Sentry Skills report verification

Verification

The five submitted members support a bounded source account. No material blocker was found. This judgment concerns implementation and prescribed behavior, not successful execution, host enforcement or benefit. All supplied reports, annotations, reconciliation amendments and empty correction-answer files were read completely. The supplied artifact check reports none; no structural failure needs routing. The frozen checkout's HEAD equals the reviewed boundary and its status is clean. No target program, evaluator, installation or service was executed.

Runtime and workflow

Independent complete reads of SRC-1, skills/iterate-pr/SKILL.md and its four scripts support RT-RTE-pr-iteration, RT-RTE-check-monitor and the workflow account. The repair owner remains the foreground model; helpers select and transform observations, not fixes. Local verification is an instruction-level progression gate. Success additionally requires the delayed feedback fetch and handled low-priority choice. The monitor prioritizes actionable pending checks over failures, returns zero for multiple terminal markers, snapshots PR metadata only initially and retries failed fetches without a total retry bound. Its passing marker does not require every received bucket to be pass. These qualifications are preserved across all lenses.

The fetchers confirm the consequential producer-to-consumer limits: branch-run name matching without enforced head-SHA identity; bounded failure snippets; first-100-thread/first-10-comment retrieval followed by first-comment projection; self/short-comment omission; informational versus actionable bot classification; and failures that can become empty lists. Direct gh fallback bypasses helper normalization. No member upgrades these selected outputs into complete service observation or semantic correctness. The workflow's full-log requirement is supported independently of the helper snippet.

Complete source reads of SRC-1, skills/iterate-pr/scripts/reply_to_thread.py support MEM-RTE-thread-reply, EPI-RTE-thread-reply and WF-RTE-thread-replies. Newline normalization, JSON encoding, aliased mutation, per-alias failure handling and caller-owned recovery are accurate. Acknowledgement is not truth checking or atomic publication. The reply records' Part of: relations correctly identify the PR route. Their supersessions in reconciliation identify the same helper rather than deleting the epistemic or workflow findings. Remote persistence does not establish subsequent agent receipt through the first-comment projection.

SRC-1, skills/triage-frontend-issues/SKILL.md and skills/triage-frontend-issues/references/archive-criteria.md support RT-RTE-issue-triage: displayed-batch approval, scope/status/ignore-mode restrictions, sequential mutation, failure continuation and user-owned reversal are prompt policies. The metadata exposes a mutation tool, not an argument-level enforcement wrapper. SRC-1, skills/code-simplifier/SKILL.md and agents/code-simplifier.md support both entry forms in RT-RTE-code-refinement and the policy claim RT-CLM-preserve-functionality, not an equivalence guarantee.

Complete reads of SRC-1, README.md, AGENTS.md, .claude-plugin/plugin.json, .claude-plugin/marketplace.json and .claude/settings.json confirm the distinction between distribution, declared grants and external host consumption in RT-OBJ-skill-md and RT-BAP-skill-consumption. The two consumption paths of Markdown and frontmatter are distinguished. RT-CMP-host-model correctly leaves provider parameters, exact versions and alias resolution outside inspected implementation; an opus request does not pin numerical state.

Retained material and revision

Independent complete reads of SRC-1, skills/skill-writer/SKILL.md, its iteration, synthesis, source-adaptation, authoring, reference-architecture and registration-validation references, skills/skill-writer/SPEC.md and skills/skill-writer/SOURCES.md support RT-RTE-skill-revision and its memory annotations. MEM-OBJ-working-set, MEM-OBJ-findings-log, MEM-OBJ-sources and MEM-OBJ-spec preserve different payloads, provenance and maintenance roles. Source trust tags are attributed, not authenticated. Later synthesis explicitly collects prior evidence and reasons; ordinary task consumers are not promised all maintenance rationale.

EPI-OBJ-evidence-files remains a valid container alongside the finer memory objects. EPI-RTE-example-retention is correctly a part of revision, not evidence-consuming acceptance merely by storage. The reports distinguish semi-raw examples, interpreted findings and promoted guidance. Their theory-builder, learning, reflection, autonomy and dispositional self-improvement findings do not infer exercised criticism or causal improvement from persistence alone.

SRC-1, skills/skill-writer/scripts/quick_validate.py supports structural validity relative to its actual predicates. Its filename/reference regex, YAML checks and advisory size warning do not establish semantic quality, trigger accuracy or security. SRC-1, skills/skill-writer/EVAL.md, skills/skill-writer/evals/axis.config.json, skills/skill-writer/evals/scenarios/small-inline-workflow.json and skills/skill-writer/evals/scenarios/iteration-from-bad-output.json support RT-RTE-maintainer-eval. Configured generation, model grading, manual adoption and external storage/isolation remain separate. SRC-1, warden.toml declares triggers and thresholds, not observed or implemented enforcement by Warden within this checkout.

Complete reads of SRC-1, skills/agents-md/SKILL.md support MEM-OBJ-agents-md and MEM-RTE-project-guidance. Complete reads of both SRED skill entry points support MEM-OBJ-work-summary and MEM-RTE-sred-handoff: generated link/index material is explicitly requested by a later organizer, unlike a hypothetical storage caller. The retained caveat about unread classification/template leaves prevents an adequacy or exhaustive-retrieval inference.

Complete reading of SRC-1, skills/doc-coauthoring/SKILL.md confirms MEM-OBJ-document-draft, MEM-RTE-reader-testing and EPI-RTE-reader-testing. The saved draft, document/question-only reader handoff, manual fresh-chat alternative and return to refinement are supported. Readiness concerns comprehension; final factual review remains separate. The reconciliation's reader supersession preserves the epistemic record's narrower inspection scope without treating its uninspected future loading as an absence. SRC-1, skills/skill-writer/references/claude-subagent-fork.md and skills/skill-writer/references/claude-dynamic-context.md describe authoring options, not activated host compaction, eviction or frame destruction.

Epistemic checks and reconciliation

Complete independent reads of SRC-1, skills/skill-scanner/SKILL.md and skills/skill-scanner/scripts/scan_skill.py support EPI-OBJ-scan-findings, EPI-RTE-pattern-scan, EPI-RTE-security-disposition and EPI-CLM-skill-security. Immediate leaf text scans and recursive structural probes have different scope. Unreadable leaves may be skipped. The record's concrete regex deduction establishes occurrence, not malicious intent or warranted severity. Contextual confidence filtering and installation recommendation are model-consumed doctrine. SRC-1, skills/document-api-endpoint/SKILL.md supports EPI-RTE-endpoint-check: requested source/live-response comparison and downstream regeneration, not actual tested schema fidelity.

All declared records and their source anchors were checked for semantic support, evidence-layer strength and consequential scope. No evidenced-absence records are declared. The epistemic ledger keeps checking, disposition, retention and policy adaptation distinct; its bounded conclusion does not claim a complete-system negative. All three reconciliation supersessions have matching referents and preserve affected findings. The evidence container/parts and distinct output/consumer identities are supported. No unresolved conflicting findings or missing material part necessary to the emitted bounded conclusions were identified. Empty answers contain no correction argument to adjudicate.

Consequential omission questions and stopping

The frozen tracked tree and searches of all shipped skill/agent entries guided three omission questions: whether another entry supplies an enclosing execution loop or activated fork/hooks; whether another producer/consumer changes the retained-guidance account; and whether another evaluator defeats the bounded acceptance conclusions. These searches used SRC-1, skills/, agents/ and the registered configuration, not just the listed record anchors.

Additional complete inspection of SRC-1, skills/iterate-pr/agents/openai.yaml confirms declared implicit invocation, not host implementation. SRC-1, skills/gh-review-requests/scripts/fetch_review_requests.py retrieves and filters service records to stdout without a local retained-state write. SRC-1, skills/claude-settings-audit/SKILL.md recommends symbolic permissions/configuration; it does not supply the host enforcement implementation excluded by the boundary. These paths do not overturn the extension/partial-loop classification or the distinction between declared grants and deployed enforcement.

SRC-1, agents/senpai.md adds a research-before-teaching policy and cross-reference/uncertainty guidance, not supplied accepted claims or execution evidence. SRC-1, skills/prompt-optimizer/SKILL.md and skills/prompt-optimizer/references/meta-optimization-loop.md add an evidence-pack/log/candidate/holdout revision mechanism. SRC-1, skills/pr-writer/EVAL.md adds another named adoption gate. These establish incomplete inventories, not contradictions of the existing positive witnesses. Their local comparison consequence is retained below.

Preserve a structured evidence pack for each run: --- skills/prompt-optimizer/references/meta-optimization-loop.md

This prevents looping back into edits that already failed. --- skills/prompt-optimizer/references/meta-optimization-loop.md

Adopt a pr-writer change only when: --- skills/pr-writer/EVAL.md

Further optional omission expansion stops here: the selected challenges have supported dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains, and the reports explicitly withhold complete inventories and complete-system negatives. More leaf inspection could enrich coverage but is not needed to support the emitted scoped conclusions. External operation and causal benefit remain unobserved; this is faithful uncertainty, not evidence of absent behavior.

Limits

  • The retained-revision and evaluator inventories are incomplete. Alongside RT-RTE-skill-revision, RT-RTE-maintainer-eval and EPI-RTE-example-retention, SRC-1, skills/prompt-optimizer/SKILL.md and skills/prompt-optimizer/references/meta-optimization-loop.md prescribe run evidence packs, concrete criticisms, candidate comparison, a hypothesis/edit/result log and holdout checks; SRC-1, skills/pr-writer/EVAL.md prescribes another adoption gate. These additional mechanisms are not separately recorded by the supplied lenses. The positive skill-writer account and unobserved-operation conclusions remain supported, but readers should withhold exhaustive comparisons of retained criticism, prompt-revision routes and acceptance criteria across the package. No system-wide absence of those mechanisms follows from the selected inventories.
