Verification

The current reports support a bounded implementation account. The four previously identified memory-object defects are repaired; no material blocker remains. I read every declaration, annotation, source anchor, status and explicit Part of: relation, and assessed the supersession and integration dispositions in reconciliation. I independently inspected consequential producer, admission and consumer behavior in SRC-1 rather than treating analyst validation statements or correction answers as verification. The supplied report-check is none; there is no structural failure to route. Memory supplies four corrected answers; the other answer files are empty.

The source checkout's HEAD equals the reviewed commit and its status is clean. Inspection used source text only: no target execution, tests, provider requests or experiments. Implementation findings do not establish operation, compliance, efficacy or causality. The boundary remains complete artifact, partial loop; the Source register supplies the evidence identity. Additional source coverage below does not turn it into a whole-system analysis.

Runtime dispositions

All runtime declarations are supported at their stated scope. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/modes/print-mode.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/sdk.ts, packages/agent/src/agent.ts and packages/agent/src/agent-loop.ts support RT-RTE-session-turn, RT-CMP-agent-model, RT-OBJ-system-prompt, RT-OBJ-tool-call and RT-BAP-prompt-guidance. Prompt dispatch is conditional on startup/readiness policy; extension and provider transformations separate accumulated history from delivered context. Live model adoption prevents treating the repository pin as a weight pin. Queue-driven continuation does not certify answer truth.

Core preparation validates original arguments, honors blocking preflight results and revalidates revisions. Wrapper approval then uses effective input. SRC-1, packages/agent/src/agent-loop.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/extensibility/extensions/wrapper.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/tools/approval.ts support RT-RTE-tool-dispatch, including the distinction between configured defaults and missing-settings fallback. Its guarantee is execution policy, not semantic patch acceptance or per-system-call confinement.

The alternate-path qualifications are load-bearing and retained correctly. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/cursor.ts supports the separate write-policy gate for native effects in RT-RTE-cursor-exec. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/speculation/host.ts supports early lifecycle/approval vetoes and resource/digest revalidation in RT-RTE-speculative-read; the conclusion remains limited to supported local reads. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/extensibility/extensions/loader.ts supports import and factory execution before ordinary tool calls in RT-RTE-extension-load and RT-BAP-extension-code. Registration recovery cannot establish rollback of arbitrary module I/O or a security sandbox.

SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/task/executor.ts supports separate child-session construction, selected inputs, bounded output and optional persistence in RT-RTE-task-spawn. The record does not equate separate conversations with isolated effects. RT-CLM-coding-agent faithfully attributes SRC-1, README.md, as doctrine/design without turning product superiority into a measured result. All runtime route wired/uninspected status pairs are appropriate.

Memory dispositions and correction answers

The journal, text summary, provider payload, image archive and notebook remain distinct operative objects. Their retained passages and direct SRC-1 inspection of packages/coding-agent/src/session/session-context.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/session/context-notes.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/tools/context-notes.ts support MEM-OBJ-session-journal, MEM-OBJ-compaction-summary, MEM-OBJ-provider-payload, MEM-OBJ-snapcompact-archive, MEM-OBJ-context-notes, MEM-RTE-context-rebuild and MEM-RTE-notebook-update. Reconstruction distinguishes provider replacement history from display entries, inserts the latest valid notebook and respects reset boundaries. Ownership, byte limits and branch rechecks admit notebook replacement, not its semantic adequacy. Producer algorithms and downstream opaque encoding remain explicitly unresolved.

Local-output correction accepted. MEM-OBJ-local-memory is now a valid mixed container. Its declared parts separately own stage-one extraction, raw-memory rendering, rollout summaries, automatically injected summary, on-demand memory, procedure text, scripts, templates and examples. All their Part of: relations are supported. Direct inspection of SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/memories/index.ts, confirms separate publication buckets, redaction/schema admission, keep-set removal and different consumers. MEM-OBJ-memory-summary alone owns automatic summary injection; MEM-OBJ-local-scripts retains code with execution unresolved. Templates and examples do not inherit prose form or execution authority from the container. The revised coverage, write/read-back and integration passages preserve these distinctions.

MEM-RTE-local-consolidation, MEM-RTE-local-lessons and MEM-OBJ-learned-lessons remain supported by their passages and SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/memories/index.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/memories/storage.ts. Schema-admitted extraction and consolidation are not truth/usefulness tests. Summary-first budgeting and session snapshot reuse qualify delivery; a new file or saved lesson need not alter an already-open prompt. No-output removal and empty-input cleanup are retained without asserting transactional multi-file publication.

Mnemopi-part correction accepted. MEM-OBJ-mnemopi-memory now remains a bank container, with separate working, episodic, fact, JSON-embedding and binary-vector declarations. SRC-1, packages/mnemopi/src/core/beam/schema.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/mnemopi/state.ts, confirms those storage distinctions, separate retention inputs and different mutation eligibility. The new parts' containment relations are valid. MEM-OBJ-memory-embeddings and MEM-OBJ-binary-vector retain unresolved generation, consumers and model fixity instead of inheriting row-text authority. MEM-RTE-mnemopi-retention and MEM-RTE-memory-edit do not imply that editing working content edits facts/vectors or withdraws all historical influence. The fact source-retirement qualification matches the adapter's working-source test.

Decision-stage correction accepted. MEM-OBJ-decision-deltas and MEM-OBJ-project-decisions correctly partition MEM-OBJ-decision-files. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/sharpshooter/extract.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/sharpshooter/consolidate.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/sharpshooter/backend.ts, supports evidence occurrence before queueing, optional rationale supplied to consolidation, and separately validated replacement files. MEM-RTE-decision-memory correctly withholds semantic entailment and multi-file rollback. Neither occurrence checking nor complete rationale retention is attributed to every final instruction sentence.

Hindsight-cache correction accepted. MEM-OBJ-mental-models now owns the distinct stable cache. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/hindsight/state.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/hindsight/backend.ts, supports generation-checked loading/publication, deadline fallback, explicit reload and instruction assembly before volatile recall. Unknown seed admission, rendering internals and external derivation remain local. The cache does not inherit first-turn persistence/tracking from MEM-OBJ-recall-entry.

MEM-RTE-hindsight-retention and MEM-RTE-backend-recall correctly distinguish service submission from durability, and selected prompt/history-driven recall from an unsolicited external push. Independent reads of the Hindsight and Mnemopi state files confirm persisted recall reuse; Mnemopi reports changed tracked previews without rewriting historical text, while Hindsight lacks that ID comparison. Child aliases do not establish independent banks.

SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/internal-urls/memory-protocol.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/internal-urls/history-protocol.ts, supports MEM-RTE-artifact-read: explicit full-row/full-branch access coexists with less narrowly scoped legacy paths. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/autolearn/controller.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/sdk.ts and the managed-skill primitives supports MEM-RTE-autolearn-capture and MEM-OBJ-managed-skills. Durable writes can escape a private conversation, but synthetic capture is not human approval. MEM-BAP-memory-guidance and the runtime annotations preserve actual advisory consumers rather than promising compliance. Every memory route remains wired/uninspected; no repair discards a supported positive.

Epistemic and workflow dispositions

All epistemic declarations and ledger functions retain supported local scope. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/sdk.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/autolearn/controller.ts, confirms the private capture route and detached message input. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/autolearn/managed-skills.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/tools/manage-skill.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/extensibility/skills.ts, supports the managed object, description part, sanitizer, mutation and invocation-preparation records. The description's containment and mutation's relation to runtime dispatch are valid. Removing < from a<b justifies withholding universal meaning preservation. Structural admission and retention are not epistemic acceptance. EPI-CLM-managed-library remains attributed reuse doctrine, not observed usefulness.

SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/eval/js/tool-bridge.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/eval/judgment-bridge.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/judgment/index.ts, supports EPI-RTE-eval-judgment, EPI-OBJ-judgment-answers and EPI-CMP-judge-chain. Typed answers reach the awaiting cell; no mandatory product disposition follows without a particular consumer. Fallback/caching is not calibration. Implemented architectural statuses agree with wired implementation and uninspected operation. The indeterminate content relations and local theory/learning limits do not assert a system-wide negative.

The workflow account is a connected selective path, not an invented composition of capabilities. SRC-1, packages/coding-agent/src/task/executor.ts, packages/coding-agent/src/task/structured-subagent.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/task/result-summary.ts, supports WF-RTE-completion-barrier, WF-RTE-output-finalization and WF-RTE-result-delivery. Their three containment relations to task spawn are valid. Pending owner work can postpone completion and stale yield can fail; schema policy can reject output; finalized artifacts, bounded returns, previews and temporary cleanup are separate stages. These mechanisms do not establish semantic correctness, generic rollback or attained durable pointer access. The annotations preserve foreground ownership of caller delivery.

Reconciliation and omission-search disposition

The sole supersession identifies the same managed SKILL.md artifact while preserving complementary findings and the separately declared description part. Valid containers remain alongside their parts; the new memory parts do not need split supersessions. Private capture is a segment of the broader capture/write/read chain, not an identical whole route. Memory/general prompt channels overlap without granting two independent authorities. Context reconstruction precedes a turn. Different inspection depths for skill-body preparation, memory content relations and task finalization are compatible rather than contradictory facts. The current reconciliation correctly removes the four missing-part conflicts after correction. No remaining unresolved cross-report contradiction was identified.

Omission questions were selected from the frozen tree and producer/consumer dependencies. Could alternate effects undermine the dispatch guarantee? Cursor native mutation, speculative authorization and extension import/factory execution support the explicit exceptions, not a universal-wrapper assertion. Could mixed retained representations or hidden instruction supply undermine memory comparisons? Local publication/injection, Mnemopi schema/edit paths, Sharpshooter stage boundaries and Hindsight stable-cache assembly now have distinct supported records. Could additional shipped evaluators establish a broader epistemic negative to be false? SRC-1 searches of packages/mnemopi/src/mcp-tools.ts, packages/mnemopi/src/cli.ts, packages/mnemopi/src/core/vector-index.ts and packages/coding-agent/src/cli-commands.ts confirm alternative admission, numerical retrieval and maintenance surfaces; the reports already mark their algorithms/consumers unassessed and emit no system-complete absence. Could child producer output overstate delivery? Independent finalizer, renderer and facade inspection supports the retained artifact/preview/cleanup qualifications.

Further optional omission expansion stopped because these consequential questions have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unresolved. Core memory derivation/ranking/withdrawal, alternative admissions, compaction producers, cell-specific judgment dispositions, full skill dispatch, isolation/async delegation and other shipped drivers still prevent exhaustive inventory, semantic-fidelity, complete-enforcement and whole-system comparisons. Existing record wording already withholds those conclusions. These are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not evidence of absence and not additional publication limits. More inventory alone is not needed to retain the supported partial-loop account.
