Verification
The corrected reports support a bounded source-level account. The runtime correction resolves the previous false Darwin exclusion without weakening the supported operator, compatibility or chain-governance findings. No publication blocker remains; the incomplete inventories and efficacy limits below remain consequential.
I read the complete supplied members, types, correction answers, structural check, previous verification and record contract. The answers were arguments to test, not acceptance evidence. Report-check contains none; there is no structural failure to route. Independent Git inspection confirms SRC-1 at the revision in boundary's Source register, with no working-tree changes reported. Source inspection remained inside that checkout. No target, test, example, model provider or benchmark was executed. Implementation, doctrine and attributed research reporting remain distinct from observed operation and causal evidence.
Correction disposition: installation and recovery
I independently traced RT-RTE-machinery-change through SRC-1 web/update_handler.go, web/update_darwin.go, web/update_helper_darwin.go and cmd/sage-update-helper/main.go. The support predicate includes Darwin; the disabled message does not control the reachable Darwin installer. That installer requires a .app location, mounts the DMG, verifies the app and helper identities, checks selected and staged release versions, and invokes the shared preparation callback before mutation. It verifies the current app before retaining it as recovery state. The executable call and staged-activation passages retained by the corrected record support its implementation finding.
The activation function preserves a fresh old-bundle copy and pending version identities, swaps the new bundle into the launch path, and verifies that path. Verification failure invokes prior-bundle restoration; restoration and cleanup errors remain possible. A separately copied helper is signature-checked and launched detached. Its actual loop watches the startup marker and old process, waits up to the 30-second grace period after process exit, then requests rollback and relaunch only if rollback succeeds. A marker stops that recovery. These are conditional mechanisms, not observed recovery or a guarantee of later application health.
The corrected record, runtime coverage and forcing case now distinguish this app lane from standalone prepared-state/operator recovery. They also keep installation separate from governed activation of compiled chain rules. No dependent runtime passage still excludes Darwin or promises unrestricted post-startup downgrade. Memory and epistemic references do not assert the old exclusion. Reconciliation accurately carries the correction. The runtime answer is therefore supported and the previous blocker is discharged.
Admission, evidence and retained decisions
Independent reads of SRC-1 internal/voter/decision.go, internal/voter/gate.go, internal/store/sqlite_gate.go and web/write_gate.go support the separation in RT-RTE-memory-admission, EPI-RTE-baseline-check, EPI-RTE-lasting-check, EPI-RTE-support-check and EPI-RTE-semantic-disposition. Baseline predicates test suitability, not factual truth; failed dedup lookup does not reject. Lastingness and evidence support have distinct targets and combination rules. Evidence-bearing support requires configured support judges and available evidence; explicit expiry holds instead of silently taking the evidence-free branch. Combined pass requires both checks to pass. Gate.Apply gives the result consequential local-vote force, not universal consensus authority.
MEM-OBJ-gate-material, EPI-OBJ-memory-evidence, EPI-OBJ-semantic-verdict and EPI-RTE-evidence-retention preserve different producers, keys and retention. Their retained SQL passages support attachment binding and temporary evidence, rather than permanent replicated proof. A terminal memory can outlive its support text.
The distinct MEM-OBJ-review-decision remains a supported repair. The dashboard rechecks readable non-internal content, evidence availability or explicit expiry, and applicable projection validity. The setter requires proposed status and current-version abstention; it accepts only accept/reject and refuses replacement. The later lookup selects the decision enum by memory ID. Gate.Apply reads it before model verdicts but after fresh baseline and scope checks. The optional stored note is not consumed by that voter path. Persistence across judge versions is therefore different from model-verdict versioning, and local human resolution is different from direct commitment. The epistemic report's unavailable actual human rationale does not deny an optional note field. Reconciliation preserves that distinction.
Retained ABCI evidence and independent inspection of SRC-1 internal/abci/app.go distinguish proposed intake, weighted/scoped voting and durable commitment. The explicit committed co-commit path supports RT-RTE-co-commit's alternate admission rather than a universal semantic-gate claim. Commit flush and durable-state failure paths halt rather than report success after known failure. These are source-level, version-conditional controls, not proof of every crash state or a deployed independent quorum. The epistemic conclusion of optional evidence-consuming acceptance is supported within its stated criterion and node/domain scope; neither universal truth certification nor a system-wide absence of acceptance follows.
All-record and annotation dispositions
I assessed every declaration, retained source anchor and evidence layer, including records later superseded, for whether its passage supports its wording and actual consumer. I checked the annotations for added lens findings rather than redefined identity. The following grouped dispositions retain the material qualifications; they are not claims of exhaustive source audit.
| Records | Disposition |
|---|---|
| RT-RTE-turn-cycle, RT-CLM-atomic-turn | Independent SRC-1 internal/mcp/tools.go tracing confirms recall, optional storage and inbox sequencing, independent error handling and the bounded first-use retry. A combined call is not an atomic cross-phase transaction or terminal memory acceptance. The source claim is retained as a claim, not adopted as a guarantee. |
| RT-RTE-targeted-recall, RT-BAP-retained-context | SRC-1 api/rest/memory_handler.go explicitly includes disputed-live records and serializes qualification; extension/chrome/background.js independently maps turn results without status/dispute fields. Supplied SQLite selection passages support hybrid ranking, vault restrictions and reranker fallback. Delivery and ranking do not establish endorsement, complete visibility or changed model behavior. |
| MEM-OBJ-memory-record, EPI-OBJ-memory-content, MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, MEM-OBJ-memory-relationships | Their content, envelope, index and relationship passages support distinct encodings and consumers. SRC-1 internal/abci/scoped_memory.go and internal/memory/model.go distinguish scoped content from off-chain co-commit supplementary content. Parent pointers and typed links do not establish accepted-claim integration; triple storage alone establishes no later model reader. |
| RT-RTE-hook-context, MEM-OBJ-capture-unit, MEM-OBJ-capture-progress, MEM-RTE-session-lifecycle | SRC-1 cmd/sage-gui/hook.go, cmd/sage-gui/hook_precompact.go and cmd/sage-gui/nevercompact_recall.go support recent truncated excerpts, consent-gated selected conversational text, exclusion of tool bodies, reconciliation and tagged committed-page reconstruction. Encoded text and progress are different retained parts. The separate SessionEnd passage supports fixed event recording, not learned advice. None establishes full transcript fidelity, prevention of host compaction or complete host-window visibility. |
| MEM-RTE-correction-cycle, EPI-RTE-correction-check, EPI-RTE-correction-replace | Their retained MCP passages distinguish replacement proposal, independent committed-status observation and subsequent old-record challenge. Lineage inheritance and conservative coexistence do not establish truth comparison, atomic replacement or guaranteed deprecation. |
| MEM-RTE-reflection-storage, EPI-RTE-reflect-format, RT-RTE-bridge-distillation | Direct SRC-1 internal/mcp/tools.go reads confirm caller-content formatting, assigned types/confidences and partial-failure reporting. SRC-1 integrations/levelup/sage_bridge.py connects bounded outcome fields and prior advice to a model-produced proposal. Requested novelty or criticism does not establish either occurred; the bridge's semantic relation remains indeterminate without actual input/output pairs. Independent theory-builder, learning, reflection and autonomy uncertainties remain supported. |
| MEM-RTE-lifecycle-change, EPI-RTE-lifecycle-disposition, EPI-RTE-corroborate-signal | Retained ABCI passages support identity-qualified endorsement, versioned challenge disposition and restricted reinstatement. Disputed-live recall is a downstream counterexample to challenge-equals-delete. Distinct signatures do not prove independent investigation or semantic adjudication. |
| MEM-OBJ-validator-stats, MEM-RTE-verdict-feedback | Independent SRC-1 internal/abci/app.go inspection connects successful first proposed-to-terminal transition, agreement-based credit and subsequent quorum weights. This is derived decision-shaping state, not only a raw log. Its reference is consensus agreement, not factual ground truth or measured useful learning. |
| MEM-RTE-import-material, MEM-RTE-sync-copy | Their import and sync passages distinguish authorized current import, historical serving insertion and locally submitted receiver-voted copies. SRC-1 web/import.go and internal/federation/sync_server.go searches independently locate those branches and pending-origin recovery. Copy admission is not co-commit, immediate semantic acceptance or universal remote erasure. |
| MEM-RTE-reembed-index | Direct SRC-1 web/embeddings_handler.go reads confirm manual initiation, automatic readiness checks and a shared worker. SRC-1 cmd/sage-gui/node.go wires provider readiness to automatic repair. The report explicitly scopes its route to the manual lane; its acknowledged automatic alternative remains an inventory limit, not a false human-only classification. |
| MEM-RTE-evaluation-readback, EPI-RTE-benchmark-check, EPI-OBJ-benchmark-answer | LoCoMo passages support ID-based retrieval scoring. Direct SRC-1 bench/longmemeval/run_with_llm.py reads connect seeded sessions, retrieved context, answer generation and gold-relative grading. Provider failure, missing gold or invalid labels can yield zero. Reporting does not become production admission, policy revision or isolated component evidence. |
RT-OBJ-boot-instructions, RT-RTE-boot-guidance and RT-BAP-client-guidance retain preference admission, mode-dependent delivery and textual trust boundaries. Their source passages support the initialized-branch append, not universal bootstrap parity or privileged host authority. Independent SRC-1 web/cleanup.go tracing supports RT-RTE-maintenance-cleanup: reconcile pending intent, recheck policy, inspect the exact current target, resolve current credential, persist signed bytes and await canonical outcome. Cleanup is not immediate erasure or evidence that retired content is false.
I checked all five inference-component declarations: RT-CMP-embedding-provider, RT-CMP-hunch-judge, RT-CMP-http-reranker, RT-CMP-summary-model and MEM-CMP-benchmark-models. Their retained provider, digest, reranker and model-configuration passages distinguish roles and path-dependent identity. Model/dimension stamps are not immutable weights; managed local judge metadata checks do not authenticate every endpoint. Inference is not an inspected training request, and uncaptured provider internals remain uninspected.
EPI-CLM-gate-purpose has scoped implementation support. EPI-CLM-reflect-fact correctly separates a source comment's proven-success language from formatter behavior. EPI-CLM-feedback-learning preserves attributed research rather than independently verified improvement: SRC-1 papers/README.md expressly excludes underlying pipeline and run records. The inspected benchmark is a different task and does not establish those statistics or a consensus-component effect. No evidenced-absence record is declared; unassessed behavior is not silently converted to absence.
Workflow and reconciliation
WF-RTE-local-exchange is supported as a coordination protocol, not a successful task transcript. Independent SRC-1 internal/mcp/tools.go, internal/store/message_inbox.go and internal/store/messages.go reads confirm exact inspection before claim, atomic session receipt and ownership change, and the supplied-session fence on new local completion. The completed local replay branch does not reapply that fence; omitting a session on the raw new-completion path also differs. Workflow preserves both exceptions rather than claiming an all-API invariant. Its send/handoff/result passages support idempotent sequencing, revision-fenced transfer and bounded sender retrieval. These checks do not prove worker death, reverse external effects, grade result quality or establish sender/user acceptance. Workflow annotations preserve the distinction between inbox opportunity, acceptance and external execution.
All four amendments in reconciliation have identity support: retained content; reflection formatting/storage; whole correction choreography; and downstream challenge/reinstatement. Superseded declarations retain their findings and IDs. The narrower correction-availability and benchmark-check functions do not replace their valid containers. I checked every explicit Part of: relation: ordinary admission contains gate material, statistics/feedback and baseline/evidence/lasting/support/disposition subroutes; hook context contains capture text and progress; gate material contains human review. Cross-kind containment is substantively supported. Evidence and model-verdict objects are distinct from review, not missing substitutes for it.
Reconciliation preserves independent convergence without upgrading evidence strength. The review repair resolves the former missing-part issue; the runtime correction resolves the platform objection. Its statement that no correction-answer files were supplied describes its own input context, not a contrary runtime finding. Memory's incomplete coordination inventory is refined by the local workflow witness, not made exhaustive. Numerical feedback can remain a valid memory witness without appearing in every selective epistemic row. No unresolved incompatible cross-report finding remains to route.
Omission search and stopping decision
I checked the frozen top-level tree against boundary coverage and selected alternatives by their ability to change central conclusions: whether judging exhausts admission, topic recall exhausts context delivery, retained feedback reaches a later decision, local completion enforces session ownership universally, and manual migration exhausts embedding repair. Co-commit, hook reconstruction, subsequent quorum weights, raw-reply exceptions and provider-ready repair provide supported dispositions. The bridge also exposes caller-facing enrichment helpers; these do not contradict the report's selected distillation witness or establish external caller use.
Platform recovery received deeper tracing because the previous emitted exclusion was false, not merely incomplete. The reachable signed-app installer, activation restoration and detached helper now have an independently supported disposition in the corrected record. No known contradictory passage remains.
Optional omission expansion stops here. Each selected question has a supported disposition, and no identified material challenge lacks one. Wider graph/task/journal consumers, recovery/removal variants, provider internals and retained benchmark artifacts remain incomplete, as scoped in Limits. Additional files alone do not justify a complete audit. The remaining positive witnesses and comparisons do not require universal coverage of those families.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-reembed-index establishes the manual migration lane, not a complete trigger inventory. SRC-1
web/embeddings_handler.goandcmd/sage-gui/node.goalso connect provider readiness and eligible out-of-space rows to shared automatic repair; the report acknowledges that alternative. Vector-regeneration and later-search findings hold. Withhold an all-re-embedding human-initiation requirement or a complete automatic-maintenance-trigger comparison from this inventory. - MEM-OBJ-memory-relationships, MEM-RTE-sync-copy, MEM-RTE-lifecycle-change, RT-RTE-machinery-change and WF-RTE-local-exchange leave wider graph/task/journal consumers, snapshot/recovery alternatives, federation removal and legacy transport parity incompletely traced. Scoped content, local-exchange, withdrawal and platform-specific update witnesses hold. Withhold exhaustive consumer inventories, universal durability/recovery, global erasure and all-client ownership guarantees. The repaired Darwin paths do not complete those wider inventories.
- RT-RTE-bridge-distillation, MEM-RTE-verdict-feedback, MEM-RTE-evaluation-readback, EPI-CLM-feedback-learning and RT-BAP-retained-context support proposal, numerical-feedback and later-input architectures, not independently verified useful learning or exercised self-improvement. Actual candidate/output lineage, deployed activation, model compliance, validated results and the disclosed study's unavailable run records prevent efficacy and causal component conclusions. Preserve attributed study reporting without treating it as inspected run evidence.
