Verification

The records support a bounded implementation account. No material blocker was established. I read all five submitted members, the boundary, types, record contract, structural result and four empty correction-answer files. The structural result reports no findings. I independently inspected SRC-1 source at the registered checkout, confirmed its HEAD equals the reviewed revision and found no checkout changes. No target program, test, example, provider or service was executed. Source findings below are implementation evidence unless identified as doctrine/design or reported operation; none establishes observed activation or causal benefit.

Record support and evidence strength

I checked the declarations, their source anchors, evidence layers, status meanings, containment relations, annotations and reconciliation dispositions. The following groups cover every declared record; workflow declares none.

  • Public retention and delivery. RT-RTE-curate-session, RT-RTE-topic-admission, RT-OBJ-context-tree, RT-RTE-query-retrieval and RT-BAP-topic-guidance are supported by the session state machine, daemon branches, writer and renderer. SRC-1, src/oclif/lib/curate-session.ts, src/server/infra/daemon/agent-process.ts, src/server/infra/render/writer/html-writer.ts and src/server/infra/executor/query-executor.ts distinguish caller generation, structural admission and later selection. Four returned writer failures exhaust the session; envelope failures occur before the attempt increment. Successful writing precedes best-effort logging and deferred index regeneration. Local/shared filtering, unreadable-file dropping, cache reuse and limit slicing prevent treating search counts as complete delivered content. MCP's adapter supplies rendered text, not an additional synthesis step (src/server/infra/mcp/tools/brv-query-tool.ts). Wired implementation and uninspected operation are appropriate.
  • Semantic parts and explicit reads. MEM-OBJ-bv-rule, MEM-OBJ-bv-reason, MEM-OBJ-bv-topic, EPI-OBJ-topic-statements and EPI-OBJ-topic-rules distinguish bodies, rationale, selection attributes and normative consumption. SRC-1, src/server/infra/render/reader/html-renderer.ts, src/server/infra/dream/tool-mode/topic-loader.ts and src/server/infra/render/elements/bv-fact/schema.ts support these parts of the topic container. EPI-RTE-fact-validation checks markup attributes, not the factual assertion. EPI-RTE-render-content correctly identifies deterministic reshaping with possible source-link loss: inline link text survives recursion while href does not. The report labels its concrete example as deduction, not execution. MEM-RTE-topic-read and EPI-RTE-read-topic correctly supply an uncached, explicit-path raw-read alternative (src/oclif/lib/read-topic.ts). None establishes actual inspection or obedience by a caller.
  • Selection feedback and derived stores. MEM-OBJ-runtime-signals, EPI-OBJ-runtime-signals, MEM-RTE-signal-feedback and MEM-RTE-search-recall are supported by SRC-1, src/agent/infra/tools/implementations/search-knowledge-service.ts, src/server/infra/context-tree/runtime-signal-store.ts and src/server/infra/context-tree/tool-mode-sidecar-updaters.ts. Returned-result activity becomes best-effort retained signals and later selection input; it is neither confirmed reading nor factual validation. MEM-OBJ-query-cache correctly narrows freshness: the fingerprint uses the markdown extension, while result payloads can contain rendered HTML (src/server/constants.ts, src/server/infra/executor/query-executor.ts, src/server/infra/executor/query-result-cache.ts). TTL bounds reuse, not immediate withdrawal. MEM-OBJ-context-manifest and MEM-RTE-manifest-injection correctly distinguish lane-based selection from query relevance and note the constructor without a signal store (src/server/infra/context-tree/file-context-tree-manifest-service.ts). MEM-OBJ-summary-index, MEM-OBJ-file-abstract and MEM-OBJ-file-overview retain the markdown-oriented collection/naming, lossy generation and different consumers supported by src/server/infra/context-tree/file-context-tree-summary-service.ts, src/agent/infra/map/abstract-generator.ts and src/agent/infra/map/abstract-queue.ts. No universal HTML derivation guarantee is emitted.
  • Maintenance and recovery. RT-RTE-dream-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-dream-archive, EPI-RTE-prune-candidates and EPI-RTE-dream-undo distinguish candidate predicates, caller decisions, requested archival and logged recovery. SRC-1, src/server/infra/dream/tool-mode/dream-session.ts, src/server/infra/dream/tool-mode/prune-candidates.ts and src/server/infra/dream/dream-undo.ts support inclusive age thresholds, exclusion of core topics, stateless finalize, prior-state capture and nontransactional undo. Arithmetic license does not extend to semantic obsolescence. MEM-OBJ-archive-stub, MEM-OBJ-full-archive and MEM-RTE-archive-expansion concern a separate service: cue, verbatim payload and explicit reload (src/server/infra/context-tree/file-context-tree-archive-service.ts, src/agent/infra/tools/implementations/expand-knowledge-tool.ts). API and registration evidence do not establish an exercised automatic archive cycle. EPI-RTE-review-decision correctly separates post-write status/reversion from factual acceptance; backup absence can result in unlink rather than restore (src/server/infra/transport/handlers/review-handler.ts, src/server/infra/process/curate-html-log.ts).
  • Alternate admissions and internal computation. RT-RTE-direct-edit, RT-RTE-hub-install and RT-RTE-cloud-sync remain distinct from HTML admission. SRC-1, src/server/infra/transport/handlers/context-tree-handler.ts, src/server/infra/hub/hub-install-service.ts and the cited pull/push handlers support direct bytes, bundle/skill branching, divergence guards and review-filtered legacy push. The reports do not generalize that filter to local reads or Git VC. RT-RTE-agent-curation and RT-CMP-content-generator retain internal task generation, automatic overwrite and configurable model/session machinery (src/server/infra/executor/curate-executor.ts, src/server/infra/daemon/agent-process.ts). Tool scheduling, SDK query-mode guards and Node VM controls are not elevated to deployment isolation. RT-RTE-context-control, MEM-OBJ-compaction-boundary and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-progress correctly distinguish full-summary generation from deterministic snippets and pointer-led continuation (src/agent/infra/llm/agent-llm-service.ts, src/agent/infra/llm/context/compaction/compaction-service.ts). Their semantic fidelity and exercised reload remain unobserved.
  • Instructions, workflow and claims. EPI-RTE-hook-instructions and the workflow account preserve static instruction supply, caller-owned generation, structural correction and delivery rather than claiming a successful coding outcome. SRC-1, src/oclif/commands/curate/index.ts supports response-file preservation on thrown dispatch and optional deletion after a nonthrowing rejection; cleanup errors do not reverse completion. src/server/templates/sections/workflow.md supplies a requested dependency barrier, not host enforcement. RT-CLM-project-memory, EPI-CLM-agent-native, EPI-CLM-query-answer and EPI-CLM-benchmark-results preserve attributed claims rather than observed current-route outcomes. SRC-1, README.md, paper/README.md, paper/main.tex and src/oclif/commands/search.ts support the quoted purpose, architectural and evaluation claims. The epistemic comparison properly retains the separate justifier, changed treatment bundle, fixed curated tree and mixed comparison configurations. No isolated curation effect or general factual acceptance follows.

Relations and the reported conflict

All declared Part of: relations have supported containment. Topic parts and derived tree files do not replace their valid container. The two compaction objects are products of the context-control route, which explains their cross-kind parentage. Fact validation, rendering and prune predicates are subroutes, not aliases for their enclosing routes. Review spans later status/recovery consumers rather than duplicating admission.

The two amendments in reconciliation correctly identify the same sidecar and focused-read route without strengthening values. The rule records overlap but have different full referents; retaining the valid grouping and narrower part is defensible. Dream archive versus cue/full archive, full-summary versus rolling checkpoint, and manifest versus ranked search remain distinct.

I independently resolved the reported compaction conflict. SRC-1, src/agent/infra/storage/granular-history-storage.ts calls the boundary-stopping loader and converts all returned messages. src/agent/infra/storage/message-storage-service.ts includes the boundary before stopping, and conversion preserves its content. Thus the source comment quoted by runtime is imprecise if read as excluding the summary. Runtime's own read-back field says it stores a summary boundary and reloads post-boundary messages; it does not explicitly assert that the summary is discarded. Memory supplies the more precise consumer evidence. I dismiss the exclusion interpretation as a material contradiction, rather than treating the comment as stronger than the implementation. This resolves the reconciliation objection without changing a record value or authoring replacement text. The boundary/product distinction remains supported; no source-unsettled disagreement needs publication as a conflict.

Omission questions and stopping decision

I used the frozen top-level tree, CLI/tool inventories and producer/consumer searches to ask whether another shipped path overturns caller-owned public authoring/synthesis, bypasses admission, changes later context, or establishes semantic acceptance. Direct editing, hub/Cloud paths and the legacy curate tool's markdown writes confirm distinct admissions, already allowed by the reports. Searches for archive writers and abstract producers distinguish service capacity from a universal automatic pipeline. Internal query manifest supply does not alter the deterministic public-query account. The SDK child-query path adds a local context-inventory limit below, not a contrary public-query mechanism.

Further expansion into map/swarm/ingest workers, Git VC/worktrees, migrations and alternate compression would improve the partial inventory but is not needed to sustain these positive findings. The reports explicitly leave those families unresolved and emit neither system-complete checking/absence claims nor complete admission, freshness, rollback or context-control coverage. I stopped because the selected challenges have supported dispositions or the stated local limit; none remains that would currently change a consequential emitted conclusion. Excluded hosts and dependencies continue to prevent deployed-loop conclusions, not inspection of available first-party callers.

Limits

  • The working-context inventory is partial beyond the task frame and reduction mechanisms in RT-RTE-agent-curation, RT-RTE-context-control and the memory coverage inventory. SRC-1, src/agent/infra/sandbox/tools-sdk.ts also exposes agentQuery: it creates a child query session, optionally injects selected context variables, returns response text and deletes the child in finally. src/agent/infra/sandbox/sandbox-service.ts binds this SDK to its parent session; src/agent/infra/session/session-manager.ts records parent-child linkage. The reports do not separately inventory this frame. The source-supported omission does not invalidate their selected task-frame, retention, retrieval or compaction findings, but consumers must withhold exhaustive comparisons of delegation frames and their input/return boundaries. Actual grant, invocation and downstream use of this additional mechanism remain unobserved. Its cleanup edge is explicit:

    return response } finally { await sessionManager.deleteSession(childSession.id) } --- src/agent/infra/sandbox/tools-sdk.ts
