Verification

I checked every finding and coverage assessment across all ten axes of the profile, including unresolved alternatives and the natural object, derivation, admission, transformation and consumer units. The scope concerns accumulated memory, not static shipped policy or external inference weights. Every axis remains partial. Positive findings claim wiring, not observed operation, fidelity, benefit or causal improvement. Unresolved provider state, initialization, linked assets and other shipped producers remain included rather than being treated as absent.

The reconciliation's duplicate consolidation route resolves to MEM-RTE-facts-consolidation; dependent profile findings use that canonical record. Checkpoint and feedback containers remain valid alongside their separately declared parts. Specialist producer findings supplement runtime's initially uninspected fields without implying that all alternatives were inspected. No unresolved inter-report conflict changes an emitted value.

Axis Judgment
storage_substrate SQL, optional canonical files, corpus files and retained vectors have supporting object or route records. DB-only branches remain explicit. Vector output is not external model-weight storage. See MEM-OBJ-fact-embedding, MEM-OBJ-facts-fence, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-corpus, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-manifest and RT-RTE-skill-publication.
representational_form Natural-language claims and rendered traces, fixed-rule control state and distributed dense embeddings support the emitted forms. The correction separately classifies manifest titles at host consumption, rather than using symbolic pointer controls to classify their readable text. Localized ranking weights remain symbolic numerical state. See MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-manifest, MEM-OBJ-fact-embedding and MEM-OBJ-ranking-weights.
lineage Caller-authored, acquired, trace-extracted and compiled paths have local support. Authored does not imply human authorship; known derivations do not establish initial provenance. Dream transcript extraction does not require agent-session origin. See MEM-RTE-remember-write, MEM-RTE-checkpoint-harvest, EPI-RTE-dream-candidates and EPI-RTE-repair-retention.
behavioral_authority Evidence supply, core standing directions, eligibility vetoes, selector influence, trace input at update consumers and weights at later ranking have distinct witnesses. Grouped notes locate the specific effects; they do not give every cited field every force. Unknown asset activation and link consumers remain unresolved. See MEM-RTE-core-delivery, MEM-RTE-fact-withdrawal, MEM-RTE-feedback-update, MEM-BAP-ranking-weights and WF-RTE-agent-submission.
write_agency Software admission is automatic independently of proposal authorship. The interactive local confirmation branch supplies a manual witness; remote scoped confirmation does not establish human review. Generic callers, owner designation and reviewed-import internals remain unresolved. See RT-RTE-capture-write, MEM-RTE-remember-write and EPI-RTE-owner-confirmation.
curation_operations Extraction and representative selection support consolidation; revisions, duplicate reduction, withdrawal/quarantine, cleanup/damping and tier endorsement support the other emitted operations. Dream production requests do not establish novel-claim synthesis. See MEM-RTE-extraction-write, MEM-RTE-facts-consolidation, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-manifest, MEM-OBJ-ranking-weights, EPI-RTE-owner-confirmation and EPI-RTE-dream-candidates. The local omitted cleanup mechanism is a limit below.
read_back_direction Requested evidence, explicit packs and polling are pull. Unsolicited host additions, resumed model context and automatic internal consumers support push. A transport response fulfilling a request is not counted again as push. See MEM-RTE-context-pack, RT-RTE-context-assembly, RT-RTE-subagent-loop and WF-RTE-agent-delivery.
read_back_signal Designation and availability/caps support coarse selection. Session, job, segment and page-weight identity matching selects the named retained material, not merely a printed slug. Requested query ranking does not create an inferred push finding. Reflex selector mechanics remain unresolved. See MEM-RTE-core-delivery, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-manifest, RT-RTE-subagent-loop and MEM-OBJ-ranking-weights.
trace_learning Automatic harvest, transcript-fed dream retention and feedback-derived weights have durable results and later consumers. Novelty and observed improvement are not conditions for these wired yes findings. Raw replay alone is not promoted to transformed guidance; unresolved writes do not establish no. See MEM-RTE-checkpoint-harvest, EPI-RTE-dream-candidates, EPI-RTE-repair-retention and MEM-RTE-feedback-update.
trace_source Checkpoint host-session turns support session-logs; discrete retrieval attribution supports event-streams. Dream transcript origin now has its own not-determinable unit with no finding. Mixed tool/turn content and other producers remain unresolved. See MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-corpus, MEM-RTE-checkpoint-harvest, MEM-OBJ-retrieval-events and EPI-RTE-dream-candidates.

I judged the predecessor objection afresh. The corrected trace-source unit and rationale no longer attribute agent-session origin to dream transcripts. Their separate trace-learning and trace-extracted lineage findings remain supported because those definitions do not require that origin. The predecessor's manifest-title omission is also repaired by a separate natural-language consumption-path unit. Neither finding remains a blocker or limit.

Several inventory units aggregate mechanisms, but their notes retain the operative parts and local witnesses rather than asserting uniform authority or provenance for every part. The partial axes do not support complete object-by-route statistics. No unsupported system-level positive, absence or complete-coverage assertion was established. Source-read log: none; the handed records supplied the evidence required for this judgment.

Limits

  • The curation_operations inventory in the profile omits retrieval-event/history pruning as a separately classified transformation. MEM-OBJ-retrieval-events records age-based deletion of events and cascading history, and MEM-OBJ-retrieval-feedback distinguishes that deletion from surviving ranking weights. The emitted decay value remains supported by checkpoint cleanup and weight damping, and the axis is already partial. Readers should withhold a complete mechanism-level cleanup inventory and comparisons of forgetting across attribution, feedback history and derived weights; the omission does not invalidate the existing curation values or establish cleanup scheduling.
