Reconciliation
Boundary and status compatibility
The reports retain the partial-loop boundary and the evidence identity in its Source register. Their additional inspection does not establish whole-system coverage. Route implementation findings of wired and the epistemic ledger's architectural status of implemented describe compatible layers. Operation remains uninspected; neither status establishes activation, compliance or benefit. No analyst answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt. This reconciliation uses the supplied members and makes no source reads.
Duplicate identity and distinct mechanisms
Amendment: MEM-OBJ-managed-skills is superseded by EPI-OBJ-managed-skill. Both identify the isolated managed-skills/
Identity is ruled out between MEM-RTE-autolearn-capture and EPI-RTE-capture-turn. The memory route spans the eligible stop, capture, durable writes and subsequent recall/discovery; the epistemic route individuates the private Agent invocation through provider-state closure. The latter is an execution segment within the broader chain, not a duplicate of that whole chain. Their controller/SDK passages independently converge on top-level eligibility, detached context and restricted capture tools. EPI-RTE-skill-mutation and EPI-RTE-skill-readback trace downstream mutation and selection. Private capture is also distinct from RT-RTE-task-spawn: it does not have the same parent task return/artifact boundary.
Identity is ruled out between MEM-BAP-memory-guidance and RT-BAP-prompt-guidance. Retained-memory supply includes backend instructions, recalled tool results and reconstructed messages; general prompt guidance covers SDK/core instruction delivery. Their inference consumer overlaps, but their channels and upstream scope are not coextensive. This disposes memory integration issue 2 as overlapping supply, not independent grants of authority. Local guidance's subordination to current evidence and Sharpshooter's requested decision-following remain different requested authorities, neither an executable veto.
Identity is ruled out between MEM-RTE-context-rebuild and RT-RTE-session-turn. Reconstruction supplies retained input to a later turn; it does not execute that turn. MEM-OBJ-session-journal, MEM-OBJ-compaction-summary, MEM-OBJ-provider-payload, MEM-OBJ-snapcompact-archive and MEM-OBJ-context-notes are distinct stored parts, not duplicate declarations of RT-OBJ-system-prompt. Their evidence separates raw trace, readable derived text, opaque replay, image archive and authored notebook. Different visibility and budgets preclude treating a display summary as the provider payload.
WF-RTE-completion-barrier, WF-RTE-output-finalization and WF-RTE-result-delivery are declared parts of RT-RTE-task-spawn, not identical spawn routes. They respectively govern scheduling/current yield, output format/status, and artifacts/truncation/parent envelopes. The valid runtime container remains alongside them without split supersession.
Memory-part integration dispositions
The current memory declarations remove the missing-part bases of the previous reconciliation's four conflicts. Their remaining unknowns are scoped limits, not contrary findings between reports.
MEM-OBJ-local-memory is now explicitly a lineage/storage container. MEM-OBJ-stage1-output, MEM-OBJ-raw-memories and MEM-OBJ-rollout-summaries separate intermediate derived content from raw journals and later guidance. MEM-OBJ-memory-summary owns automatic budgeted injection; MEM-OBJ-memory-md and MEM-OBJ-local-skills identify on-demand memory/procedure text. MEM-OBJ-local-scripts, MEM-OBJ-local-templates and MEM-OBJ-local-examples separately retain code or unresolved mixtures and their uninspected execution/rendering consumers. The publication passages in those records and MEM-RTE-local-consolidation support file admission; MEM-RTE-artifact-read supports explicit reachability, not automatic execution. This disposes integration issue 6 without assigning one form or consumer to every output. Local generated procedures remain distinct from the managed-skill store; identity is ruled out despite their shared SKILL.md basename.
MEM-OBJ-mnemopi-memory now remains a bank container alongside MEM-OBJ-working-memory, MEM-OBJ-episodic-memory, MEM-OBJ-mnemopi-facts, MEM-OBJ-memory-embeddings and MEM-OBJ-binary-vector. Their schema and adapter passages distinguish text, triples, metadata and numerical representations. MEM-RTE-memory-edit retains store-specific mutation eligibility; MEM-RTE-mnemopi-retention retains separate transcript, extraction and embedding inputs. Integration issue 4 therefore no longer requires undeclared parts. Core derivation, numerical provenance/fixity, ranking, TTL, alternate CLI/MCP/module paths and deletion propagation remain unresolved; no uniform withdrawal or fixed-model conclusion follows.
MEM-OBJ-decision-deltas and MEM-OBJ-project-decisions separately own the stages within MEM-OBJ-decision-files. MEM-RTE-decision-memory supplies evidence-occurrence admission for extracted deltas and replacement validation for consolidated files. Optional rationale reaches consolidation, while budgeted files reach inference. Integration issue 8 no longer leaves those parts undeclared; it does not establish that every reason or occurrence check survives into the final instruction text.
MEM-OBJ-mental-models separately identifies Hindsight's stable cache, generation/deadline publication and instruction delivery. Identity with MEM-OBJ-recall-entry is ruled out: the latter persists first-turn recall, while the stable cache has different storage, reload and tracking rules. MEM-RTE-backend-recall connects both supplies without transferring recall persistence to the cache. This disposes issue 5's former missing-object concern while retaining unresolved seed admission, rendering internals and excluded upstream derivation. MEM-RTE-hindsight-retention establishes service submissions, not upstream durability or deletion. None of these valid containers is superseded by its separately declared parts.
Cross-report connections and remaining limits
Memory integration issues 1 and 3 extend runtime details explicitly deferred to the memory lens, rather than correcting contrary runtime facts. Issues 4–8 retain the part-specific findings and unknowns above. Issue 7's uninspected advisor, foreign-session, evaluation, branch-summary, skill-fork and cross-language loops remain coverage limits, not evidence that those mechanisms are absent.
The workflow account selects blocking, non-isolated delegation. Its completion and delivery findings extend the runtime's explicitly untraced finalization details. Temporary artifact cleanup qualifies attained persistence without contradicting the runtime's statement that output may persist. Memory's annotation on RT-RTE-task-spawn adds shared backend aliases and suppressed child automatic recall/retention. Separate conversations can coexist with shared durable stores and filesystem effects. Neither a failed result nor a separate context establishes universal rollback or isolation.
RT-RTE-tool-dispatch and the epistemic overlay converge on admissibility rather than correctness. RT-RTE-cursor-exec and RT-RTE-extension-load retain distinct effect paths; no universal-wrapper conclusion follows. EPI-RTE-eval-judgment adds a typed model-assessment helper, not a general oracle governing those paths or workflow completion. Its downstream cell-specific disposition remains uninspected. Identity is ruled out between its role-specific EPI-CMP-judge-chain and RT-CMP-agent-model; common endpoint configuration is possible, not established identity.
Memory's uninspected full skill-body invocation and epistemic's inspected invocation builder are compatible inspection boundaries. EPI-RTE-skill-readback establishes body reading/preparation, not complete dispatch, observed delivery or compliance. EPI-RTE-description-sanitize adds a concrete semantic-preservation limit; memory normalization did not claim universal meaning preservation. EPI-CLM-managed-library concerns retained procedural availability and is not identical to RT-CLM-coding-agent.
The epistemic report explicitly received no memory member. Its unassessed backend content relations therefore do not negate memory's positive implementation findings or classify them as accepted knowledge. Memory's historical prompt snapshots and store-specific edits likewise do not supply missing epistemic acceptance or warrant. The supplied records disclose no remaining cross-report disagreement requiring an Unresolved conflict paragraph. Faithful uncertainty stays local: no operation, improved capacity, system-wide acceptance absence or complete enforcement conclusion is selected from the differing inspection scopes.
