Synthadoc report verification

Verification
The submitted runtime, memory, epistemic, workflow and reconciliation members support a bounded implementation account. No material blocker was found. The structural report-check says none; all four correction-answer inputs are empty. No correction or declined objection therefore required adjudication.
I rechecked the source checkout's HEAD and clean short status against boundary, then compared its tracked root tree with the boundary's functional coverage. The shipped server, CLI, clients, maintenance instructions and exported-bundle consumer remain inside the declared boundary. The reports do not attribute external coding-agent internals or deployment isolation to Synthadoc. Source inspection supports implementation and attributed design, not observed execution or causal benefit. No target code, tests, examples or providers were executed.
Records, support and authority
I reviewed every declaration, annotation, source anchor, conclusion-status field and epistemic ledger row in the supplied reports. Independent source tracing concentrated on the consequential producer-to-consumer chains rather than accepting the analysts' validation claims as semantic verification.
- Runtime: The provider and embedding component records distinguish configuration/model names from exact numerical artifacts and embedding data from model weights. The workflow protocol and guidance objects distinguish executable dispatch from requested model behavior. Ingest clipping, candidate snippets, decision-cache inputs, force staging bypass, default staging, direct flagging, query-state filtering and the differing routing constructors support the ordinary invocation and its exceptions. Queue dispatch and orchestrator sequencing agree with RT-RTE-source-ingest and RT-RTE-wiki-query. The registry loop, wrappers, confirmation helper and ActionAgent consumer support RT-RTE-workflow-loop, including bounded retries and plain-text termination. Lint resolution, candidate movement, MCP replacement, context/export delivery, coding-provider launch, dynamic imports, hooks and scheduled subprocesses support the remaining route records. Source anchors and retained passages distinguish wired paths from unobserved operation. No evidenced-absence record is declared.
- Guarantees and behavioral authority: The confirmation wrapper really refuses the applicable call on a declined fallback response, but a session boolean is not authenticated human review and does not bind approval to exact replacement bytes. The resolved-root function checks its own page paths, not all process effects. Native coding tools, imported Python and shell hooks have different effect boundaries. These findings support the scope of RT-CLM-confirm-scope, RT-CLM-effect-boundary and all three runtime behavioral-authority records. In particular, nonzero blocking-hook failures can propagate while other hook exceptions are logged; the report does not promise transactional rollback.
- Memory: Storage serialization, source-sidecar production, embedding construction, response-cache lookups, chat-summary persistence, snapshot resolution, faithfulness-cache keys and overview production support the operative-object inventory. I traced their actual consumers separately. The local streaming handler passes the recent raw history, not its stored summary, to the orchestrator; summary/count control overflow handling and notices. Imported JSONL filters, cross-wiki retrieval, fix-record rollback, citation re-audit selection, automatic masking, scaffold preservation/regeneration and backup enumeration support the route-specific findings. MEM-RTE-session-context does not claim successful summary-fed recall. MEM-RTE-backup-restore correctly stops at an afforded recovery capability. MEM-BAP-retained-content distinguishes interpreted body text from executable selectors and cached output substitution. The annotations add memory fields without changing runtime identities.
- Epistemic: Citation annotation accepts structurally screened model text or falls back to the original section; neither branch guarantees semantic support. Structural citation checking tests references, not truth. Adversarial criticism uses truncated page text; persisted warning counts have a separate lifecycle/auto-resolution consumer. Cached unchanged pages skip demotion reapplication. Draft promotion does not consume the citation or factual-check results as an acceptance criterion. These distinctions support EPI-RTE-citation-annotation, EPI-RTE-structural-citations, EPI-RTE-adversarial-review, EPI-RTE-warning-gate and EPI-RTE-lifecycle-admission. Link cleanup and masking are bounded removal/reshaping, not factual refutation. Faithfulness checks compare extracted fragments with sidecar slices, retain fallible verdicts and affect audit selection, presentation and CLI status; this is not a page-admission gate. Snapshot rollback restores a body without renewing its warrant. The AquaFlow scorer derives substring coverage, including the stated negation counterexample, not semantic correctness or component attribution. The three public-claim records match the source's accuracy, citation and human-review language; the implementation counterexamples justify their qualified comparison. Indeterminate synthesis is appropriate without a checked input/output instance. The bounded conclusion explicitly withholds a system-complete negative about acceptance, learning or theory-building.
- Workflow: Independent tracing of discovery, read sets, gate construction, write helper, scanner, rollback and ActionAgent delivery supports WF-RTE-content-health. Discovery membership is conditional on a nonempty set; prior successful reading is a distinct guard. Remaining structural issues do not veto persistence. Dismissal is a separate ungated metadata change. Snapshot fallback is positional if stable-ID resolution fails. Final text and client done events are termination/delivery signals, not an independently verified repair ledger. The coding-provider alternative is kept separate from normal registry enforcement.
These checks used SRC-1 implementation at the cited paths in the records: particularly synthadoc/agents/ingest_agent.py, synthadoc/agents/lint_agent.py, synthadoc/agents/query_agent.py, synthadoc/agents/_query_utils.py, synthadoc/agents/workflows/_loop.py, synthadoc/agents/workflows/_base.py, synthadoc/agents/workflows/_tools.py, synthadoc/agents/workflows/content_health_resolver.py, synthadoc/agents/workflows/tools/content_health_tools.py, synthadoc/storage/wiki.py, synthadoc/storage/search.py, synthadoc/storage/log.py, synthadoc/integration/http_server.py, synthadoc/integration/mcp_server.py, synthadoc/core/orchestrator.py, synthadoc/core/cache.py, synthadoc/core/export.py, synthadoc/core/backup_engine.py, synthadoc/core/scheduler.py, synthadoc/core/hooks.py, synthadoc/providers/coding_tool.py, synthadoc/agents/skill_agent.py, synthadoc/agents/citation_faithfulness_agent.py, synthadoc/agents/faithfulness_cache.py, synthadoc/skills/session/scripts/main.py and tests/integration/okf_consumer_agent.py. Public language in README.md is doctrine, and the evaluator in docs/example/aquaflow/evaluation/scripts/eval_queries.py is unexecuted implementation.
Relations and reconciliation
All declared Part of: relations preserve genuine containment: session extraction and citation annotation specialize ingest; the five lint parts specialize lint repair; fix history and content-health workflow specialize the generic maintenance loop. Containment does not transfer the part's guarantees to every path through its parent.
I checked all five supersessions in reconciliation. The page-body pair, faithfulness-cache pair, faithfulness-audit pair, cross-wiki pair and masking pair identify the same respective referents. Their complementary consumer and retention details survive supersession. Extraction text versus sidecar/pagemap, lifecycle field versus broader frontmatter, citation markers versus full body, and fix-history subchain versus full content-health workflow remain valid overlapping parts or containers. The HTTP indexed rollback is not the fix-record rollback. No missing material part requiring a new declaration was identified. No unresolved inter-report conflict was found: summary production versus nondelivery, source-level timeout disagreement, and active-review doctrine versus automatic activation are explicitly distinguished findings, not incompatible analyst accounts. Every memory integration issue has a disposition without upgrading its evidence strength.
Consequential omission searches and stopping decision
The frozen tree and the endpoint/producer/consumer dependencies supplied the search basis. I investigated whether alternate writes defeat a universal approval claim, whether later consumers defeat active-only reliance, whether summary storage actually closes a semantic read-back route, and whether lint or citation auditing supplies factual acceptance beyond operational admission. Direct MCP edits, candidate moves, force paths, lifecycle promotion, OKF defaults, the shipped bundle consumer, raw-tail forwarding and separate warning/audit consumers resolve those questions in favor of the reports' existing qualifications. HTTP operation searches also exposed /analyse, explicit lifecycle transitions and routing maintenance; these do not overturn the scoped accounts or turn them into exhaustive inventories. I checked masking writes against invalidation calls and faithfulness keys against body-edit paths; the reports correctly withhold global withdrawal and guaranteed-current verdict conclusions.
One additional context-selection mechanism is incompletely inventoried: language-based history filtering, retained below as a local limit. It does not invalidate the existence of raw-tail read-back or establish summary delivery. Further optional omission expansion stopped because the selected challenges have supported dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains, and the reports already withhold exhaustive workflow, extraction, recovery, initialization and external-provider conclusions. Uninspected alternatives are not evidenced absence. The evidence does not justify comparisons of deployed reliability, complete context fidelity, universal approval, global erasure or successful self-improvement.

Limits
- The context-selection inventory in RT-RTE-wiki-query, MEM-RTE-session-context and memory's Read-back account does not separately describe language filtering after raw-history reload. SRC-1,
synthadoc/agents/_query_utils.py, implements question-relative script/language comparison and removes mismatched assistant turns plus an immediately preceding user turn;synthadoc/agents/query_agent.pycalls its history formatter when building synthesis input. Thus raw-tail reload and character trimming remain supported mechanisms, but readers must not infer that every turn surviving those two stages reaches synthesis, or that these reports completely enumerate working-context eviction. This local omission changes neither the stored-summary nondelivery finding nor the route's wired status. The additional selector is evidenced by the formatter's call:
kept = filter_history_by_language(history, question) if question else history ---
