Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-memory-content is superseded by MEM-OBJ-memory-record. Both identify retained memory content with type, parent lineage and lifecycle metadata, backed by canonical state and SQL serving records. The epistemic submission-body passage and memory's scoped-content and supplementary-content passages connect intake to persistence of that same record. Epistemic candidate references therefore connect to the memory inventory, without equating a hash-only co-commit envelope with readable content. Neither object is the separate boot preference or inference machinery.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-reflect-format is superseded by MEM-RTE-reflection-storage. The retained formatting passages identify the same operation: caller summary, dos and donts become prefixed observation/fact/observation submissions at 0.85/0.90/0.90. Both include downstream ordinary admission, partial storage and later eligibility. This joins the transformation assessment and memory account without upgrading fact typing to proof of success.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-correction-replace is superseded by MEM-RTE-correction-cycle. Both describe remember's coordinated replacement: read the original, inherit domain/classification and parent lineage, submit new content, independently observe commitment, then attempt the original's challenge. The epistemic parent/challenge passages and memory's ordering passage identify the same route. Their connected findings preserve possible coexistence, non-atomicity and absence of an independent truth comparison; neither guarantees terminal deprecation.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-lifecycle-disposition is superseded by MEM-RTE-lifecycle-change. Both identify ABCI challenge/reinstatement, with current authority, versioned electorate rules, challenged versus deprecated outcomes and restricted reinstatement. Their retained state-transition passages concern the same downstream reliance changes. Limits on historical branches, remote propagation and erasure remain intact.

Containers, parts and distinct mechanisms

The following overlaps do not establish further duplicate identities. Valid containers remain alongside material parts; no split supersession is required by their current findings.

• MEM-OBJ-gate-material contains submitted support, version-keyed model verdicts and human review. EPI-OBJ-memory-evidence, EPI-OBJ-semantic-verdict and MEM-OBJ-review-decision identify those distinct parts. Their producers, keys, retention and voter use differ. Review is not a model verdict or a substitute for the container. EPI-RTE-evidence-retention is attachment/pruning behavior over evidence, not another declaration of the evidence object.
• EPI-RTE-baseline-check, EPI-RTE-lasting-check, EPI-RTE-support-check and EPI-RTE-semantic-disposition distinguish checks and disposition within RT-RTE-memory-admission. They do not replace its full submit/vote/quorum/persistence progression. MEM-OBJ-validator-stats and MEM-RTE-verdict-feedback instead identify derived numerical state and its later quorum-weighting route within admission.
• EPI-RTE-correction-check isolates signed availability polling within MEM-RTE-correction-cycle. The valid cycle includes more than this check. MEM-RTE-lifecycle-change also serves independent callers, while RT-RTE-maintenance-cleanup selects and continues operator-authorized challenges. Sharing a challenge call identifies neither whole route with correction or cleanup.
• MEM-OBJ-capture-unit and MEM-OBJ-capture-progress separate retained conversational text from retry bookkeeping inside RT-RTE-hook-context. MEM-RTE-session-lifecycle instead has a SessionEnd trigger, fixed event text and separate domain. Capture encoding, caller reflection formatting and RT-RTE-bridge-distillation's model generation have different producers and products.
• MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes is retained search state, not RT-CMP-embedding-provider's inference machinery. MEM-RTE-reembed-index regenerates that state; RT-RTE-targeted-recall selects with it. MEM-OBJ-memory-relationships spans lineage, links and triples rather than duplicating content or retrieval.
• MEM-RTE-import-material, MEM-RTE-sync-copy and RT-RTE-co-commit have distinct producers and admission rules. Current imports and copies can enter ordinary admission; historical dashboard import can insert serving rows; co-commit bypasses the ordinary voter. Requested federated recall in RT-RTE-targeted-recall need not persist a local copy. Shared eventual storage or recall does not establish identity.
• EPI-RTE-benchmark-check isolates LongMemEval checking/reporting within MEM-RTE-evaluation-readback's broader seeding, retrieval, answer-input and evaluation chain, which also includes LoCoMo. The broader route remains valid. EPI-OBJ-benchmark-answer is the answer/reference/result object, not MEM-CMP-benchmark-models' provider-role container. Those roles are distinct from runtime service and bridge components; coinciding mutable model names do not establish component identity.
• RT-OBJ-boot-instructions, RT-RTE-boot-guidance and RT-BAP-client-guidance concern respectively retained preferences, their admission/delivery and the external model's guidance channel. RT-BAP-retained-context instead describes remembered content supplied for interpretation. Different kinds and consumers are not duplicate declarations.
• WF-RTE-local-exchange covers standalone send, inspection, claim, reply and sender retrieval. It is not contained in RT-RTE-turn-cycle, whose inbox phase can expose work, nor identical to RT-BAP-client-guidance's trust guidance. Messages completion is not memory-voter admission or acceptance of result quality.

Cross-report convergence and integration dispositions

RT-RTE-memory-admission, EPI-RTE-support-check and EPI-RTE-semantic-disposition connect optional evidence-relative assessment to a consequential node vote. MEM-OBJ-gate-material supplies its retained inputs/results. The reports do not disagree: implemented evidence-consuming support acceptance can coexist with unknown evidence truth, optional activation, baseline priority, operator resolution, later quorum and alternate admission. EPI-CLM-gate-purpose does not license universal semantic certification, and co-commit bypass does not negate the scoped support route.

The formerly missing review part is now declared by MEM-OBJ-review-decision. Its setter and Gate.Apply passages distinguish a human accept/reject decision with optional note from version-keyed model output. Later voting consumes the enum before the model verdict, after fresh baseline and scope checks; it does not consume the note. This is compatible with RT-RTE-memory-admission and EPI-RTE-semantic-disposition. The latter's unavailable human rationale does not assert that storage of an optional note is impossible. No actual review instance or rationale is supplied. The container remains valid, so the previous missing-part conflict does not persist.

RT-CLM-atomic-turn, RT-RTE-turn-cycle and RT-RTE-targeted-recall identify a source-claim versus implementation mismatch, not a disagreement between analysts. Memory and epistemic accounts agree that phase failures are independent, submit commitment differs from memory acceptance, disputed-but-live content remains eligible, and browser turn omits warnings preserved by MCP. The source claim is not superseded by a route: claim and implementation are different referents.

MEM-RTE-reflection-storage and EPI-RTE-reflect-format agree on caller-content packaging, while EPI-CLM-reflect-fact records the stronger source comment about proven success. RT-RTE-bridge-distillation requests model-produced advice from outcomes and prior knowledge. Calling its output a distilled proposal does not conflict with the epistemic ledger's indeterminate semantic relation: neither full input/output pairs nor actual criticism are supplied. Theory-builder conditions, learning, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement remain independent findings, not one bundled negative.

MEM-RTE-verdict-feedback closes a source-level vote-to-statistics-to-weighting chain. Its reference is consensus agreement rather than independent factual truth. The epistemic selected-route account does not deny this adaptation. EPI-CLM-feedback-learning separately retains an attributed longitudinal study and its disclosed missing experiment materials. Numerical adaptation, reported learning and EPI-RTE-benchmark-check's different benchmark do not establish the same observation or a component-specific causal effect.

RT-RTE-machinery-change now distinguishes Linux prepared-state/operator recovery from reachable Darwin app-bundle installation, failed-activation restoration and detached helper recovery before observed replacement startup. It keeps installation separate from governed chain-rule activation and does not promise unrestricted post-startup downgrade. Memory's supplied machinery-change coverage and the epistemic coverage citation assert no contrary platform or recovery finding. Their incomplete recovery inventories remain limitations, not conflicts or grounds to generalize either platform's recovery policy. No other member depends on a finding that Darwin installation is disabled or that all automatic restoration is absent.

WF-RTE-local-exchange supplies an exact-local coordination witness within the broader messaging family left incompletely traced in memory's coverage. It does not complete task-board, pipeline-journal, federation or all-history coverage. Its session fence is expressly scoped to new supplied-session MCP completion, not every raw reply or completed replay. Neither inbox exposure nor stored completion establishes task execution, sender acceptance or user-facing delivery. Optional memory judges cannot be imported as answer-quality verification for Messages.

The remaining memory integration issues retain compatible limits: alternate admissions prevent universal semantic-check claims; untraced task/relationship/history consumers prevent an exhaustive consumer inventory; partial recovery/removal tracing prevents global durability or erasure guarantees. MEM-RTE-reembed-index explicitly covers its manual lane and acknowledges an automatic repair alternative without independently tracing it. It therefore asserts no all-re-embedding human-initiation requirement, and no other supplied report supplies an opposing trigger inventory.

RT-BAP-retained-context, memory read-back, the epistemic ledger and workflow all distinguish delivery from consequential use and benefit at their respective consumers. Missing host/provider runs, actual lesson outputs and inspected experiment results limit efficacy attribution; they do not erase implemented routes. The whole-system boundary fixes inclusion, not exhaustive semantic inspection by each lens.

No analyst correction-answer files or declined objections were supplied. Current declarations and their dependent passages were assessed as handed, including the explicit review part and revised platform-specific machinery account. No remaining incompatible cross-report finding, required undeclared part identified by these connections, or invalidated dependent finding was identified. Faithful uncertainty is not marked as conflict. Each declaration retains its own status; epistemic architectural status does not upgrade operation or benefit.
