Reconciliation

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-workspace-value is superseded by MEM-OBJ-workspace-text. Both identify the current Workspace key/string values, caller-bound storage and layer-local memoryWorkspace Map. Both retain the same write passage from SRC-1, packages/libraries/src/workspace.ts. There is no distinct content part or alternative storage instance separating these declarations. Findings about arbitrary writer-supplied content, replacement, storage lifetime and lack of semantic admission concern this same object. This identity does not include legacy spill storage.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-workspace-text is superseded by MEM-RTE-text-workspace. Both trace explicit keyed writes, bounded reads and lexicographic key listing through the current library and configured service, followed by possible model consumption through tool results. Their shared slice-return passage in SRC-1, packages/libraries/src/workspace.ts, identifies the same selection operation. Neither isolates a different evaluator or consumer route. Retention and substring-selection rows in the epistemic ledger remain separate consequential functions of this route; identity does not turn text storage into factual acceptance. Both declarations retain wired implementation and uninspected operation findings.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-summary-context is superseded by MEM-RTE-atom-compaction. Despite their different labels, both declarations trace current rendered/clipped history through size and boundary selection, summary generation, nonempty-text and pending-call checks, durable text/boundary adoption and later summary-plus-tail delivery. The epistemic declaration is not limited to a distinct installation check: it covers the same whole transformation and read-back progression. SRC-1, packages/agent/src/atoms/compact.ts, packages/agent/src/services/model.ts and packages/agent/src/atoms/durable/compaction.ts, supply their complementary retained passages. The affected epistemic ledger functions are transformation, checking, retention and operational consumption, not four additional route identities. Both records give wired implementation and uninspected operation; neither establishes fidelity or observed behavior change.

These amendments state identity, not a preference for one analyst's interpretation. Both IDs in each pair remain declared; the amendments neither replace field values nor erase the epistemic account of warrant and force.

Containers, parts and distinct routes

EPI-OBJ-summary-text is not identical to MEM-OBJ-compaction-state. The former isolates natural-language CompactionState.summary; the latter includes that text together with boundary, attempts, pending identity, failure and origin state. Their identical reducer passage establishes overlap, not identity of the whole objects. The mixed state remains a valid container alongside its text part. Neither record is identical to RT-OBJ-journal, the persistence container, or MEM-OBJ-trajectory, the role-bearing conversation projection. Evidence: SRC-1, packages/agent/src/atoms/durable/compaction.ts, packages/agent/src/atoms/durable/trajectory.ts and the journal passages retained in the cited records. No combined finding requires a split supersession.

MEM-OBJ-provider-continuation and MEM-OBJ-effect-checkpoint explicitly identify parts of RT-OBJ-journal, not competing names for the journal. The first has provider-identity/schema replay rules; the second has state/operation restoration checks. MEM-OBJ-content-parts additionally includes separately stored bytes. EPI-OBJ-model-reply identifies service reply content before or after admission, not the entire retained trajectory or journal. EPI-OBJ-resource-body identifies imported library payload and metadata, not an alias for those containers or all stored file content. Their cited decoding, digest and return passages establish different operative units; no identity supersession applies.

MEM-RTE-content-replay, MEM-RTE-state-adoption and MEM-RTE-event-inspection concern respectively provider-input reconstruction, fresh-thread encoded-state admission and operator delivery. None replaces RT-RTE-bun-message or RT-CLM-request-before-execution. Likewise, EPI-RTE-response-check isolates conditional current response-contract handling; EPI-RTE-resource-import isolates acquisition payload/metadata. These are distinct operations within or feeding a broad invocation, not duplicate end-to-end invocations.

The legacy records remain separate: MEM-OBJ-compaction-completed, MEM-RTE-legacy-compaction, MEM-OBJ-spill-values, MEM-RTE-spill-readback and EPI-RTE-legacy-output elaborate different retained parts and operations of RT-RTE-legacy-server. Their source paths and consumers distinguish them from current compaction, checkpoint and code-mode records. No cross-generation identity is asserted.

EPI-RTE-repository-gate runs source/build/test checks through repository hooks. RT-RTE-artifact-admission imports and checks built modules; MEM-RTE-state-adoption validates state codecs and fresh history. These admission routes are not identical. EPI-CLM-preserve-facts and EPI-CLM-evaluation-promotion state prescriptions, not duplicate declarations of the implementing or prescribed routes. The runtime's model component, authority paths, permission object, tool gates and child route have no competing declarations in the other supplied members. The workflow declares no records, so its annotations introduce no duplicate identities.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

The workflow annotation on the Bun route independently traces the composition in RT-RTE-bun-message: code owns progression, model proposals precede tool execution, and delivery is an awaited terminal method result rather than an intermediate model return. It specifies that this shipped actor supplies neither permission/budget wrappers nor an output contract. This is compatible with the composition-scoped gates in RT-RTE-governed-tools and conditional checking in EPI-RTE-response-check; the latter does not establish active schema correction in this example. The workflow's cancellation and failure discussion adds lifecycle detail without changing the runtime route's identity or status.

The memory integration issues are disposed as follows:

  • Current versus legacy summary validation remains a distinction, not a disagreement. The runtime describes a no-tool summary request, not a validator rejecting returned tool calls. The current and legacy compaction records distinguish nonempty-text adoption from legacy completion/tool-call rejection. The epistemic current-summary record agrees. No correction to the runtime finding is required by these supplied positions.
  • Legacy spill hydration must not be transferred to RT-RTE-code-execution. The memory annotation preserves current ordinal replay separately. This is a scope restriction shared by the reports, not incompatible findings about one route.
  • The advertised logs.events reload remains unresolved wiring, not an established model consumer. MEM-RTE-event-inspection supplies an actual operator route; RT-RTE-legacy-server does not claim that the advertised model-facing tool is installed. Consequently these reports do not establish universal reloadability of truncated text.
  • Repair filtering and output-contract authority remain separate. MEM-RTE-legacy-compaction establishes omission of designated attempts from projected history; EPI-RTE-legacy-output establishes completion/typed-reread contract checks while leaving fuller repair transitions uninspected. Neither proves rejected assertions false or all rejection reasons available later. Their combination does not close the memory report's precise projectable-mode/verdict-producer inspection limit.
  • The memory report's no-duplicate statement concerns its comparison with the supplied runtime baseline. The workspace and current-compaction duplicates above arise between the independently supplied memory and epistemic declarations; they do not contradict that runtime comparison. Opaque/custom paths and uninspected host/maintenance branches remain coverage limits rather than absences.

RT-RTE-optimization-guidance, its memory annotation and EPI-CLM-evaluation-promotion converge on prescribed trace-fed revision and evaluation, with no supplied candidate lineage, comparative result or exercised promotion. The artifact admission and executable-authority records supply installation mechanisms, not evidence that an optimizer used them. The runtime's separate conditional theory-builder, learning, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement findings therefore remain separate; reconciliation does not collapse them into a stronger status or a single negative verdict.

Conflict disposition and evidence limits

No unresolved cross-report disagreement is identified in the supplied versions. No corrected/declined analyst answers or refusal were supplied; no position is treated as an established defect on that basis. The amendments above address duplicate identities, not incompatible findings. No required undeclared part was identified that makes a cited combined record's finding wrong.

All connections use the supplied records and their retained SRC-1 passages under the boundary Source register. No frozen-source reread was needed. The reports share implementation/doctrine evidence without observed-run or causal evidence. This common limit prevents claims of exercised recovery, summary fidelity, successful task delivery, improved capacity or causal benefit; it is not a disagreement or evidence of absent behavior. Uninspected branches remain beside the conclusions they prevent, rather than being resolved by choosing a stronger-sounding report status.
