrative part of the delegated route. Neither a truthy collected payload nor finalization tests task quality; branch return, parent-project merge and original-user delivery remain separate. The workflow does not extend the foreground marker meaning to background submission.
All five amendments in reconciliation concern matching adapter operations or the same configured reranker and preserve both declarations' evidence and lens findings. The broader note/digest objects, narrower epistemic objects, retrieval subfunctions and overlapping context routes have different scopes; retaining them without exact-identity supersession is justified. The two session-object part relations, web-acquisition part relation and finalization part relation have substantively supported containment. The reconciliation's updated disagreement disposition matches the source correction. No unresolved conflict remains that needs an anchored conflict paragraph or a correction to reconciliation. Its integration dispositions retain dependency, acknowledgement and authority qualifications rather than selecting stronger-looking statuses.
Consequential omission search and stopping decision
I selected omission questions from the frozen tracked tree, alternate shipped callers and producer/consumer dependencies: whether native-only save and governance conclusions were silently extended to harness, scheduled or proactive work; whether extraction had alternative admissions; whether archival state and later supplied context were being equated; whether background branch return certified finalization; and whether restore or auxiliary state invalidated the bounded retention account. Workspace/cron/ACP, middleware/command, proactive, adapter, Scroll and fork inspections supplied dispositions for those questions. The branch question is now correctly answered in the declaring report.
A guessed checkpoint-engine filename did not exist; that search returned an error and supplies no negative evidence. I located the actual checkpoint service/restore modules instead. A bounded auxiliary-store search located load/save state in SRC-1, packages/qwenpawmail-mcp/src/qwenpawmail_mcp/thread_store.py; it did not establish a complete mail read-back account. These available alternatives are already explicitly unresolved, not represented as absent stores or excluded hosts.
Further omission expansion stopped because no identified alternative challenges the emitted bounded conclusions without first broadening them. Positive orchestration, extraction-dispatch, retrieval, context-control and administrative-workflow findings survive. Complete forgetting, all-caller isolation, cross-backend equivalence, exhaustive evaluator coverage, lossless compression and exercised improvement cannot be inferred, and the reports do not assert them. More source files alone do not justify an exhaustive audit. The existing source, dependency and execution uncertainties are faithfully scoped; they are not additional undisposed defects requiring publication limits.
