Verification
The supplied reports now support a bounded source-grounded account. The previous admission and architectural-status blockers are resolved; two local operative-part inventory limits remain. I rechecked the frozen checkout's HEAD and clean status and compared its top-level tracked tree with the boundary inventory. Added inspection stayed within SRC-1 at the registered revision. No target, test, example, model or service was executed. The supplied report-check says none, so there is no structural failure to route. The correction answers were assessed against source, not accepted as proof of repair.
I examined every declared component, operative object, route, claim and behavioral-authority path, the annotations, the Part of: relations and reconciliation's supersession and conflicts. No report declares an evidenced absence. I checked source anchors and evidence statuses for support and scope, without repeating deterministic quotation-occurrence or link checks. The generation and embedding components correctly distinguish configured model names and mutable endpoints from immutable weights, and inference/cache writes from training (RT-CMP-generation-model, RT-CMP-embedding-model; SRC-1 src/llm.ts, src/semantic.ts). Model prompts establish requested behavior, not reliable compliance. Implementation, activation, observed operation and useful learning remain separate conclusions.
Correction dispositions
The runtime and memory conflict corrections are supported. Independent tracing of SRC-1 src/curate.ts covered the malformed-add guard, conflict loop, exact and similar duplicate branches, directive-disagreement exclusions and final new-add branch. The loop appends warnings and logs action skipped but has no candidate-rejection exit. Duplicate suppression and reinforcement have their own controls; opposite directives are excluded from duplicate matching rather than rejected for contradiction. RT-RTE-reflection-update and MEM-RTE-rule-curation now preserve that distinction in their admission accounts and selection wording. The dependent Runtime account, forcing case and decision roles agree. Their source passages establish actual required-field and duplicate controls without inventing a preventive contradiction gate. Workflow's annotation remains consistent. The corresponding prior runtime and memory blockers are discharged.
Reconciliation now explicitly resolves the old conflict from the corrected reports. It no longer hypothesizes an unevidenced conflict-rejection path. Its explanation of the conflict log label and directive-disagreement exclusions matches the inspected progression. No cross-report contradiction remains on that branch, so the prior reconciliation blocker is discharged.
The epistemic lifecycle-integration correction is also supported. SRC-1 src/validate.ts implements evidence-consuming acceptance in some add branches and unchecked admission in others. SRC-1 src/orchestrator.ts filters by validity, substitutes optional refinement, collects surviving deltas, curates fresh state and saves playbooks. SRC-1 src/curate.ts passes session lineage to the new-add helper and retains optional proposal reasoning; SRC-1 src/playbook.ts stores that session link. SRC-1 src/reflect.ts and src/commands/context.ts supply later text consumers. EPI-RTE-validation-disposition, its lifecycle-integration ledger entry and the bounded conclusion now assess this conditional architecture as implemented. Missing traces limit observed accepted-instance attribution, not inspectable wiring. Curation skips, unchecked admissions, incomplete evidence-dossier retention and the lack of an independent refinement recheck remain beside that positive finding. The prior epistemic blocker is discharged; reconciliation preserves the same qualifications.
Records, routes and coverage
Independent producer/consumer tracing supports requested task retrieval, derived diaries, rule text, reasons, feedback standing, delivery/outcome logs, recovery metadata, numerical caches, blocked content and trauma matching/explanation parts. SRC-1 src/commands/context.ts confirms active/workspace selection, approximate projected-bullet budgeting, history acquisition, compact projection and optional delivery logging. The first relevant bullet can exceed the budget; that budget is not a complete host-window bound. SRC-1 src/reflect.ts, src/utils.ts and src/curate.ts confirm omitted or shortened reasons, stale reasoning after replacement and synthetic merge provenance. Outcome scoring consumes asserted/classified signals rather than verified causal contributions. These findings support RT-RTE-context-read, MEM-OBJ-reasoning, MEM-OBJ-context-log, MEM-RTE-rule-curation and MEM-RTE-outcome-feedback, without establishing actual agent compliance or improved capacity.
The selective workflow is a connected shipped route, not an invented composition of unrelated APIs. SRC-1 src/orchestrator.ts, src/reflect.ts, src/diary.ts, src/llm.ts and src/tracking.ts support diary persistence before admission, bounded model handoffs, repeated proposal passes with the same existing-rule snapshot, partial reflector progress, failure retry and processed marking after playbook saves. Dry-run returns before merge but after diary effects. Ordered saves and post-merge outcomes are not one multi-file transaction. These distinctions in the workflow account preserve delivery and recovery scope; no source-authored test substitutes for a successful run.
Consequential omission questions were selected from the pinned tree, CLI registrations and producer/consumer dependencies, rather than only the submitted source anchors:
- Is reflection a universal admission gate? Searches and selected source reads in SRC-1
src/cm.ts,src/commands/playbook.ts,src/commands/onboard.ts,src/starters.tsandsrc/commands/init.tsfound manual/batch checking, portable import/replacement and preset standing. Schema-valid imported material and starter maturity need not pass reflection's historical-support gate. MEM-RTE-portable-admission, EPI-RTE-playbook-import and RT-RTE-onboard-add preserve these distinctions. The universal public validation claim is properly qualified by EPI-CLM-scientific-validation and its route comparison. - Is task context the universal retained-state reader? SRC-1
src/commands/serve.ts,src/commands/project.tsandsrc/commands/why.tsexpose full resources, substring search, provenance snippets and exported snapshots with different selectors and visibility. MEM-RTE-provenance-read correctly distinguishes these from task ranking/budgeting. Shared CLI/MCP rule selection does not imply identical complete payloads: the trauma-warning branch belongs to the CLI wrapper, not the shared generator. HTTP token/bind checks are request admission, not content approval (RT-RTE-http-tools). - Does safety state have actual later consumers and bounded force? SRC-1
src/commands/init.ts,src/commands/trauma.ts,src/trauma.tsandsrc/trauma_guard_script.tssupport batch initializer approval, generic manual/import callers, active-entry reload and regex matching. Explanatory messages are displayed rather than semantically evaluated by the matcher. Bash-only checks, malformed-input allowances, skipped invalid regexes and storage-read failures prevent a universal sandbox claim. SRC-1src/commands/hook.tsconfirms detached reflection initiation rather than durable completion. MEM-RTE-trauma-admission, RT-RTE-trauma-guard and RT-CLM-automatic-learning retain the needed limits on installation, host enforcement and automated learning. - Does withdrawal remove every later copy or restore warrant? SRC-1
src/playbook.ts,src/commands/forget.ts,src/commands/undo.tsand selected scrub branches support persistent blocked-content reload filtering, explicit restoration and support removal. Independent legacy blocked entries and exported instruction files need not disappear when one current ID is restored or withdrawn. MEM-RTE-rule-withdrawal and EPI-RTE-reliance-maintenance do not promise complete rollback or renewed epistemic warrant. Doctor repair branches were located in SRC-1src/commands/doctor.ts; their uninspected depth does not undermine the reports' scoped recovery claims. - Can inferred diary status affect retained standing? SRC-1
src/diary.tsconfirms default success without a success/error indicator. SRC-1src/reflect.tssupplies status to the reflector; SRC-1src/outcome.tsmaps it to an outcome, and SRC-1src/orchestrator.tsrecords and applies pending outcomes after core persistence when grading conditions hold. This is a wired path from conjectured status to reliance metadata, not observed successful learning. EPI-RTE-diary-inference and MEM-RTE-outcome-feedback retain supported but incompletely separated object-level findings. The consumer witness is:
const outcome: OutcomeStatus = diary.status === "success" ? "success" : diary.status === "failure" ? "failure" : diary.status === "mixed" ? "mixed" : "partial"; ---
src/outcome.ts
Evaluator inspection in SRC-1 test/context-retrieval-benchmark.test.ts and test/learning-loop.e2e.test.ts confirms authored expected-ID ranking comparisons and stubbed learning-loop integration. MEM-CLM-evaluation-limits and EPI-RTE-retrieval-benchmark correctly withhold observed performance, rule truth and fine-grained causal attribution. Shipped doctrine in SRC-1 README.md and SKILL.md supports the declared validation, inversion, maturity and automatic-learning claims, not their unrestricted operational truth. The criticism request in SRC-1 src/llm.ts establishes an affordance rather than a claim/result/blame/revision trace. Theory-builder conditions, reflection, learning and autonomy remain independently qualified.
The declared containment relations are supported: feedback explanation belongs to its event object; trauma message belongs to its entry; diary inference, checking, validation disposition and inversion are stages of reflection in their stated use. Standalone diary use does not invalidate containment of the reflection step. Reconciliation's sole supersession connects the same applyOutcomeFeedback route across epistemic and memory records and preserves wired implementation/uninspected operation. Import versus import-and-starter admission, curation versus end-to-end reflection, and selected maintenance versus broader withdrawal are valid differing scopes, not interchangeable complete referents. The combined diary and validation-result objects retain distinguishable findings but lack separately declared parts; reconciliation explicitly names the evidence and prevented per-part conclusions. These are the local limits below, not false architectural values or unsupported system-wide absences.
Further optional omission expansion stopped because the selected admission, alternate-reader, safety, withdrawal and status-consumer questions have supported dispositions, and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. Additional helper branches could refine partial inventories but are not reasonably needed to change the retained existence claims. Unsearched behavior is not treated as absent; the reports do not claim exhaustive admission, evaluator, recovery or consumer equivalence.

Limits
- EPI-OBJ-session-diary and MEM-OBJ-diary-entry leave the symbolic outcome-status part without a separate object declaration, as reconciliation records. Its default-success transformation and implemented consumers are supported by EPI-RTE-diary-inference and the consumer trace above. The bounded trace-to-guidance and trace-to-standing conclusions hold, but a complete independently addressable per-part inventory of diary status, checks and authority must be withheld. This coarse inventory does not license treating all diary content as linguistic or all status judgments as extraction.
- EPI-OBJ-validation-result combines fixed-consumer verdict/count fields with interpreted reason/refinement text without separate operative-part declarations, as reconciliation records. EPI-RTE-validation-disposition and workflow's annotation nevertheless preserve boolean progression versus text substitution and the missing independent refinement recheck. Conditional checking, admission and downstream integration remain supported; a complete per-part inventory and equivalence of original-candidate acceptance with refined-text warrant must be withheld.
