Reconciliation

Evidence boundary and status interpretation

The supplied reports share the frozen revision and Source register. This reconciliation uses their records and retained passages, without additional source reads. No correction-answer files or declined objections were supplied. The previous reconciliation is not evidence for the current findings.

The epistemic ledger's implemented architectural status and the route declarations' wired implementation status describe inspected capacity in different vocabularies. Neither replaces their uninspected operation status. None of the reports supplies observed-run or causal evidence. Positive wiring, unresolved dependency semantics and unobserved benefit can coexist without disagreement.

Duplicate supersessions

These amendments establish shared identity, not replacement field values. Both declarations remain available with their respective evidence and analytical fields.

Amendment: EPI-CMP-reranker-api is superseded by MEM-CMP-reranker-model. Both identify the optional ReMe reranker configured through RerankerConfig. The epistemic payload passage specifies model, query and documents; the memory invocation passage identifies the same adapter operation. This connects the epistemic relevance assessment to the memory component's configuration and fixity limits, not to a second inference model. Neither establishes immutable weights, parameter updates or measured relevance benefit.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-auto-memory is superseded by MEM-RTE-trace-extraction. Both trace selected conversation batches through the serial summary worker to ReMe auto_memory; both retain the same job-call passage. The memory report additionally describes /new and /compact admissions and later retrieval. The epistemic record supplies the indeterminate semantic relation and distinguishes worker completion from factual acceptance. Those findings concern the same extraction route, not competing pipelines. The amendment neither upgrades external extraction semantics nor removes its downstream consumer.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-dream-dispatch is superseded by MEM-RTE-dream-maintenance. Both identify command/cron dispatch of auto_dream, configured external note-maintenance steps and result reporting. Their call/response and job-description passages concern the same job. The epistemic null-response qualification remains: a command completion message need not establish that the backend ran. The memory finding that an unsuccessful response raises is compatible with that qualification, because a null response is not an unsuccessful response object. Neither establishes inspected semantic integration or acceptance of changed facts.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-paper-dispatch is superseded by MEM-RTE-paper-maintenance. Both identify Daily Paper dispatch, collect/rank/select/analyze/digest configuration and optional inbox reporting. The memory record traces configured digest indexing; the epistemic record traces unavailable/unsuccessful-response rejection and notification truncation. These are different inspected edges of the same job. Configured later indexing and uninspected actual artifact consumption are compatible; neither record establishes faithful paper analysis, factual acceptance or successful use.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-memory-file is superseded by MEM-RTE-memory-edit. Both identify workspace memory PUT through _memory_path_for_read_write to Markdown replacement, supported by matching write passages. The epistemic account assesses caller text as imported content with unknown warrant; the memory account adds path containment and later selection. Its deeper path inspection does not contradict the epistemic member's narrower audit. Neither establishes generic caller identity, per-content human approval or semantic validation.

Containment and overlap without supersession

Session state and its parts. RT-OBJ-session-state is the serialized-agent container. MEM-OBJ-continuation-summary and MEM-OBJ-eviction-index are explicitly declared parts with different producers, checks and invalidation rules. Their separation does not invalidate the parent, so no split supersession is warranted. MEM-OBJ-history is instead durable SQLite history queried for recovery, not the live-window checkpoint. The memory annotation adds checkpoint lineage without replacing the runtime object's identity.

Daily-note outputs. EPI-OBJ-daily-notes identifies the daily-note output of auto_memory; MEM-OBJ-daily-note covers daily and topic-named session notes. Their shared daily-note contract establishes overlap, not exact identity of the declared scopes. The narrower daily output does not supersede the broader note class or the separate session-state container.

Digest outputs and notification payloads. MEM-OBJ-digest groups dream and Daily Paper material. EPI-OBJ-dream-units isolates dream units, interests and catalog; EPI-OBJ-paper-brief isolates resource-fed readings/brief and reported identifiers, including inbox reporting. Neither is identical to the broader memory object. Their separation does not establish that the broader object's findings are wrong, and neither alone exhausts its referent. MEM-OBJ-inbox-event identifies a bounded display result, not the full changed artifact or its source evidence. The notification truncation passage reinforces that distinction. No supersession among these objects follows.

Retrieval and relevance subfunctions. MEM-RTE-memory-retrieval covers both ReMe and ADBPG; EPI-RTE-memory-search traces the ReMe explicit/automatic branch. Shared middleware and query-injection evidence establish overlap, but backend scope rules out exact identity. EPI-RTE-rerank-check produces relevance ordering and checks permutation structure; EPI-RTE-rerank-selection consumes that ordering and caps delivered results. Their separate check and disposition functions are not duplicate retrieval routes. EPI-OBJ-rerank-order is transient selection metadata; EPI-OBJ-search-results is returned content, not the stored notes, MEM-OBJ-adbpg-memory, or restored agent state. Permutation and slicing passages support selection, not factual validation or refutation of omitted snippets.

Extraction-input filtering. EPI-RTE-search-exclusion isolates tagged synthetic-block removal before the extraction branch of MEM-RTE-trace-extraction. Both retain the exclusion passage. This is a subfunction, not a duplicate whole route; its metadata criterion neither checks truth nor prevents every possible circular import.

Context controls. MEM-RTE-scroll-retention and RT-RTE-context-recovery overlap in compression. The memory route additionally traces candidate admission, stale-summary withdrawal and checkpoint consumers; the runtime route includes the distinct provider-overflow retry with rebuilt input. Neither scope equals the other. MEM-RTE-history-recall reintroduces selected archived rows. MEM-RTE-archive-replay concerns alternative JSONL/tool artifacts and explicit replay. MEM-RTE-visual-context concerns turn-local request projection and recovery. A shared context-pressure purpose does not make these routes identical or establish semantic losslessness.

Instruction admission and retained evidence. RT-RTE-workspace-instruction writes working instruction files, not the daily/digest memory files of the superseded memory-edit pair. RT-OBJ-prompt-files and RT-BAP-workspace-prompt establish selected bodies entering actual system-prompt composition. MEM-BAP-retained-context instead concerns retrieval, restored context, Scroll user-role background state and proactive prompts. Different channels rule out identity. In particular, the Scroll user-message construction remains user-role delivery despite the system-info envelope. Root MEMORY.md, daily/digest indexing and configured prompt-file selection remain different consumer scopes.

Other consumers and recovery operations. MEM-RTE-proactive-context consumes cleaned saved-session text through a separately assembled agent. It is neither normal session restoration nor RT-RTE-fork-worker. The inspected proactive caller does not establish downstream use of ReMe interests; the dream records' uncertainty about interests consumers remains unresolved, not contradicted by a hypothetical use. EPI-RTE-checkpoint-restore dispatches caller-selected prior-state restoration, while EPI-RTE-clean-workspace deletes working-directory artifacts. Neither duplicates provider overflow recovery, conversational clearing or semantic withdrawal. Their engine, cache-coherence and external-recovery limits stay local.

Workflow subroute. WF-RTE-fork-finalization is explicitly part of RT-RTE-fork-worker, not another whole worker-dispatch identity. Lock, registry/scope and commit checks govern administrative finalization, not product correctness. The workflow's saved-file inheritance finding fills runtime's uninspected snapshot detail: inherited state may be stale or empty. It does not contradict the runtime's bounded statement that the child receives forked session context.

Disagreement disposition

The branch-advertising disagreement retained in the previous reconciliation is no longer present in these supplied records. RT-RTE-fork-worker now explicitly separates foreground advertising after successful administrative finalization from background advertising at submission. Its foreground conditional-marker passage, background submission_text passage and later-finalization passage support that distinction. The workflow account and its annotation on the runtime record make the same separation; WF-RTE-fork-finalization remains the narrower administrative subroute.

The current runtime also states that a background marker bypasses none of the finalizer's checks when later finalization is invoked. That is compatible with the workflow's lock, scope and registry account: early advertising and later administrative checking are different events. No current finding depends on a route-wide marker certificate that the runtime no longer supplies. Foreground response truthiness, administrative finalization, branch advertising, project integration and original-user delivery remain separate milestones. Neither report establishes task quality, completed merge or mandatory human content approval. No unresolved cross-report disagreement remains on this issue; this disposition does not judge report adequacy or infer a successful run.

Integration dispositions and independent convergence

The memory member reports no correction to supplied runtime facts. Its detailed extraction, selectors, summary checks and alternative consumers fill explicitly unresolved runtime areas. MEM-RTE-adbpg-retention marks IDs after scheduling and catches remote add errors; its “Persisted” text is not a confirmed storage receipt. This is a separate remote route, not evidence against local session save. Successful local fallback search likewise does not witness remote retention. RT-RTE-harness-turn remains a separate lifecycle with externally owned thread/context semantics, not an extension of native hooks.

The reports independently retain consumer-specific authority limits. RT-RTE-tool-governance checks action permission with OFF, sandbox-fallback and external-enforcement qualifications; it does not accept answer truth. The proactive agent's bypass permission context supplies another alternate consumer, not a contradiction of already restricted native-wrapper coverage. RT-RTE-plugin-install and RT-BAP-plugin-backend admit executable application changes before individual native tool checks, not model training or validated improvement. These distinctions are compatible with the epistemic ledger's separate checking, disposition and behavior-change functions.

Claim identities are distinct: RT-CLM-assistant-work concerns the broad assistant; RT-CLM-security-built concerns protection; EPI-CLM-never-forgets concerns layered retention and self-evolving memory; EPI-CLM-preserve-valid is semantic maintenance guidance; MEM-CLM-memory-evaluator is an encoded test expectation. None supersedes another. The unexecuted seeded-keyword test also includes the keyword in the query, so its intended check is not independent evidence of recall. Cleanup and bounded selectors qualify unconditional preservation without negating implemented retention routes.

Both specialists distinguish implemented adapter dispatch from external ReMe transformations. Job descriptions of dream integration and paper analysis do not establish evidence-consuming factual acceptance or post-acceptance lifecycle integration. The epistemic indeterminate semantic relations do not negate memory's positive write/read-back wiring. Its lack of an evidenced accepted ampliative claim is explicitly bounded, not a system-complete architectural absence. The null-response dream qualification and Daily Paper's explicit unavailable-response rejection retain different operational predicates despite their shared backend.

The memory coverage inventory preserves unresolved visual pipeline, Python recall, eviction-tier, governance-reuse, mail-thread, backup and plugin-owned-store details. The epistemic inventory likewise leaves domain-tool and alternative evaluator coverage incomplete. Available but uninspected source and unavailable dependency/run evidence are different limits, not conflicts. They prevent exhaustive forgetting, isolation, evaluator, losslessness and exercised-improvement conclusions without erasing supported behavior-shaping pathways. Summary checks, source pointers, relevance scores and administrative completion keep their separate domains; none supplies a universal answer oracle or demonstrated learning benefit.
