Verification

The pinned runtime, memory, epistemic, workflow and reconciliation members support a bounded source-grounded account. No material correction is required. All supplied members, types and contracts were read completely. The structural report contains no findings; all four correction-answer inputs are empty. Neither supplies a semantic acceptance argument. Source HEAD matches the reviewed commit and the source worktree reports no changes. Verification used source inspection, not target execution, providers or services.

Producer, admission and effect boundaries

Independently traced CLI decoding, engine locking, reference resolution, authority assignment, duplicate handling, dry-run, append and projection. RT-RTE-foreground-capture, MEM-OBJ-decision, MEM-OBJ-event and EPI-OBJ-decision-mutations correctly separate caller-authored reasons, resolved symbolic updates and physical retention. SRC-1: src/main.go, src/internal/engine/engine.go, src/internal/event/event.go, src/internal/store/store.go. Required title and schema/reference checks do not judge rationale truth; empty attachment is a warning. Existing-element bare upsert is provenance-only, while explicit targeting and structural updates can take authority. Append precedes projection, and later failure need not mean zero writes. The reports preserve these qualifications rather than treating dry-run or process success as atomic delivery.

Read the skill, ask, decision, review and conflict commands against their engine consumers. RT-OBJ-knowledge-graph, RT-CLM-structural-capture and RT-BAP-capture-policy describe model policy, not semantic enforcement. Explicit decision confirmation differs from automatic skill/review capture. EPI-RTE-branch-check correctly limits the implemented check to multiple authoritative unsuperseded heads on one element. Its compatible-property countercase follows from that predicate. User-led resolution is separately represented as doctrine, not an observed truth-acceptance procedure. SRC-1: skills/knowledge-graph/SKILL.md, commands/kg-ask.md, commands/kg-decision.md, commands/kg-review.md, commands/kg-conflicts.md, src/internal/engine/reads.go.

The classic Stop and turn-classifier sources support the marker/dry-run caveat in foreground capture. Complete mod registration supports RT-RTE-fork-capture, RT-OBJ-capture-prompt and the workflow account: successful counted edits, foreground answer eligibility, once-per-turn scheduling, NONE/JSON parsing, separate dry-run and real ingest, supported-band confirmation, automatic fallback elsewhere and diagnostic-only failure recovery. Awaited headless completion differs from asynchronously scheduled drawn-session capture. Record/Skip acts on a pending proposal; neither a pending title nor UI announcement independently proves a fresh event. Source: SRC-1 hooks/auto-capture-stop.sh, src/internal/turn/turn.go, mods/kgai-mod/hooks/register.tsx.

RT-CMP-host-model correctly leaves exact model identity, parameter changes and copied fork context uninspected. The prompt's no-tools statement and off-transcript API contract do not establish a deployed sandbox. UI result hiding is a rendering hook, not demonstrated model-window trimming. The supplied theory-builder, learning and reflection assessments in foreground capture remain appropriately differentiated: retained explanation and revision capacity do not establish content-dependent action, exercised criticism, improvement or autonomous theory building.

Retained content at actual readers

Traced context scoring through head selection and abbreviation, lexical search through snippets, and history through full-text delivery. MEM-RTE-context-recall, MEM-RTE-search-history, EPI-RTE-recall-shaping and RT-BAP-decision-recall preserve the distinction between retention, ranking, delivery and behavioral activation. The four-head cap, byte shortening, all-attached-decision ranking inputs and unbounded Lamport contribution follow from SRC-1 src/internal/engine/reads.go and src/internal/engine/search.go. The epistemic qualifier-loss example loses its final condition under the inspected slicing function; it is a deduction, not a measured retrieval failure. History is a separate recovery call, not guaranteed restoration.

MEM-OBJ-graph, MEM-RTE-asof-recall and EPI-RTE-historical-replay correctly distinguish live projection, retained reasons and temporary historical structure. Inspected graph mutation application, in-memory replay, bulk-loader construction and AsOf filtering. Historical replay checks event hashes but not rebuild's explicit decision-ID recomputation; output omits rationale. Export selects structural fields and is not a full reason archive. SRC-1: src/internal/graph/graph.go, src/internal/graph/bulk.go, src/internal/replay/projection.go, src/internal/engine/reads.go.

Traced the shipped editor caller through reader startup, request dispatch, log reload and decision-detail construction. RT-RTE-editor-read is a real human-facing retained-state consumer, not a hypothetical storage API. Its missing engine verification gate is confirmed by ReadAll and replay.Apply. Full rationale reaches decision detail; no model delivery follows from that route. SRC-1: editors/vscode/src/extension.ts, editors/vscode/src/reader.ts, src/cmd/kgread/server.go, src/internal/view/model.go, src/internal/view/view.go, src/internal/store/store.go, src/internal/replay/projection.go.

Integrity, configuration, machinery and evaluators

RT-RTE-team-sync correctly scopes event/decision checks to engine replay and segment/chain admission to object synchronization. Independently traced append-foreign chain validation, own-shard checks, retired-shard rewriting/re-emission, canonical rebuild versus incremental application and autosync diagnostics. Git synchronization instead commits/fetches/merges/pushes the store; engine scaffold refusal protects that distinct path. Neither mechanism warrants a transport-wide security or convergence claim. SRC-1: src/internal/remote/objectsync.go, src/internal/remote/git.go, src/internal/store/store.go, src/internal/engine/engine.go, hooks/auto-sync.sh.

RT-RTE-config-admission, RT-OBJ-trusted and MEM-OBJ-prompt correctly separate approved settings, approval metadata and delivered policy. Checked fingerprint construction, allowed-key filtering, project-layer activation, precedence and injection. Approval is configuration-relative, not human authentication. Revocation governs later loading, not guaranteed removal of existing context. An additional upstream prompt transformation is retained as a local inventory limit below. SRC-1: src/internal/store/trust.go, src/internal/store/settings.go, src/main.go, hooks/inject-prompt.sh.

RT-RTE-query-read describes the actual keyword filter and native ReadOnly configuration, including initialization fallback; it does not extend this local protocol to writable APIs or host shell. RT-RTE-engine-install and RT-BAP-installed-engine correctly describe executable replacement rather than trace learning. Checked launcher, session wrapper, source fingerprint, mutable release selection, optional checksum verification, rename-before-readiness and source-build fallback. SRC-1: src/internal/engine/reads.go, src/internal/graph/graph.go, bin/kg, hooks/session-start.sh, scripts/install.sh.

MEM-CMP-host-smoke, EPI-RTE-capture-evaluation and EPI-RTE-doctor-check retain distinct check targets and consequences. Host-smoke consumes projected decision count, not rationale truth or Doctor's OK; empty-token search cannot audit captured titles. Doctor checks parsed-event hashes and the local shard chain but does not withdraw content; malformed lines have already been skipped. SRC-1: tests/host-smoke.sh, src/internal/engine/reads.go, src/internal/engine/search.go, src/internal/store/store.go. README passages support the identities of EPI-CLM-full-story, EPI-CLM-semantic-conflicts and EPI-CLM-dead-ends. Their route comparisons correctly withhold complete capture, semantic-conflict equivalence, proof of wrongness and guaranteed future avoidance.

Relations, omissions and stopping decision

Checked every declaration's evidence status and source-anchor meaning, each Part of relation, the two supersessions and all reconciliation dispositions. EPI-OBJ-decision-reasons and the memory decision object identify the same text; the two historical routes identify the same AsOf invocation. Their supersessions in reconciliation preserve rather than replace lens assessments. Mutation/authority fields remain a valid part beside the larger event envelope. Recall shaping describes a stage within foreground recall, while the memory routes identify independently callable reads; branch checking is a foreground conflict stage. Configured convention content belongs to configuration admission but is not its approval registry. No undeclared required part or unresolved incompatible finding was identified. Workflow annotations add timing and recovery without redefining runtime identities. No evidenced-absence record is declared; scoped misses are not converted to system-wide negatives.

Omission questions were selected from the frozen tracked tree and producer/consumer dependencies: could a shipped editor mutate or independently endorse decisions; could bulk/alternate synchronization invalidate the consumer-local integrity account; could diagnostic/benchmark tooling supply truth acceptance or evaluation-fed policy updates; and could configuration text be transformed before shell injection? Editor/server inspection supports read-back, not a new semantic-admission loop. Bulk loading uses the in-memory projection after caller filtering, preserving the need to distinguish gates. Git has distinct synchronization safeguards, already permitted by the runtime's transport qualification. SRC-1 searches and scoped reads of src/tools/genlog/main.go, src/tools/warmbench/main.go, tests/run.sh and src/internal/engine/replay_equivalence_test.go identify synthetic generation, query timing and structural replay tests, not supplied evidence of accepted engineering reasons. Other tests remain unassessed, so the epistemic report's explicitly non-system-complete negative is preserved.

Further optional omission expansion stopped because these material challenges have supported dispositions or the local limits below. The records make no universal integrity, exhaustive evaluator, deployed capture, model compliance or improvement assertion requiring a repository-wide audit. Implementation conclusions remain wired; operation and causal benefit remain unobserved. This stopping decision does not turn unsearched branches into absence.

Limits

  • MEM-OBJ-prompt and RT-RTE-config-admission describe the shell injection cap but omit an upstream transformation: SRC-1 src/internal/store/settings.go applies byte-based, UTF-8-boundary truncation to each layer before effective selection; src/main.go returns that selected value for raw config reads. The inspected code includes session.Settings.Prompt = capPrompt(session.Settings.Prompt) and the corresponding project/global calls. Its truncation branch is:

cut := PromptMaxBytes for cut > 0 && !utf8.ValidString(p[:cut]) { cut-- } return p[:cut] + "\n[truncated at " + strconv.Itoa(PromptMaxBytes) + " bytes — keep capture rules short; link out for detail]" --- src/internal/store/settings.go The existing shell-length qualification remains true, and approval/delivery conclusions hold. The transformation inventory is partial: readers should not infer that raw reload returns the complete authored file or that shell slicing is the only cap. Neither mechanism establishes a model-token budget; the appended marker also prevents treating 8000 as an exact total returned-byte ceiling.

  • MEM-OBJ-graph, MEM-RTE-asof-recall and RT-RTE-editor-read support distinct materialization and integrity paths, not complete native replay equivalence or coherent concurrent-file snapshots. Additional bulk source tracing confirms the shared in-memory replay dependency but supplies no executed equivalence result. Withhold universal equality of all projection fields across all inputs and consumers; retain the positive storage/read-back routes and their documented gate differences.
  • RT-RTE-team-sync, RT-RTE-engine-install and EPI-RTE-capture-evaluation are bounded inventories, not full transport/platform/evaluator audits. Git's separate commit/scaffold path was checked, but complete cloud/S3 adapters, installer platform branches and other shipped tests were not independently traced. Withhold transport-wide security/availability, installation compatibility and system-complete claims about all evaluators. Their supported admission and diagnostic mechanisms remain valid.
