Reconciliation
The reports share the frozen source and evidence limits in boundary: implementation and doctrine/design, without observed target execution or causal comparison. This reconciliation connects their records without changing their fields or choosing stronger statuses. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied. No source reads were needed.
Duplicate identities
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-wiki-page is superseded by MEM-OBJ-page-content. Both identify the natural-language WikiPage Markdown body, not its lifecycle metadata or its producing route. The epistemic record's compiled-claim description is a lens on the same body, not a separate stored part. Identity evidence is the body production/replacement and storage evidence cited in those records. The epistemic inventory and ledger's page references therefore concern the memory record's referent; truth-aptness and unknown source warrant remain the epistemic report's findings. Neither declaration is removed.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-faithfulness-cache is superseded by MEM-OBJ-faithfulness-cache. Both identify .synthadoc/faithfulness-cache.json, with verdicts, markers, reasons and timestamp-derived freshness keys. Their cited serialization and key passages establish the same retained object. The epistemic retention and consumption rows and memory re-audit discussion concern that same cache. This does not equate freshness with current factual support.
Amendment: MEM-RTE-faithfulness-audit is superseded by EPI-RTE-faithfulness-audit. Both trace the on-demand citation audit from scope/claim-and-sidecar selection through model verdicts and cache retention to later consumers. The common claim-fragment comparison, verdict parsing, orchestrator cache merge and stale-key predicate establish route identity. The epistemic record adds CLI exit and editor consumers; the memory record supplies further retention and reason-truncation detail. These are complementary findings on the same route, not competing statuses. Its check, retention and consumption ledger rows remain separate consequential functions. Supersession does not erase memory's GET/display and stale-only selection findings or turn the audit into an automatic content gate.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-cross-wiki is superseded by MEM-RTE-cross-wiki. Both identify registered-peer selection, /retrieve delivery, merged budgeted page context and cross-wiki model synthesis. Their shared routing, own-wiki inclusion and context-budget account establish identity; HTTP caching/session retention in memory and first-ten citation assembly in epistemic describe different portions of that chain. The epistemic content-transformation row remains an assessment of the same synthesis. The agent not itself persisting an answer into the wiki does not contradict the HTTP driver retaining chat answers. Citation identifiers remain distinct from verified support.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-sensitive-withdrawal is superseded by MEM-RTE-sensitive-mask. Both identify pattern scanning and masking through CLI and automatic server paths, including the same post-ingest masked-file write. Memory additionally traces the periodic scan and retained scan-cycle selector; epistemic separates pattern checking from content transformation. The latter's incomplete periodic inspection is not a competing account of its behavior. All these findings remain scoped to matched page text, not erasure of sidecars, history, exports or cached answers.
Containers, parts and distinct identities
No supersession joins EPI-OBJ-extracted-text with MEM-OBJ-source-sidecars. The former spans acquired extraction text and its persisted sidecar lines; the latter identifies retained text sidecars plus PDF pagemap access metadata. The shared sidecar text is an overlap, but neither record's whole referent replaces the other. Both retain the distinction between clipped compilation input and later sidecar-line audit input; their valid containers need not be split merely to remove overlap.
No supersession joins EPI-OBJ-lifecycle-state with MEM-OBJ-page-metadata. Lifecycle status is a material field within the broader frontmatter container, whose other fields include provenance and interpreted notes. Likewise, EPI-OBJ-citation-markers identifies an operative part embedded in page content plus the claim-fragment relation assessed by the checker; it is not a second identity for the entire page body. EPI-OBJ-lint-warnings identifies criticism text and its gate-consumed count, not all page metadata. These containers and parts can coexist without replacing findings.
MEM-RTE-session-ingest is explicitly part of RT-RTE-source-ingest, not its duplicate. Its role/block filters specialize the extraction path. EPI-RTE-citation-annotation is another declared part, with separate annotation safeguards and fallback. EPI-RTE-structural-citations, EPI-RTE-adversarial-review, EPI-RTE-warning-gate, EPI-RTE-lifecycle-admission and EPI-RTE-link-cleanup are declared parts of RT-RTE-lint-repair. Their separate check, restriction, admission and rewrite functions do not supersede that valid maintenance container.
WF-RTE-content-health and MEM-RTE-health-history both specialize RT-RTE-workflow-loop, but are not identical. Workflow covers discovery, read guards, proposal, confirmation, replacement, dismissal, recovery and streamed delivery; memory concentrates on fix records, snapshots and later rollback. The shared helper is a subchain, not grounds to collapse the full workflow into its recovery route. EPI-RTE-snapshot-rollback is a different HTTP recovery handler: caller index, forced undo checkpoint and body restoration while preserving lifecycle. It is not the fix-record-driven rollback helper.
The stored artifacts are not their routes: MEM-OBJ-chat-messages, MEM-OBJ-lifecycle-history, MEM-OBJ-response-cache and MEM-OBJ-search-vectors are distinct from the session, repair, query and embedding operations consuming them. The vectors are not RT-CMP-text-embedding's weights. EPI-OBJ-query-result identifies the returned answer/citation object; retained chat and cached result objects have separate storage and consumers, despite retaining portions of such results.
MEM-RTE-scaffold-guidance produces retained purpose/instructions and selection guidance; it does not duplicate fixed RT-OBJ-workflow-guidance. MEM-OBJ-overview is another generated product, not the scaffold route or an established summary-fed answer path. MEM-RTE-backup-restore packages/restores state rather than rendering and consuming the exports in RT-RTE-context-export. Their recovery and delivery boundaries remain separate.
The three public warrant claims in the epistemic claim comparison do not duplicate runtime's RT-CLM-confirm-scope or RT-CLM-effect-boundary. Requested accuracy, citation coverage and human-review authority are different from scoped confirmation and local path containment. EPI-RTE-answer-evaluation is an offline substring scorer with an explicit fact-string oracle, not the oracle-free ordinary query route. No other record identity requiring supersession was found.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
The memory integration issues introduce no contrary runtime finding. MEM-RTE-session-context extends runtime's query history account: raw recent turns reach synthesis, while stored summaries govern overflow control and notices in the inspected handler. Summary persistence must not be promoted to summary-fed answering. Runtime had left detailed session retention unestablished, not denied it.
Runtime's RT-CLM-confirm-scope, workflow's WF-RTE-content-health and the epistemic ledger converge on permission being narrower than factual acceptance. Workflow adds that rescanning does not veto remaining structural issues, dismissal is not in the replacement gate, and plain-text termination is not independent completion verification. These supplement rather than contradict memory's snapshot/rescan account. Workflow's prompt-versus-code timeout discrepancy is an internal source discrepancy, not disagreement between analyst reports.
The reports independently distinguish consumer eligibility: ordinary search admits active/stale, cross-wiki retrieval requires active, default OKF export includes contradicted, and direct reads use explicit slugs. EPI-RTE-lifecycle-admission adds automatic draft activation to the existing force, lint and direct-write counterexamples. Thus the active-implies-human-review design claim and implementation can differ without the analyst reports disagreeing about either.
Memory's unresolved masking coherence and evaluation freshness issues agree with epistemic's limits. Masking writes need not invalidate every consumer; source-ingestion timestamps need not change on body-only edits. These are bounded conclusions preventing global withdrawal and guaranteed-current verdict claims, not reasons to upgrade or downgrade another route's status. Backup/restore and export snapshots remain separate retained copies. Unknown initialization authority, embedding refresh, external provider checkpoints, hook-produced state and incompletely assessed workflow/client paths remain local limitations.
MEM-BAP-retained-content concerns later consumption, whereas RT-BAP-source-decision, RT-BAP-workflow-guidance and RT-BAP-extension-code identify original compilation input, fixed method guidance and executable extension authority. Their distinct consumers/channels rule out identity. Retained-content delivery and implemented product changes do not settle the independently unestablished learning, reflection, theory-building or exercised self-improvement conclusions in the epistemic account.
No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was found. In particular, epistemic's statements that it found no supplied object counterpart compare against runtime, not against the memory member's parallel declarations reconciled above. No dependent finding was found to require a cited record to say something it no longer says. No required missing part was identified from these records. The stated uncertainties remain limitations, not conflicts settled by this member.
