Verification

Checked the scope, every axis, unit assessments, positive findings and evidence bases in the memory profile against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members. The handed profile answers were empty. Reconciliation resolves the duplicated decision-reasons object to MEM-OBJ-decision and historical replay to MEM-RTE-asof-recall; the profile uses those canonical records. No unresolved cross-report conflict changes a classification. No source reads or new quotations were needed.

  • Storage substrate: Files for decision shards, conventions, approvals and autosync state; graph for Kuzu; and in-memory for the reader projection are supported by MEM-OBJ-event, MEM-OBJ-graph, MEM-OBJ-prompt, RT-OBJ-trusted and RT-RTE-team-sync. Encoding is not treated as substrate. The unresolved host payload and uninspected provider storage keep the axis partial rather than implying complete storage coverage.
  • Representational form: The split between natural-language reasons and conventions, symbolic envelopes/projections/control fields, and the host model's parametric form follows their actual consumers. MEM-OBJ-decision, MEM-OBJ-graph and RT-CMP-host-model support these positives. Known model form does not classify the opaque copied fork payload. The grouped approval/diagnostic unit distinguishes machine fields from readable error detail in its findings and note; it does not assert one homogeneous form.
  • Lineage: Authored content is scoped as an affordance with unresolved original provenance; fork extraction, local synchronization import, and compiled envelopes/projections have separate paths and warrants. RT-RTE-foreground-capture, RT-RTE-fork-capture, RT-RTE-team-sync and MEM-OBJ-event support those distinctions. A known acquisition or derivation path does not settle initial authorship or provider provenance.
  • Behavioral authority: Knowledge at later reason/structure readers, ranking at lexical selectors, routing through heads/store/cooldown state, instruction through conventions, and validation/enforcement at covered integrity and approval gates have identifiable retained inputs and consumers. MEM-RTE-context-recall preserves historical text's ranking influence even when its rationale is not delivered. RT-RTE-editor-read prevents extending engine integrity enforcement to every consumer. Learning at the automatic fork's update consumer is distinct from knowledge at downstream readers and from demonstrated improvement. The host payload unit is partial, so its additional possible forces are not silently excluded.
  • Write agency: Routine model admission and fork auto/headless fallback are automatic; explicit proposal confirmation/human supply are afforded manual paths; supported fork Record/Skip is a wired manual gate. RT-RTE-foreground-capture and RT-RTE-fork-capture establish these mode-specific mechanisms. Generic CLI authorship and configuration approval do not authenticate a human decision. Software replay/import is not mislabeled manual because a user initiated the workflow.
  • Curation operations: Live mutation supports evolve, while supersession and retirement support invalidate without destructive history erasure, as recorded in MEM-OBJ-event and MEM-OBJ-graph. Claimed foreground and afforded fork consolidation remain weaker than an observed faithful model transformation. Exact-identity admission no-ops and index rebuilds do not establish semantic deduplication. The emitted findings remain supported, but the partial transformation inventory has the local omission stated below.
  • Read-back direction: Requests for context/search/history/query/as-of/editor views are pull; automatic SessionStart convention supply is push. MEM-RTE-search-history, MEM-RTE-asof-recall, RT-RTE-editor-read and RT-RTE-config-admission establish actual later consumers. Loader/control reads and their requested returns are not additional pushes merely because software performs them. Synchronization changes availability, not task-sensitive model delivery.
  • Read-back signal: The convention push has coarse layer availability/precedence and an actual allowed-settings fingerprint match selecting an eligible project layer. RT-OBJ-trusted, RT-RTE-config-admission and MEM-OBJ-prompt support identifier targeting at that selection step, not semantic recall. Pull selection is locally inapplicable to this axis; uninspected host alternatives prevent a whole-axis inapplicability claim.
  • Trace learning: RT-RTE-fork-capture, MEM-OBJ-event and the later recall routes establish automatic experience-fed admission of durable behavior-shaping decision context. This supports wired yes without observed benefit. Foreground capture retains its weaker affordance and partial coverage. Per-content human admission is separately scoped, and unresolved generic/provider writes do not become a system-wide no. Pending proposals and UI hiding are not credited as durable memory.
  • Trace source: The exact original content consumed by qualifying model writes remains opaque in RT-RTE-fork-capture and RT-RTE-foreground-capture. Edited-turn eligibility is not proof that recorded tool results entered the extraction input; the derived NDJSON envelope is not an event-stream origin. The not-determinable axis therefore withholds source values without withdrawing the separately supported automatic write/consumer chain.

All emitted positive findings retain their local architectural warrant; none claims observed operation or causal benefit. The partial axes preserve included opaque alternatives rather than using one inspected witness as complete coverage. The local curation omission does not invalidate the system union or support a complete-value statistic.

Limits

  • The partial curation inventory does not separately classify the implemented recall reduction in EPI-RTE-recall-shaping, MEM-RTE-context-recall and MEM-RTE-search-history. Head selection and rationale abbreviation reduce retained content for later delivery; the recorded qualifier-loss countercase prevents a faithfulness guarantee, not classification as consolidation. The profile rationale discusses shaping uncertainty, but its curation units retain consolidation only for foreground policy and fork extraction at weaker bases. Consumers should withhold complete transformation-level inventories and consolidation-wiring comparisons from that axis. The axis already says partial, and consolidation is already a supported positive value; this omission changes neither the emitted union nor the retained account of recall's clipped content, so it need not block publication.
