Reconciliation

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-RTE-thread-reply is superseded by MEM-RTE-thread-reply. Both declare the same CLI thread/body input, newline normalization, aliased GraphQL publication and per-alias response classification in SRC-1, skills/iterate-pr/scripts/reply_to_thread.py. Their quoted implementation and identical endpoints establish identity, not merely similar purposes. Both retain wired implementation and uninspected operation. The epistemic distinction between transport acknowledgement and assertion truth remains a finding on this route; supersession grants no truth warrant to published text.

Amendment: WF-RTE-thread-replies is superseded by MEM-RTE-thread-reply. The workflow record declares the same helper, inputs, GraphQL effects and response classification, with matching implementation evidence in SRC-1, skills/iterate-pr/scripts/reply_to_thread.py. Its optional communication role, non-atomic partial failures, caller-owned recovery and lack of mandatory per-reply approval concern that same route. They do not establish another referent. All three reply IDs remain declared. These supersessions affect their identity in the PR account, not their ownership of reported findings or their common containment in RT-RTE-pr-iteration.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-reader-testing is superseded by MEM-RTE-reader-testing. Both trace document/questions to a fresh reader, author assessment and refinement or readiness, including the manual fresh-conversation alternative. The identical quoted document-plus-question handoff in SRC-1, skills/doc-coauthoring/SKILL.md, and the same consumer and repair loop establish identity. The epistemic record inspected only Stage 3 and final review; the memory record inspected the complete skill. This inspection difference does not create another route. The epistemic check and disposition ledger rows retain their separate functions and comprehension-only license; the memory record retains the draft persistence and reader-consumption account. Neither finding is upgraded to observed isolation, factual certification or successful delivery.

Valid containers and distinct parts

EPI-OBJ-evidence-files is a valid collection of iteration evidence files, overlapping the distinct example payload in MEM-OBJ-working-set and interpreted findings in MEM-OBJ-findings-log. SRC-1, skills/skill-writer/references/iteration-evidence.md, distinguishes working/holdout examples from suspected causes, changes and risks in the findings log. The epistemic container also preserves these differences and treats neither provenance tags nor storage as endorsement. Its findings are not wrong after separation, so a split supersession is not warranted. The two memory objects are not identical to one another or to the complete container.

EPI-RTE-example-retention is the declared retention part of RT-RTE-skill-revision, not a replacement for the complete authoring, revision and validation route. Its evidence-file output is not identical to the route itself. The memory annotation on skill revision adds the semi-raw-to-findings-to-guidance chain and future maintenance reader. It does not declare a competing route. SRC-1, skills/skill-writer/references/iteration-evidence.md, supplies the shared promotion and holdout rules.

MEM-OBJ-sources and MEM-OBJ-spec are provenance/decision material and a maintenance contract, respectively. They support revision but are neither its runtime instruction object RT-OBJ-skill-md nor its example evidence files. Their named storage, content and maintenance consumers rule out identity. The memory annotation separates later maintenance access to reasons from ordinary task consumption of promoted rules; this supplements, rather than replaces, RT-BAP-skill-consumption.

MEM-RTE-project-guidance writes MEM-OBJ-agents-md for a consuming project. It is distinct from package skill revision and its SKILL.md output. MEM-RTE-sred-handoff passes MEM-OBJ-work-summary to a later organizer; it is neither instruction revision nor reader testing. MEM-OBJ-document-draft is the document consumed by the reader route, not the instructions specifying that route. These identities are ruled out by different output artifacts, selectors and later consumers in their cited source passages.

EPI-RTE-pattern-scan produces EPI-OBJ-scan-findings; EPI-RTE-security-disposition interprets leads and filters intent allegations. Different checks, owners and authority distinguish these routes. Neither is identical to RT-RTE-maintainer-eval: that record's Warden mention describes external triggering/configuration, not the scanner's internal transformation or model assessment. EPI-CLM-skill-security concerns screening before adoption, not the behavior-preservation claim RT-CLM-preserve-functionality.

EPI-RTE-endpoint-check requests schema/source/live-response comparison and downstream regeneration. It is not RT-RTE-code-refinement, which requests functionality-preserving simplification. Likewise, document reader testing is not code refinement or maintainer evaluation: its check target and intended consumer differ. No other component, object, route, claim or behavioral-authority declaration supplies a matching referent for these additions.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

The members use the same frozen boundary and Source register. Runtime establishes a host-consumed package rather than host enforcement; the other lenses retain that limit. Wired helpers, configured evaluation, prescribed model decisions and observed operation remain different layers. The epistemic ledger's implemented helper functions and doctrine-only model procedures do not conflict with the runtime's separately labelled implementation and instruction statuses.

The workflow independently traces the PR route and monitor. Its annotations on RT-RTE-pr-iteration and RT-RTE-check-monitor agree with runtime and epistemic findings: local verification conditions the prescribed push; monitor markers classify received buckets; full delivery also needs the post-CI feedback check and low-priority choice. Zero exit, an empty fetched list or ALL_CHECKS_PASSED does not establish complete service observation, all explicit passes or merge readiness. The reply-route findings add optional publication without changing that terminal condition.

The reply records' read-back qualifications agree: remote persistence affords later display, but first-comment projection and self-comment omission do not establish receipt of the written replies by the repair agent. The memory annotation on PR iteration keeps current-run feedback selection separate from durable guidance learning. No dependent report requires a self-reply consumer that another report denies.

The reader records' read-back fields have different inspection scopes, not incompatible findings. The epistemic record leaves future loading uninspected within its Stage 3 portion; the memory record identifies saved-draft consumption by a distinct reader invocation from the complete skill. Both keep actual operation and isolation unobserved. Supersession above does not convert either scope-limited statement into an absence or deployment guarantee.

The memory integration issues require no correction to supplied runtime facts. Added evidence objects and document routes extend coverage. Runtime's revision theory assessment, memory's trace-fed write/read-back account and epistemic policy-adaptation ledger agree that localized guidance, prescribed replay and retained reasons establish mechanisms without closing exercised criticism, learning or self-improvement. RT-RTE-skill-revision retains its independent theory-builder, reflection, autonomy and dispositional self-improvement limits. RT-RTE-maintainer-eval retains maintainer adoption as distinct from model scores, baseline storage and automatic installation. No particular accepted ampliative claim or exercised improvement is supplied by another member that would defeat these limits.

No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was identified. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt. Uninspected host implementations, actual example origins, populated findings, evaluation payloads, service completeness, deployment/read-back and unread leaf workflows remain local limitations, not cross-report conflicts or system-wide evidenced absences. The duplicate identities above require no new IDs or analyst edits by this reconciliation. All remaining overlaps are annotations, valid containers or distinct parts; no required undeclared part was identified from these supplied accounts. No frozen-source reads were needed to resolve their connections.
