Reconciliation
Boundary and connections
The reports share the frozen revision and the boundary's partial-loop scope. The Source register supplies implementation, doctrine/design and reported operation, but no observed-run or causal-experiment evidence. Runtime wiring, epistemic architectural implementation, workflow instructions and unobserved reliance remain separate findings. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt. This reconciliation uses the supplied members without additional source reads.
Independent convergence: RT-RTE-curate-session, its workflow annotation, and the epistemic ledger distinguish caller authorship from daemon admission. Kickoff delegates generation; successful continuation delivers a stored topic. Schema rejection and bounded CLI correction do not establish factual checking or mandatory human approval. The workflow's response-file cleanup and transport-error findings concern proposal recovery, not a new admission route or a duplicate record. They do not convert completion into a transaction across topic, log, sidecar and index.
Independent convergence: RT-RTE-query-retrieval, RT-BAP-topic-guidance, and the workflow delivery account distinguish deterministic local delivery from external synthesis and action. The epistemic comparison of EPI-CLM-query-answer and EPI-CLM-agent-native identifies source-claim/route mismatches, not disagreements between analysts. Internal generation in RT-RTE-agent-curation remains a separate route.
Duplicate supersessions and distinct referents
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-runtime-signals is superseded by MEM-OBJ-runtime-signals. Both identify the same source-native RuntimeSignals sidecar, not different stores: numerical importance, recency, maturity and access/update metadata, separate from topic prose. The epistemic record supplies the SRC-1 schema defaults and tier passage; the memory record supplies storage construction and write/read consumers. Affected findings are the epistemic object inventory and prune ledger's use of those signals, connected to MEM-RTE-signal-feedback. This identity changes no field value: schema-valid or validated metadata does not acquire factual warrant, and usage-based selection remains distinct from confirmed reading or benefit. Both declarations remain available with their supporting passages.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-read-topic is superseded by MEM-RTE-topic-read. Both trace the same CLI read command through readTopic, caller-selected path checks and a current disk read to raw or rendered content. Their identical retained SRC-1 format/rendering passage and matching endpoints establish route identity, not merely similar capability. Affected findings are the epistemic ledger's explicit-path consumption edge and raw-read counterexample to universal renderer loss, together with the memory account's update-author read-back. Neither route uses ranked query or its cache; neither establishes caller inspection or factual acceptance. Both retain wired implementation and uninspected operation; supersession selects no stronger status.
No supersession of RT-OBJ-context-tree is warranted. It remains a valid container alongside MEM-OBJ-bv-rule, MEM-OBJ-bv-reason, MEM-OBJ-bv-topic, and EPI-OBJ-topic-statements. The parts distinguish guidance, rationale, selection attributes and descriptive assertions; the container does not claim these have one evaluator or warrant.
EPI-OBJ-topic-rules and MEM-OBJ-bv-rule overlap but are not identity-equivalent. The former isolates bv-rule normative bodies and severity/ID signals; the latter groups bv-rule and bv-decision bodies. Their shared renderer evidence supports advisory consumption, not equality of their full referents. No combined-record supersession is warranted merely to remove this overlap: the supplied findings do not show that the grouping becomes wrong when its normative part is distinguished. Descriptive premises remain separately assessed in EPI-OBJ-topic-statements.
EPI-RTE-fact-validation is a structural-check part of RT-RTE-topic-admission, not an identity-equivalent disposition route. EPI-RTE-render-content is a transformation within RT-RTE-query-retrieval, reused by focused read, not another retrieval selector. Its retained renderer deduction adds source-link loss to the runtime's selective-rendering limit; raw read supplies a different delivery path. No supersession applies to either pair.
EPI-RTE-review-decision traces a later decision endpoint and recovery/status consumers spanning RT-RTE-topic-admission and RT-RTE-cloud-sync, rather than duplicating either. The reports agree that pending topics can already be read locally, backup failure limits rejection recovery, and legacy Cloud filtering is not universal local-read or Git VC gating. Recorded approval is operational authority, not established evidence-consuming factual acceptance.
EPI-RTE-prune-candidates is a predicate-generation part of RT-RTE-dream-maintenance; EPI-RTE-dream-undo is a separate recovery route. MEM-OBJ-dream-archive is the maintenance route's retained result, not the route itself. No supersession applies. The epistemic undo inspection adds latest-log, partial-error and legacy-update limits where memory explicitly leaves operation-specific restoration incompletely traced. Different inspection coverage is not a disagreement or an exercised recovery guarantee.
MEM-OBJ-archive-stub, MEM-OBJ-full-archive and MEM-RTE-archive-expansion describe a separate cue/payload service and reload operation, not the dream archive. MEM-OBJ-file-overview is an alternative derived input to expansion, not the full source. The inspected write API and registered expansion tool do not close an observed or mandatory automatic archive cycle.
The general purpose in RT-CLM-project-memory is not identical to the LLM-processing assignment in EPI-CLM-agent-native, target-side synthesis wording in EPI-CLM-query-answer, or evaluation protocol in EPI-CLM-benchmark-results. These claims require no supersession. The benchmark record extends the runtime's attributed-reporting limit with judge, reference, treatment-bundle and fixed-write-path qualifications, without supplying observed or causal support for present public retrieval.
Integration issues and remaining conflict
Unresolved conflict: RT-RTE-context-control says full compaction reloads only post-boundary messages; MEM-OBJ-compaction-boundary and the memory annotation say the summary boundary itself is included before traversal stops. The runtime retains the SRC-1 call-site comment describing post-boundary reload; memory retains message-storage fields and the loadMessages passage that unshifts the boundary before breaking. The memory analyst requests interpreting the runtime wording as exclusion of pre-boundary history, not exclusion of the summary. This reconciliation cannot replace the runtime finding with that interpretation. A single unambiguous cross-report statement of exactly which messages reach the subsequent invocation is prevented until the declaring runtime account is resolved. The conflict does not erase the shared finding that full history is reduced or that summary retention is implemented.
The two retained products MEM-OBJ-compaction-boundary and MEM-OBJ-checkpoint-progress are not duplicates of RT-RTE-context-control or of each other. One is a stored natural-language summary loaded with later turns; the other is sandbox JSON with counts/tool names and truncated assistant snippets, reached through a requested explicit access after history clear. Their different producers, persistence and reload mechanisms preclude supersession. The epistemic indeterminate classification concerns semantic fidelity of model-generated summaries, not denial of deterministic checkpoint construction.
The HTML-cache issue is a compatible refinement, not a conflict. RT-RTE-query-retrieval disclaims immediate freshness; MEM-OBJ-query-cache adds that the SRC-1 fingerprint glob follows the markdown extension and therefore need not change after HTML-only edits. TTL bounds reuse; no stale delivery was observed. This qualification also limits withdrawal claims concerning review and dream archive, while the explicit-path read route remains uncached.
The format-divergence issue remains a coverage limit. MEM-OBJ-summary-index, MEM-OBJ-file-abstract, and MEM-OBJ-context-manifest expose markdown-oriented collection/naming, whereas the memory annotation on RT-RTE-dream-maintenance identifies its HTML loader. No supplied report establishes universal cross-format derivation, maintenance or freshness. These distinct planes cannot supersede one another.
The sidecar-injection issue also distinguishes mechanisms rather than conflicting findings. MEM-RTE-signal-feedback feeds search ranking and maintenance; MEM-RTE-manifest-injection reports an internal-query constructor without that signal store. The manifest route is not public ranked retrieval, and no supplied runtime finding requires it to inherit activity-based priorities. MEM-RTE-search-recall is likewise a distinct excerpt/navigation route rather than the full-match public query route. Their stores and delivery selectors warrant no identity supersessions.
Static supply in EPI-RTE-hook-instructions differs from accumulated-topic delivery in RT-BAP-topic-guidance. The memory hook account and workflow dependency instruction agree that shipped requests do not establish host activation, binding force or compliance. No duplicate route or conflict follows from their treating instruction supply separately from retained experience.
The memory integration issues leave ingest/map/swarm provenance, alternate compression, version/worktree/migration changes, connector loading and evaluator-to-write consumers open. Runtime and epistemic coverage retain comparable limits rather than claiming these paths absent. RT-RTE-direct-edit, RT-RTE-hub-install, and RT-RTE-cloud-sync already establish distinct admission counterpaths, so the workflow's selected CLI protocol is not a universal gateway claim. Excluded dependencies and hosts separately limit deployed-loop conclusions. No additional cross-report disagreement is established by these faithful uncertainties; no supplied finding is strengthened into complete checking, learning benefit, theory building or exercised self-improvement.
