Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded source-grounded account. Checked every substantive statement against the supplied records, reconciliation supersessions and the report/profile verification limits. All supplied inputs and contracts were read completely. Synthesis answers are empty; no refusal or predecessor synthesis verification was supplied. No source reads, new evidence or corrected text were introduced.

The evidence basis and system boundary match the boundary and Source register. The opening characterization describes connected capture and later-consumer paths, not demonstrated operation. Its immediate execution caveat prevents interpreting “records” and “exposes” as evidence of successful capture or compliance.

The task-to-retention account preserves the division between host progression, model selection and engine admission. RT-RTE-foreground-capture supports the command-specific confirmation differences, heuristic recording marks, optional rationale and attachment, managed locking, append-before-projection and non-atomic batch consequences. MEM-OBJ-event, MEM-OBJ-decision and EPI-OBJ-decision-mutations support the separation of reasons from symbolic authority. The synthesis uses the canonical decision object after reconciliation; it does not mistake the larger event envelope for a duplicate mutation object. Revision is not presented as destructive withdrawal.

The optional workflow is correctly selected rather than generalized to every installation. RT-RTE-fork-capture and the workflow account support counted-edit eligibility, opaque copied context, surface-dependent confirmation, headless automatic fallback, separate dry-run/write calls, asynchronous drawn-session delivery and diagnostic-only recovery. Pending proposals, process announcements and durable events remain distinct. The account does not infer model-window trimming from UI hiding or verified isolation from the no-tools prompt.

The read-back account preserves selection and transformation at the actual consumer. MEM-RTE-context-recall, MEM-RTE-search-history and EPI-RTE-recall-shaping support the numerical defaults, head cap, shortened rationale, historical ranking influence, recency countercase and separately requested full-history recovery. MEM-RTE-asof-recall is the canonical historical route after supersession. Consumer-local integrity qualifications agree with RT-RTE-team-sync and RT-RTE-editor-read; the synthesis asserts neither uniform verification nor semantic trust from hashes.

The scenario-relative conclusions accurately bound the full-story, semantic-conflict and avoided-dead-end claims. EPI-RTE-branch-check supports branch detection, not contradiction testing. EPI-RTE-capture-evaluation supports count evaluation, not reason truth or component benefit. The truth-acceptance negative remains restricted to inspected routes rather than extended to unassessed evaluators.

Learning-related findings lead with the supported automatic experience-to-decision path, while keeping the write-route sense distinct from improved future capacity. The four theory-builder conditions and independent learning, reflection and autonomy assessments faithfully follow RT-RTE-foreground-capture. The self-improvement paragraph withholds an exercised causal chain without denying the positive memory pathway. Proposed evidence and mechanism changes target the actual unresolved conclusions rather than prescribing adoption or ranking products.

The Limitations table carries all three report-verification limits: upstream convention truncation, replay/concurrent-snapshot uncertainty and bounded transport/platform/evaluator inspection. It also carries the profile-verification limit on omitted recall consolidation and its incomplete transformation comparisons. The upstream transformation is explicitly identified as a recorded inventory omission; its consequence is not hidden behind the otherwise valid shell-cap account in MEM-OBJ-prompt. Remaining rows preserve the evidence, consent, warrant and theory-process qualifications. Reconciliation identifies no unresolved conflict to carry. No additional material defect or unresolved local issue was found; existing uncertainty is faithfully scoped and does not require another limit.
