AriGraph report verification

Verification
The pinned reports support publication of a bounded implementation account. The runtime correction resolves the previous recent-episode exclusion blocker. Hypergraph's additional spatial store remains an incomplete alternate-API inventory, retained as a limit rather than evidence of deployed navigation. The supplied report-check says none; it creates no structural blocker. Runtime supplies one correction answer; the other answer files are empty. I judged the reports afresh rather than treating either the answer or the previous judgment as proof.
Independent inspection
I read every supplied declaration, annotation, epistemic ledger row, containment relation, reconciliation amendment and conflict. I assessed claim support, evidence strength, consumer delivery, ordering and scope; I did not repeat deterministic citation and quotation checks. The boundary and Source register agree with the frozen checkout: HEAD is the reviewed commit, tracked status is clean, and the root tree includes the shipped game, QA, baseline, human and evaluation drivers. No target or boundary-kind contradiction was found.
Independent SRC-1 implementation reads covered all root Python drivers; agents/parent_agent.py, agents/llama_agent.py; all four graph sources; utils/utils.py, utils/contriever.py, utils/retriever_search_drafts.py, utils/observedgpaph.py, utils/textworld_adapter.py; and src/contriever.py. I also read src/utils.py lines 1–125 to distinguish model/optimizer checkpoints from graph persistence. Doctrine/design reads covered README.md, prompts/prompts.py and prompts/system_prompts.py. Recorded-operation reads covered only the first 65 lines of logs/hunt_arigraph.txt and first 35 lines of logs/musique_gpt.txt. Repository-wide Python searches checked snapshot/accessor consumers, serialization, model-state loading, the named reflexion prompt, alternate graph constructors, diagnostic callers and tool/CLI dispatch terms. These reads establish implementation and attributed log content, not fresh operation, provider compliance or causal benefit. No target execution, installation or provider call was performed.
Records and evidence dispositions
Components, static guidance and plans. RT-CMP-gpt-agent, RT-CMP-retriever and RT-CMP-llama-agent distinguish inference, changing embedding caches and unresolved upstream model identity correctly. SRC-1, agents/parent_agent.py, agents/llama_agent.py, graphs/parent_graph.py, graphs/contriever_graph.py, utils/contriever.py and src/contriever.py support fresh messages, inference-only embedding requests, unpinned checkpoint resolution and the local adapter's unused JSON control. They do not establish opaque provider storage or training. RT-OBJ-system-prompts correctly identifies static authored guidance. RT-OBJ-plan and RT-BAP-plan-decisions trace whole-response replacement and subsequent interpreted guidance and numerical selection influence, not certified progress or theory criticism. Their supporting passages are consistent with SRC-1, pipeline_arigraph.py and both prompt modules.
Main cycle, navigation and workflow. RT-RTE-game-cycle, RT-RTE-graph-navigation and RT-BAP-action-dispatch accurately separate synchronous model roles, Python progression and TextWorld effects. SRC-1, pipeline_arigraph.py, graphs/parent_graph.py and utils/textworld_adapter.py support JSON/key fallback to look, no local action-list membership test, path expansion into hidden commands, diagnostic feedback and termination through logs rather than a returned final answer. The outer-loop bound does not bound commands or expenditure. The workflow account and both annotations preserve distinct handoff acceptance points and narrow recovery without inventing delegation, rollback or successful recovery. Navigation diagnostics can enter the next ordinary extraction round. The game route's observed status remains confined to the supplied initial sequence in SRC-1, logs/hunt_arigraph.txt, not full-episode delivery or current-default reproduction.
Main memory and the corrected selector. RT-RTE-game-memory, MEM-OBJ-triplets, MEM-OBJ-obs-episodic, MEM-OBJ-graph-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-episodic-snapshots and MEM-OBJ-history distinguish live facts, historical input text, selection metadata, copies and recent history. SRC-1, graphs/contriever_graph.py, graphs/parent_graph.py, utils/utils.py, utils/contriever.py and utils/retriever_search_drafts.py support normalization/deduplication, location protection, fact-vector withdrawal without episode withdrawal, semantic re-embedding, recursive per-query top-k and previous-subgraph episode ranking. Neither relevance scores nor delivery establish truth or behavioral activation.
I independently traced the runtime answer's correction through admission, episode-key retention, top-k selection, exact-string filtering and recent-history append. The ordinary invocation account and Selection predicate now both state that pre-inventory episode keys differ from inventory-augmented recent strings. The route retains the load-bearing ordering/filter/retention passages. The memory annotation, integration issue and epistemic selection row remain compatible with that qualified account. The previous blocker is resolved: no current passage promises successful suppression of the recent window. Positive selected-memory delivery remains supported by RT-BAP-memory-decisions, SRC-1, pipeline_arigraph.py and musique_test_big.py.
QA and diagnostics. RT-RTE-qa-cycle, EPI-OBJ-answer, EPI-OBJ-answer-metrics and EPI-RTE-answer-metrics preserve task reset, additive paragraph admission, fresh-subgraph episode overlap, answer generation and post-answer diagnostic scoring. SRC-1, musique_test_big.py and graphs/contriever_graph.py support the unused retrieve_facts argument, HotpotQA input-shape mismatch and non-LLaMA answer-model misselection. The repeated-token deduction correctly bounds metric labels: matching words are counted with a set, while lengths and exact equality use lists. Reference answers are not admission gates. The observed QA sequence in SRC-1, logs/musique_gpt.txt supports the scoped observed statuses, including its nonexact answer, not aggregate replication.
RT-RTE-graph-evaluation retains the intended evaluator as claimed, not working validation. SRC-1, pipeline_graph_evaluation.py and graphs/lazy_graph.py support uninitialized local state, local/global graph separation, missing client initialization and uncalled defective scoring. Epistemic's doctrine-only assessment is explicitly of functioning end-to-end scored validation, not denial of code fragments. EPI-RTE-reference-match is a separate afforded exact-membership diagnostic in SRC-1, utils/retriever_search_drafts.py; its count has no established consequential consumer or shipped invocation.
Alternate retention and auxiliary APIs. RT-RTE-full-history and MEM-OBJ-observations; RT-RTE-summary-cycle and MEM-OBJ-summary; and RT-RTE-smart-rag, MEM-OBJ-rag-observations and MEM-OBJ-rag-metadata faithfully distinguish full delivery, model replacement and ranked trace selection. SRC-1, pipeline_fullhist.py, pipeline_summary.py and pipeline_smartrag.py support these chains, the exact summary seed, old-plan embedding/new-plan importance ordering and the -0 recent-index defect. These are separate callers, not interchangeable main-driver backends. Missing separate compression/rating rationales does not imply absent reasons in plan text or beneficial learning. RT-RTE-human-play correctly separates helper definitions from console-selected actions in SRC-1, interactive_human_games.py.
RT-RTE-hypergraph-update, MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-content, MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-index and EPI-OBJ-thesises correctly describe thesis/event names, incidence and numerical state, name-directed deletion, surviving event text, ascending event ranking and an unformatted extraction template. SRC-1, graphs/hypergraph.py supplies these mechanisms. No shipped root caller establishes deployment or downstream planner use. Its separate inherited spatial writes require the inventory limit below, not withdrawal of these supported findings. MEM-OBJ-observed-graph and MEM-RTE-observed-update correctly characterize the independent fixed-rule mutation/display surface in SRC-1, utils/observedgpaph.py; caller identity and behavioral consumption remain unresolved rather than invented.
Epistemic edges and claims. EPI-OBJ-observation-text, EPI-RTE-observation-cleanup, EPI-RTE-triplet-parsing, EPI-OBJ-outdated-triplets and EPI-RTE-removal-parsing isolate input, syntax and withdrawal stages accurately. SRC-1, pipeline_arigraph.py, utils/utils.py and graphs/contriever_graph.py support lossy suffix cleanup, exact alias handling and the deletion counterexample with an unvalidated replacement side. The ledger's indeterminate extraction, spatial, summary and answer edges do not overclaim entailment or conjecture; lexical derivations license only their checked domains. Retention/use is correctly separated from evidence-consuming acceptance and accepted-claim integration. EPI-CLM-concrete-extraction and EPI-CLM-conservative-replacement accurately attribute prompt policies to SRC-1, prompts/prompts.py, without asserting observed compliance. RT-CLM-memory-performance retains SRC-1, README.md performance reporting without independent causal endorsement. Learning, reflection, theory building and self-improvement are not collapsed into one negative.
Bounded absences and file retention. Independent identifier searches corroborate RT-ABS-reflex-invocation and MEM-ABS-state-readers: named-prompt definition, snapshot writes/resets and accessor definitions do not supply shipped read/replay calls. The scopes exclude undocumented external consumers and bytecode-only variants. MEM-OBJ-logs separates append-only text and optional JSON writes from graph restart persistence in SRC-1, utils/utils.py. Model checkpoint helpers in SRC-1, src/utils.py and src/contriever.py do not change that graph-persistence conclusion.
Relations, conflict dispositions and omission stopping
Every Part of: relation identifies an input, retained state or operation inside its named route, not a substitute for that loop. Game/QA overlaps are explicitly described. The three amendments in reconciliation correctly identify shared triplet, episode and summary referents: EPI-OBJ-triplets, EPI-OBJ-episodic-text and EPI-OBJ-summary correspond to their memory counterparts. The valid Hypergraph container can remain alongside finer content/index records. Parsing, scoring, auxiliary graph mutation and fixed-reference diagnostics have distinct targets and effects. No record identity needs correction.
Reconciliation correctly retires the recent-exclusion disagreement and retains the spatial-store missing-part conflict with record citations, evidence and prevented conclusion. I accept the factual omission, but not an automatic publication blocker: the verification type's materiality threshold permits local incomplete inventories. Runtime now explicitly names the positive spatial write and disclaims exhaustive alternate-API storage coverage; the other Hypergraph findings neither deny that store nor assert a deployed consumer or complete inventory. The limit below preserves the consequence. No central game/QA finding or emitted system-level comparison value depends on a complete Hypergraph inventory. Stale episodes, effective budgets, provider opacity and missing benefit evidence are supported convergence or faithful scoped uncertainty, not unresolved contradictory values.
Omission questions were selected from the root tree, alternate callers and producer/consumer dependencies. Could another shipped path establish graph restart replay, retained-reason consumption or model/prompt improvement? Repository-wide Python searches and checkpoint-helper reads found model-state utilities rather than graph reload or named reflexion invocation. Could alternate graph/helper paths change withdrawal or evaluator findings? Definition/caller searches and source reads distinguish Hypergraph, ObservedGraph, auxiliary navigation and fixed-reference diagnostics; they reveal the spatial-store omission without establishing deployed use. Could QA, baselines or hidden navigation invalidate universal maintenance, selector or effect guarantees? Direct driver traces confirm the qualified alternatives, including additive QA admission and multiple hidden commands.
Further optional omission search stopped because these consequential questions have supported dispositions and the known local omission has a retained limit. Remaining logs, task contents, diagrams, bytecode and external services are not needed for the submitted bounded implementation claims. Aggregate reproducibility, fixture fidelity, auxiliary deployment and causal benefits remain unestablished; unsearched behavior is not treated as absence.

Limits
- RT-RTE-hypergraph-update, MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-content, MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-index and EPI-OBJ-thesises incompletely inventory the alternate API's retained state. SRC-1,
graphs/hypergraph.pyalso writes reciprocal movement-derived facts into inherited triplet storage when locations change under a non-go toaction; runtime retains the verbatim witness. The reconciliation conflict accurately identifies the missing separate part. Readers should withhold a complete Hypergraph storage, write-lineage and authority comparison, including the relationship between inherited spatial state and thesis/event state. Supported thesis/event withdrawal and ranking findings and the shipped main game/QA account remain valid. Neither the omitted store nor this limit establishes deployed Hypergraph navigation or planner use.
