Reconciliation
Shared boundary and evidence
All four reports use the revision and source identity fixed by boundary. Their added inspections extend coverage of the registered source, not the frozen functional boundary. The boundary remains complete artifact, partial loop. Implementation and doctrine/design support the account; no supplied member establishes observed operation or causal benefit. The workflow deliberately selects one Pi route; the memory and epistemic reports inspect different additional surfaces. Those differences in coverage are not disagreements. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this reconciliation.
Duplicate identity and distinct parts
Amendment: MEM-RTE-schema-report is superseded by EPI-RTE-schema-validation. Both identify the same requested MCP/API validation path: select an identifier/type or schema-covered types, resolve schemas, validate note representations, return the report and notify the overridable observer. Both cite SRC-1's schema router and observer implementation, including the core no-op observer. The epistemic record additionally traces validator modes and MCP display. This is duplicate route identity, not a choice between competing statuses: both declare implementation wired and operation uninspected. The memory record's observer payload, lack of core persisted certificate and lack of automatic rollback remain its findings; the epistemic record's warning-mode pass qualification remains its finding. References to schema reporting in memory's write-side and integration discussion concern this same route, not a second evaluator. Both IDs remain declared.
No further supersession is established:
- EPI-OBJ-note-content covers Markdown notes and extracted observations/relations across accepted content, files and indexes. MEM-OBJ-markdown-content identifies the particular accepted body field; MEM-OBJ-sync-state identifies routing/version/materialization metadata; MEM-OBJ-graph-publication identifies the prepared generation-fenced graph publication. These are not interchangeable referents. The broad note-content account can remain alongside the narrower operative parts; the supplied findings do not require replacing that container by a split. The memory objects are also not duplicate declarations of the runtime write, materialization or context routes through which they pass.
- EPI-OBJ-capture-draft is the Pi draft payload, explicitly part of RT-RTE-pi-checkpoint, not a second capture/recall route. It is not identical to the generic accepted Markdown body: its stage, lineage and included turns are specific to the formatter.
- EPI-OBJ-validation-result is the transient diagnostic object, not the validation route. EPI-OBJ-inference-result, EPI-RTE-schema-inference and EPI-RTE-schema-drift concern aggregate usage, policy suggestions and contrasts, not graph-context retrieval or another declaration of requested validation.
- MEM-OBJ-envelope and MEM-RTE-trace-archive concern raw metadata and its archive bookkeeping. They are distinct from authored checkpoints in RT-RTE-hook-checkpoint. MEM-OBJ-capture-record instead identifies Tau receipt/recovery metadata, not either artifact.
- MEM-CMP-tau-summarizer requests prose synthesis, unlike the runtime's RT-CMP-fastembed-provider, RT-CMP-openai-provider and RT-CMP-litellm-provider embedding components. Shared distributed-parametric form does not establish component identity.
- EPI-OBJ-memory-skills, EPI-RTE-research-note and EPI-RTE-reflect-notes concern separately loaded research/reflection guidance, not RT-BAP-server-instructions or extractive capture. Their claimed implementation and doctrine-only ledger status describe prescriptions, not conflicting assessments of executable capture code.
- EPI-CLM-never-forgets asserts broader recall than RT-CLM-persistent-notes. The schema-pattern, reflection and QA claims refer to other operations. None is a duplicate of the persistent-notes claim.
Connected findings and integration dispositions
Acceptance, publication and reload. RT-RTE-note-write admits accepted state; RT-RTE-note-materialization separately publishes files and derived data. MEM-RTE-note-reload resolves part of the runtime's explicitly uninspected read-source arbitration: structured reload uses accepted entity content with resource fallback only when content is None. This is a refinement, not a contradiction or supersession. It does not settle every resource/cache path. Graph retrieval in RT-RTE-context-build remains a different selection operation, not another name for full-body reload. This disposes memory's read-source and object-overlap issues without turning file completion into a universal availability bit.
Trace archival and host differences. Memory's raw-archive issue is resolved locally by MEM-RTE-trace-archive: parsed envelopes move to processed storage and later support replay accounting, not graph-note promotion. This extends the hook route's open archive branch without establishing absence of other readers. Its cross-host issue remains a required separation: MEM-RTE-tau-handoff requests model synthesis and uses receipts, MEM-RTE-hermes-continuity uses extractive formatting, and MEM-RTE-openclaw-context returns cached recall through systemPromptAddition. They are not duplicates of either Pi route. Tau does not contradict the Pi-specific no-model-summarization finding; it prevents extending that finding across hosts. OpenClaw's unresolved child-note reader is not supplied by Pi or Tau evidence.
Workflow delivery and independent checks. The workflow account directly checks the same Pi producer and subprocess helpers that support RT-RTE-pi-checkpoint; the epistemic capture-draft record independently checks its text extraction. They converge on extractive, role-filtered capture rather than certified task results. Workflow adds that a zero exit with parseable JSON is not a checked write-success discriminant. Runtime's formatted capture status does not claim such semantic verification, so this is a qualification, not a conflict. Both retain the consumed automatic recall attempt on failure. RT-BAP-recall-data and workflow's final-handoff annotation end at context delivery, before demonstrated assistant dependence or task success. Workflow declares no new records requiring supersession.
Withdrawal and retention policy. MEM-RTE-note-withdrawal implements deletion while lifecycle guidance prescribes archiving; runtime already treats that guidance as model-facing policy. This is no cross-report disagreement. Memory's retention issue prevents a universal archive-never-delete guarantee: processed envelopes also expire, and deletion does not revoke copied host context. Complete physical/remote cleanup remains uninspected.
Checks, prescriptions and evaluator outputs. The duplicate validation route above connects memory's structural-report finding to epistemic's mode-relative diagnostics. Neither makes schema conformity factual endorsement or a core write veto. Epistemic's research/reflection prescriptions extend maintenance coverage that memory explicitly left incomplete, without establishing exercised acceptance or autonomous recurrence. EPI-RTE-qa-answer, EPI-RTE-qa-judge and EPI-OBJ-qa-case concern generated answers, gold-relative verdicts and rejudging. Memory's write-side evaluator discussion establishes benchmark artifact outputs, not a demonstrated persistence path for these particular QA cases. The reports must not be joined into an untraced QA-to-file or evaluator-to-production-update route. Memory's open observer/production-consumer issue therefore remains a limitation, not a disagreement.
Remaining included mechanisms. Memory's final coverage issue and epistemic's coverage limits retain uninspected import/watch admission, cloud/relay callers, caches, alternative tools, skills and evaluators. Each report's positive witnesses remain local to their routes. None establishes all-admission coverage, all-host safety, observed learning, crash correctness or causal improvement. No dependency in the supplied reports requires a cited record to say something it no longer says.
No unresolved cross-report conflict is identified in these pinned inputs. The retained unknowns bound conclusions; they are not converted into absences or settled by choosing the strongest-sounding status. No source checkout reads were needed for this reconciliation.
